So sorry, sending T&Ps your way! I hope those lab results are just wrong! As others have said amnio might be a good idea now, although I can't even imagine how you must be feeling and I'm so so sorry! Big hugs!!
I'm so very sorry - it's hard to live with that constant reminder of this little being inside you with so much still in limbo. Sending you as many good thoughts as I can muster!!
So many T&Ps sent to you sweets. What a horrible position to be in. For now, just keep on lovingyour little baby as things continue to develop. Sending lots of hugs your way.
I can't imagine what you're going though. However, I'm sure that you all will make the best decision for your family once you are provided with more information.
Hopefully, the clinic can re-run the test or very your genetic make-up before you have to get an amniocentesis.
I imagine there are no words that can ease what your mind at this time...just know you are being held in my thoughts. For what it is worth, I too would lean towards having the amnio done after this first round of DNA results...but it is such a tough decision! Please keep us updated if you can.
Hoping for an error in lab results for you! I will echo chickpea, with my DD I had an amnio also. The likelihood she had genetic abnormalities was MUCH higher than the amnio risk! Knowing brought us the peace we needed so we could be prepared to help her as needed. Also the amnio wasn't nearly as bad as I had feared. Certainly not something I'd like to do again....but not that bad. Will they retry to blood work for you?
I am so sorry that you are going through this and hoping against hope that the lab results are in error. I will be keeping you and your little one in my thoughts and prayers.
