We are having a couple over tonight that we've never hung out with before. I've messaged the wife a bit on facebook but I'm nervous. I have an outgoing personality but I'm super shy inside. My anxiety is at an 8 right now and I still have 5 hours.

Couple dating is super awkward, and my sense of humor is sarcastic/blunt and I just never know how someone is going to take it. We are having pizza and beer so everyone will be nice and liquored up

Same thing happened here. It was two girls who were way too old be trick or treating. They wore hoodies backwards and the entire front of the hoodie was full. Not just the hood but the entire thing. I guess it was too hard to grab a couple of pillowcases.

My couple date was awesome, I love the wife so much. She's a die hard titanic fan too. Soul mates.

Also att decided that I was close enough to Mexico to switch me to "Movistar" which apparently is Mexican att and try and charge for international data. Uh no. Not in Mexico. Me and the att people will have a nice little chat in the morning.

So, my back pain is gone and is replaced by stupid sciatic pain all day every fucking day worse than when I was pregnant. This makes MOTN wake ups even more miserable. Sullivan has decided that he should wake up every two hours tonight. It takes me a good hour to fall back asleep ignoring the pain in my stupid leg. I may kill DH if he bitches about me napping today before work. Sofa king tired.

When I lived in El Paso, Verizon did that to me. I mean, I could see the border so I could see how the confusion happened. Anyway there was a setting I had to change on the phone so that my phone would only pick up US towers, because the phone will automatically pick up the closest one and if the closest one is Mexico, that's what it will do.

DH has had a mancold for over a week and I am over it.  I am grossed out by his hacking and coughing and blowing his nose, and I am sooo over how much he wakes the baby up, since we're travelling and baby is in the same room as us.  I know it's not really his fault, but ugh.  Gross.

Chose to sleep last night instead of staying up till 11 to pump (DD went down at 8), so DD chose today sleep in! And only one MOTN wake-up at 3:30, means I got a 5 hr stretch, then a 4 hr stretch. 9 hrs of sleep!!
Of course she only nursed one side so poor lefty is dying right now. I refuse to wake her up though (just checked that she's still breathing) because I wany her to get used to a later wake-up with Daylight Savings.

Anyways, hi RTT, sorry I've been a dirty lurker/love titter lately!

We live about 20ish miles from the border. I've never been switched over while in town, the only time it's happened was we were driving to SD and it switched over for 2 seconds. Stupid phone.

Thanks ladies. She was supposed to be at my aunts house at 6 this morning to head to Florida and she never showed up. Police were notified right away, and a statewide BOLO was put out along with a surrounding counties APB.

And my aunt just called, she's been found and is really confused and my aunt is headed to pick her up. Thank you for your prayers!!

Thanks Dani. I went on Tuesday, it didn't really help. It's pretty demoralizing! Back again next week... If the adjustments I've already had have moved the pain from my back to my sciatic nerve, eventually we can adjust me until it doesn't hurt, right??

Thanks again everyone! I've been thinking since she was diagnosed (Alzheimer's) this summer that she shouldn't be driving, and now her license has been revoked until she takes a drivers test, which she's not happy about. She was pulled over for going too slow, the officer ran her plate and saw that she was reported missing and contacted my family. She is safe and was very confused about everything.

I've definitely been feeling the love today, between all of you and people I know IRL. It was a very long few hours, but everything is good now.

Huge hugs to everyone having a rough time with sleep and kiddos not feeling well and anything else that might be upsetting you!

Glad she was found safe.

I just went all crazy lady on the jeep dealership. I bought my jeep in July in Orlando. I got an oil change at the dealership on Monday. Last night (2 time driving since Monday) check check engine light came on. I took it to the dealership in sarasota, their service department closed at noon, I got there at 11:55 and the would not look at it. They sent my to another dealership 30 minutes away since they're service department was open until 3. I drive all the way there and they won't look at my car because I did not buy it there!!! I went ballistic. I was the crazy screaming lady. I have never had that issue with a car before.

7000 miles and and issue and then the dealership refused to service it!!! My husband is pissed and he is taking it back on Monday. I feel sorry for whomever he has to deal with!!

This is us too. Its making me nuts. Especially because it has killed her "nap schedule" all to hell. She doesn't do well being awake for more than 2-2.5 hours and is only having short naps but refused to add the 4th nap back.... Sigh

Working full-time is kicking my butt. I love my job and I love being a mom but doing both is rough. Thankfully, DD is back to sleeping decently at night (slept from 8-3, ate, the back down from 3:15ish-7:45ish). Buuuut I just discovered a tooth. I can see it but can't feel it yet. I'm really hoping that it's not going to wreak too much havoc on her sleep, but I'm afraid...

I'm semi-keeping up with RTT but my pumping breaks at work are super short, and at home I try to stay off my phone until DD goes to bed. So mostly I've just been lovetitting
