If you are a contributing member who has been active here for a full 3
months with a BFP this week, CONGRATULATIONS! Please share your success

How do you know if you're a contributing member?
1. Ask your heart if you have contributed positively here. 2. Do these people know you? Will they be happy about your pregnancy? 3. Have you offered support to others or have you just blasted your own info out there? 4.
We ask that you only post here if you have been participating
meaningfully here for at least three months.Sometimes the silence is
kindest. Those of us who lurk BMBs will see your intro and
PM/comment/love tit. 5. Again, take a moment and step away from your excitement and ask your heart if posting would be potentially hurtful. ----------------------------------------------------------- This

sweet notes.
Regular board rules apply-- this is not the place

History
I am doing this on my own. Left ovary and fallopian tube removed due to cyst/necrosis just after birth. Right ovary and tube still purport to function.
Began TTC in Aug '18 @ age 35
5 or 6 (or 7?!) cycles using frozen donor sperm, ICI. All BFN
Mar-Jun '19 IUIs, all BFN
Began process of referral for RE in spring of '19, blood tests confirm low AMH (.54) but all else is good.
May '19 HSG shows open tube, but ultrasound suggests fibroids
MRI in June '19 confirms two large fibroids, one growing through wall of uterus
In June '19 I move from California to Oregon, disrupting my insurance, referrals, etc. 5 months spent piecing it all back together.
Nov. '19 attempted myomectomy (vaginal approach) failed. 2nd surgery using laparoscopic method in Jan '20 is successful.
April '20 --> June '20, natural IUIs, all BFN.
July? saline ultrasound and bubble test demonstrate open tube
July '20 clomid cycle cancelled for thin lining
Aug-Oct, 3 femara cycles, all BFN
RE referral. While waiting to set up an appointment Nov-Jan,I continue with natural cycles and ICI, using a known donor, BFN...
Jan '21 more bloodwork, AMH is worse (.30), FSH high albeit not catastrophic at 13.2. hysteroscopy all good. "looks cozy!" says the RE.
Feb '21, injectables (menopur, novarel), iui, BFN (doc said the frozen donor sperm sample had the "best numbers she'd ever seen!")
Mar '21, injectables, iui cancelled due to lack of follicles, converted to at home-insem. BFN
May '21, first IVF round cancelled due to cyst.
July '21 IVF: standard antagonist. 225menupur/225gonal-f/cetrotide/5000u trigger, AFC 7; 6 days of stims. 8 eggs retrieved, 7 mature, 5 fertilize, 4 made it to blast. 3 are 4AB, 1 is 4BB. PGT-A results all abnormal. Oct '21 somewhat improved AMH (.51) and significantly improved FSH (8.9). Maybe it's all the pills I swallow. Dec -21, standard antagonist. 225menupur/225gonal-f/cetrotide/5000u trigger, AFC 5; 11 days of stims. retrieval yields 5, 4M, 2 reach day-6 blast (4AB & 4BB). 1 low-level mosaic (chr. 3 deletion), 1 complex abnormal. Feb '22 FET (low-level mosaic): CP. May '22 egg retrieval, lupron flare protocol. HGH priming for 1 month before stims; md lupron 20/20u daily; menopur 225, follistim 225, 10k trigger after 8 days of stims; AFC 10; 13 retrieved; 10 mature; 8 fertilized. All frozen at 2PN for later thaw, grow, and biopsy. July '22 egg retrieval same protocol: 9 days of stims; AFC 8; 10 retrieved, 8 mature, 4 fertilized and frozen. Sept '22 ER same protocol: AFC 10; 12 retrieved, 11 mature, 11 fertilized. From the 3 retrievals, 7 survived to day 5-6 blastocyst, from which I have 2 normal embryos! Jan 20, Fully medicated FET, baby aspirin, dexamethasone, acupuncture, and as much woo as I can stand (which isn't very much). BFN. July 23, Natural FET + baby aspirin. BFN.
CD/DPO of first BFP? CD 25,it was 11 days past IUI, which was 36 hours after the trigger shot so whatever that means as far as DPO. Got a + on a digital today (12 days past) so here I am
How many months/cycles had you been TTC? Since December 2018
How long have you been an active participant on the TTGP board? (minimum: 3 full months) Since March 2019
What did your chart look like? No chart
What were you doing TGKU? It was our 4th clomid IUI but the first where we did a trigger shot for ovulation
How was your timing? What symptoms did you have, if any? (CS & CD breakdowns welcome). Timing was EOD and then the night of IUI and the next day. For symptoms, I feel like garbage today but not really anything before I got a positive. The only maybe thing was that on 8 days past IUI I was doing a yoga class and I felt pretty light headed, enough that I had to completely stop for awhile. That’s never happened so I thought I had covid because DD was exposed to my niece who tested positive, but I ended up being negative on a PCR. Anyway I don’t even know if it was related to this but it was kind of weird.
How are you going to/did you tell your partner? We were supposed to go away this weekend for a friends birthday party, but DH had to stay home with DD because of the covid exposure (everyone going on the trip has had covid recently and didn’t care that I still went). I had taken a test on Friday morning and it was totally white, so I kind of figured we were out, but I took tests with me just in case since I was going to be drinking. To my complete shock yesterday morning I had a faint line. I couldn’t really call DH privately so I just sent him a picture of the test with the line circled. He said “wait what is that? Is that a positive pregnancy test?” And when I said yes he was like um can you come home. Haha I didn’t, but we had a happy reunion today.
Anything else to add? I can’t really put into words what this community has meant to me for the past 3 years. I have made friends here that have become my biggest supporters and shoulders to lean on. I love TTGP and all of you so much, past and present, especially my IF ladies. Thank you for never making me feel like I didn’t belong there because I was TFAS. I am so lucky to be a part of something so special ❤️
I’ll have a beta on Tuesday or Wednesday so hopefully that goes well. I feel a little anxious about posting but after the digital today it feels like I need to start wrapping my mind around this. Someone will have to take over posting the grad check in thread so that I can come back to visit!
@bows22 OOOOOMMMMMGGGGGG!!!!! I’ve never been so excited to see someone graduate!!! I’m seriously jumping and screaming for you right now! Happiest and healthiest of 9 months to you, my friend! 👏👏👏

People think we become mothers when we give birth but the truth is we become mothers the moment we start calling our babies to us in our thoughts, dreams and prayers. Some paths are short and some are so long that you can easily forget where you were headed.

I don't think we've posted a new grad thread in a few weeks so I hope you guys don't mind me jumping in on this one... CD/DPO of first BFP? 5 days post FET so the equivalent of 10 dpo
How many months/cycles had you been TTC? 7/7, 2/2 AL
How long have you been an active participant on the TTGP board? (minimum: 3 full months) About 8 months, July 2021-February 2022
What did your chart look like? I wasn't charting
What were you doing TGKU? FET
How was your timing? What symptoms did you have, if any? (CS & CD breakdowns welcome) Great timing due to FET! I'm on progesterone so a lot of the symptoms are due to that but I've been bloated, super hungry all the time, have to pee every five minutes, and a bit of sore breasts. I also started vomiting last week which is the earliest I've ever had morning sickness.
How are you going to/did you tell your partner? I broke down and tested last Tuesday because I had such anxiety after last time. I had a very faint positive on a cheapie and texted DH and said "FaceTime me at your earliest convenience". He called me when he was at recess with his students and I just said there's a faint second line! Since he was with his students he just smiled and said yay really quietly. He's been trying not to get too excited after last time. I took a cheapie a day until today when I threw down both a FRER and a CB digital and the lines have all been getting darker so he's starting to actually believe it might be real. I had my first beta today and it was 174.3!!
Anything else to add? I'm still really nervous since it is so early but I am hoping so hard that this is our rainbow baby. This community has been such a great source of support for me both with IF and after our loss in November. I will miss you all and I truly hope that you all have your THB soon. I will be lurking and thinking of you all!

@bows22 CONGRATULATIONS!! Best wishes for an easy and boring 9 months.
