I hadn't thought of it that way @celticlullaby‌! I just gave her some since she woke up crying and wouldn't let me straighten her legs to lay flat. She passed out....hopefully that helps her feel better!

Heh, I knew I wasn't pregnant, haven't been able to have sex yet. Beginning to think my tear healed wrong. =/

Not happy to see AF because I get horrible cramps and sometimes low-grade fevers or chills. I know it's my job as a mama, but taking care of a miserable LO when I'm not feeling so hot myself kinda sucks. :P

I asked DH if we could dtd. He said he was too tired. For spite I took an extra long time pumping and doing dishes, meaning he would probably need to get up with DS when he inevitably woke up 30 min into sleeping.

I feel no guilt.

Rolled into bed at 2:30. Not even 30 seconds later, kiddo wandered into our bedroom saying he had to poop. He then proceeded to poop for 45 solid minutes. Trust me when I say it actually took that long... despite my best efforts to wrap up the process, he managed to squeeze some out every 3 minutes for the entire time.

Hello, 3:21am. I haven't yet fallen asleep for my night's rest. Tomorrow is going to be a lazy, nap-filled throwaway day for suuuure.

DD just rolled belly to back for the first time and I'm at work. Cue giant alligator tears, DH got to see it and didn't record it. (

I know some (most?) of you say it doesn't count until I see it, I'm trying to think that way!

Hoping this day at work is less drama filled.  I got trapped in an elevator alone yesterday for about an hour.  I surprisingly didn't totally lose my shit, though there were a few moments when I was all, "Can you suffocate in an elevator??" (I was phone-less so I couldn't look it up).  But I think I need to find a new job in a place that is not a high rise.

B just had her four month shots and didn't cry. One little shriek then she turned and grinned like, "ok mom, lets go play. I like the fishtank in the waiting room." 

P.S. The fish in fish tank in the waiting room are Dory and Nemo fish. It's really cute.

Baby was up a couple time last night to eat, per usual. Sick dd was up a couple more times, feverish and having weird dreams/hallucinations. It always freaks me out. She said she saw butterflies and "swirlies" in her room. I think she was half asleep. Then she woke up for good at 5 puking all over herself. And since I have no sick time yet, I got to pass her off to the grandparents. :-( makes me feel so shitty to put them in that position, and even worse that she is feeling so bad.

Omg speaking of waking up at night...I just remembered that DH woke up last night, looked at me with open eyes and said "I just have to go to the field for a minute". He then got out of bed, walked to the other side of the room, made a motion like he was swinging a baseball bat and then RAN back to the bed and fell back to sleep. 

I was like

I should mentioned that he is the weirdest sleepwalker in the world. He once walked over to the hamper, yelled something about being in a nest,  sat in it and fell back asleep like that.

@thomas930‌ excuse the "I haven't been there" attitude but isn't that a good thing that he shows interest? My niece struggled to potty train because she could've cared less

I don't know what to do about sleep.  I am second guessing myself hardcore and I am so sleep deprived that I know I'm not thinking rationally.  I keep thinking maybe I should move him to his own room and do stepped soothing, instead of having him in bed with me.  But I still think he's too young for that.  Ugh.

Its definitely not a bad thing. Frankly, I'm scared because we had such a hard time with DD. She was physically ready for a long time but mentally not. But I know thats not the case here since he is so willing. I didn't mean to sound negative...

Can you move him into his room in a pack-n-play/bassinet type thing first and see how that goes instead of putting him in a new room and in a crib? My DH made a good point when we discussed where LO would sleep. He said he has to get used to the sounds, smells, etc of his area. Your room has its own set of smells, sounds, light, etc. If you keep one thing the same (i.e. what he's in/what it smells like), maybe the transition will be eaiser. 

ETA: If you're bed-sharing, maybe you can use one of your used sheets/pillow cases tucked around the mattress of whatever so it has your smell on it?

I have him napping in his room in his crib right now.  It was going great for a week or two, but then this week the naps went to shit as well.  The past few days the only way he's napped more than 30 minutes has been on me (though I just got him down again and we'll see how this goes).

I just don't know if moving him is right or not (and I know no one can tell me the answer).

@poru‌ when you used your pumpin pals did you find you needed a size bigger than your normal flanges? I'm using the medium ones when I usually use the small medela ones. I can't tell if they are too big, but the small ones seems way too small.

@pineconey‌ Nightmare of a night with sleep last night too. WTF is going on?!? DS wakes up and is WIDE AWAKE for 1 1/2 hours just chatting away. He finally goes to sleep only to wake up an hour later. So he was falling asleep eating 1/2 hour ago so I lay him in his crib. Still wide awake. This sleep strike is killing me.

I love when my DD sleep talks. I'll go in and check on her and kiss her cheek and she'll say weird stuff. The other night she told me that they weren't there yet and all they're going to do there is dance. Or she tells on her brother for doing something mean in her dream.

Just broke in the new stroller with a 2 mile walk with a 32w preg friend.
She was way less winded than I was in the end.
