Off to go get DD a passport because we're going to Las Vegas at the end of January! I'm so scared she's going to be a terror the whole time, but wasn't going to lose this opportunity. Traveling is only going to get harder. Any suggestions of things to do/see in Vegas?

@steamboat1679 from what I heard that was ok if driving, but need a passport for flying. Already paid for passport photos so I think we'll go ahead and get it, hopefully it won't be too long a wait...

It was about 30-40 min, so not very long, but it's a start!! I resigned myself to dedicate this week to getting her to nap in the crib. I tried for her morning nap and it didn't go too well so she was so tired by the afternoon that I was able to move her after nursing her to sleep. I'm about to try again for nap #3.

We aren't going to Disney, just staying at a resort. We are doing all the non-Disney things until the boys are old enough to ride the fun rides.

@thetamedshrew I am doing the exact same thing this week. He usually takes 2+ hour naps on me so far he will sleep about 30 min in his crib. Today my mom came over so I could run some errands I had put him down in his crib and told her he would probably wake within 30 min. Of course he stayed asleep for an hour and a half!!!! I'm shocked its great news but he has never done that for me!??!! I could have done ALL THE THINGS.

FFMC: we left buffalo two days early and drove the 10 hours home in one day just to take advantage of prepaid daycare today so we could take naps, have sex and go to the movies. I felt guilty since we had already told then the boys would be missing Monday so I told them some work had come up for DH and we had to take care of some things. Truthfully though having sex and taking a nap is taking care of some things, right? And I had to see catching fire!
