It’s pretty empty here!
I’m Jasmine. Just got my big fat positive today at 13dpo. Super planned pregnancy, but still shocked and still can’t believe it! My expected due date is April 7th, 7 days before my birthday!! I haven’t told my husband yet, but I’m coming up with a cute way to tell him before the weekend. My mom is coming to visit for a few days, so what a beautiful surprise it’ll be for her! Praying for a healthy little bean!
Re: Introductions
I got pregnant on my wedding day! We couldn’t believe it. We are so excited for our little Aries baby. My first US is 8/30 and that feels like FOREVER. Praying for a healthy little baby.
My name is Melissa. I have a beautiful 11 month old baby boy. He took us two years and one miscarriage to get and I’m so grateful for him, and our journey. This round was so different. We were just casually trying and I got my positive test yesterday! It feels amazing to get pregnant “the easy way” after so much struggle. I’m not exactly sure how far along I am, but I’m guessing about 4 weeks. Pregnancy after loss leads to lots of anxiety but I’m trying to keep positive!
My name is Kayla. I believe my due date is 4/9. Making me 5 weeks and 1 day. I have one daughter who is almost three. She brings use lots of joy. We have had 3 first trimester miscarriages since she was born, making this my 5th pregnancy. So far my fertility clinic has monitored us closely and things look good. I have never posted on these boards before but am trying my best to enjoy each day of this pregnancy as it comes.
Also, I’m 35 and have been feeling so self-conscious/worried about it. So glad to see I have some “advanced maternal” peers here! 😉
I’m Beth, almost 31 years old :) I’m almost 6 weeks - my first check in with my OBGYN is in less than two weeks so it will be officially confirmed then.
Flo/TheBump is saying my due date is April 7th - another April baby for my husbands family!! This is our first baby, first grand baby on both sides.
Another blood test Monday, then will schedule my first official appointment! Send positive vibes!
Also- just started progesterone- curious to know your experiences on it ?
I am Jamie. I'm from Pennsylvania. I just tested positive today so my EDD is 4/26. I have a little girl who will be 2 at the end of September. I haven't really felt too many symptoms yet
I am 34, but will be 35 when this baby is delivered. My OB is leaving the practice I go to and I am so upset and anxious about this that I haven't picked a new OB and as such I still have not scheduled an appt. 😬😬
I found out I was pregnant on the 8th! According to LMP I am 4wks 5 days. Due April 16th but most likely will not make it to that day. My last pregnancy I developed severe pre-eclampsia and delivered at the 32 week mark. I am hoping to avoid that experience again if possible, but I also know my chances are not high.
This is my 4th child. I have a 15mo old, a 4yr old and a 12yr old. All girls. I'm excited to find out if this will be out boy. I don't care either way, but I won't lie and say I'm not curious about what it would be like to raise a boy!
My last period was 7/5, took my positive test this past Saturday (8/12)
Looks like my due date will be early/mid April.
I haven’t scheduled my appointment yet but here we gooooooooo!
2 under 2 club 😅
TW:
This is my 6th pregnancy. I only have 2 children. Statistically I have a greater chance of this ending in another loss than I do in it being successful. BUT. The two pregnancies that were successful were extremely healthy and uneventful and full term. I will be leery until the 2nd trimester but if we make it that far I hope so much I will get my 3rd healthy baby.
I look forward to hopefully spending the next 9+ months with you all!
Edited to also add:
I’m 38. My children are 12 and 9. This is my first pregnancy in 7 years. I’m hoping things are better in my favor this time around but I know the age is definitely a factor. I’m still crossing all of the things. My first 2 pregnancies were the successful ones. Since we lost our 3rd pregnancy I just haven’t felt complete. That 3rd baby is supposed to be part of our family!
