Also, I've learned what worked with DD and was "easy" with her wasn't the same with DS. Every kid is different and presents their own battles.

I beg to differ. Maybe some of the people that are posting have been sheltered in a certain environment with people of similar mind frames all of their lives. Others pointing out why some people's views or opinions are skewed or even ignorant is not a bad thing. People can change. I have definitely changed as a person after spending almost 4 years posting on this message board. If challenging a person's opinions can get them to look at things in a new light and gain more compassion for humanity then we are changing the world a little bit.

because as a board we have people openly admit the following: they carry a loaded weapon in their diaper bag, sleep with loaded weapons next to their bed, hit their kids, don't like gay people because God said so, don't like foster kids, don't think poor people should buy skittles, don't believe women should have a right to their reproductive organs, or even worse should be spayed for exercising such right. The list goes on and on. This my friends is why this board is the laughing stock of the bump. It is very unusual to see so many uneducated bigots in one place that is not the Texas senate.

How are you to know that both abortions weren't for medical reasons? Maybe it's a teenager who was repeatedly raped, but as an adult, she wants to have children. Maybe it is her primary form of birth control, you know, because that's just such an affordable form of birth control.

No matter what a woman's choice is - it is her choice and it doesn't mean that you or the government get to intervene and take away her right to conceive. Period.

3. If you are so disgusted by your filthy foster neighbors that you won't even allow your kid outside, don't you think that perhaps you should call DFACS and let them know that the children are living in filth? No? You're just concerned with them shitting up your neighborhood?

And for all of the nice foster families out there taking in children and taking good care of them - you think they should be placed on a list akin to a sex offender. You know, so they can be easily located and treated like criminals. Seems legit.

2. You don't run the country (thank God). If you don't believe in them that's fine, but women have the right to choose.

3. I agree with PP...Do something about it. My parents ran a Foster home for 13 years, all the children were loved like their own and treated like such. These are children, standing up for them would be better than bitching about how they are "not being raised".

Here in Utah we call mayo/ketchup mixed together "fry sauce". It is at every restaurant and even sold in bottles at the grocery store. I have heard it's not that way in other states. Is it?
