Funny, anytime I read someone mention anything about coffee, I suddenly have an overwhelming desire to make a pot - whether it's 5am or 4:40pm. Coffee is frickin delicious.

So due to the LB thread, I just google image searched "pregnant selfies" and this was one of the first pics. Is that her dad?! It seems a little creepy to me.

DAMMIT! I Failed the stupid glucose test by 6 measly points! GRRRRRRR! I do not want to get 4 blood draws and sit in the stupid lab for 3 hours!

Update on my 28 week appt:
My placenta has moved so far out of the way that she didn't even bother to measure the distance! It's still anterior though, boo, but Fetal Bruce Lee is strong enough now that she makes my belly move on the outside, so it doesn't matter. I'm just happy there's no more previa risk. Yippeeeeee!

I also was able to get the 3D ultrasound at the same time - it's amazing how frickin lifelike the images are now! I got a usb flash drive with all the pics on it, but the tech copied the entire file instead of the jpegs, so it's one giant file in a format only open-able by the u/s machine software. She's sending me a disc w/the jpegs in the mail; I'll AW a couple when the disc gets here.

Baby is measuring a week ahead. Does this mean there is a chance he will come early?

But why is he standing behind her in the bathroom when she has nothing but underwear and no bra on like it's no big deal. He has to be a sugar daddy because I can't think of anything else logical.

So I'm going to be a PH today. DH put music on last night and set the phone on my belly...I think we figured out how to tell if she liked it or not - every time a good song was on, she'd kick the phone so hard that it'd bounce off of my belly! But when a boring or not-so-awesome track came on she'd go completely still. I'm totally basing her like on our own enjoyment; for all I know her reaction is exactly the opposite! But I'd like to think her taste in music is better than that. Lol

Holy crap one more reason to assume we were separated at birth... I too failed my 1ht by 6 points. I did, however, pass the hell out of the 3 hour. Which leads me to believe that I sabotaged my 1hr when I ate those Tums at 3am.

Hahahah! Well, at least they are insane about making people shower naked before getting in the pool. But yea, I worry far more about the pregnant peeing ladies than the old folks. It was just fine! And, the old people hadn't been in the for hours. I think it closed for them at 4:30 and I was there at 8:45. Plenty of time for the old people pee to filter out and the pregnant pee to take over!

Clearly breast feeding is all I've been thinking about lately. Just woke up from a nap after dreaming I was breast feeding our cat. I've also breast fed from my elbow, at Disney World, and sold my pump for ice cream money in other dreams.

I just did that with rice chex and rice krispies. It's all DH's fault - he always mixes 3+ cereals together. Apparently growing up they were allowed to have 1/2 bowl of sugared cereal with their breakfast, but 1/2 had to be a healthy kind.

That's genius.

Where's your unhealthy kind in the chex/rice krispies mix??  Growing up, if we wanted cereal for a bedtime snack it had to be a healthy kind and we could have sugar cereal for breakfast, if there was any.  Being that I never put milk in my cereal (and still don't), I never liked the healthy cereal.  Bring on the cinnamon toast crunch!

My DD was begging me for some cinnamon toast crunch but I'm being mean and telling the kids if I can't have it it's not coming in the house. I think they are suffering more than I am.

The only kinds of cereal we ever had in the house were Cheerios, honey but Cheerios, Kix & rice chex. I didn't have frosted flakes till I was 13, lol.. It hurt my teeth! Too sweet.

Now I want Kix.

I have been a cereal FIEND this entire pregnancy!!! I probably eat it once a day on average... There is just something about sugary treats with ice cold milk that does it for me every single time =P~

Me too, but I did have to switch to Almond milk because cow juice hurt my stomach when I had it with my cereal..  I was really disappointed.  Still tastes good though!

I buy DH snacks to bring with him on his commute. Yesterday I found lunchables that come with cinnamon rolls and cream cheese icing to dip in. They are to DIE for. I'm going to hide them and give him something else so that I can eat them all myself.

I always got chocolate cereal as a kid. Occasionally I'd have Cap'n Crunch, Frosted Flakes, Honey Smacks, Kix, etc, but mostly it was Cocoa Pebbles. Funny enough, as a kid I was always a fan of Grape Nuts...
