@zwink1 I’m so sorry you’re getting headaches. I’ve been
starting to get them too. Not nearly as bad as you. Last pregnancy I did get
them too but I want to say I was closer to the second trimester when they
become unbearable. The advice from my OB
last time was that I should start my day off by drinking 1 cup of coffee (or
any other type of caffeine). She said the medication that she would prescribe for
the headaches would have caffeine in it anyway, so I might as well try this
first. And it worked for me. If I waited to see if I would get a headache
before drinking the coffee, and then did get a headache, caffeine didn’t do
anything for it. But if I started out having the cup of coffee preemptively, I
almost never got one. I hope that helps.

Thanks for the tip @sunshineandlemons and @LJMoon6! I'll have to try the caffeine trick for a few days and see if it helps. I haven't noticed any difference on days that I do have coffee or tea with caffeine in the morning vs those that I don't, but I also haven't been looking for one!
I was hoping that this was going to be like most of the other annoying symptoms and would go away after 1st tri, but it doesn't sound like that's happening.
Also, @sunshineandlemons, yes, I'm also noticing less sensitivity in the boob region. I feel like I remember that happening last time around too. I don't think it's anything to worry about.
@sunshineandlemons yes, I have notice less breast sensitivity. I still occasionally will get twinges off and on in one or the other. This is my first pregnancy but I’m assuming that’s normal as I’m 12 weeks 5 days and nearing the end of first trimester.
I have noticed lately that I do not seem to have (TMI) any bathroom issues. I have not been constipated at all in the last week. I’m wondering if others are Also starting to experience less bathroom issues.
Heat or cold may help. Either a rice bag/heating pad or a cool wash cloth or ice pack could help. There is a pressure point at the base of your skull that if you put pressure on can take headache pain away. Peppermint can be good for headaches as well. Make sure you are super hydrated, since headaches are a big symptom of dehydration.
@sunshineandlemons I am still breastfeeding, but that said, the sensitivity comes and goes. Most pregnancy symptoms should come and go and not be a constant.

@sunshineandlemons I’m 13+3 now and My breast pain/sensitivity has come and gone this entire trimester to times of no pain or sensitivity to just the slightest bump make me jump! I’m a FTM, but my guess is it will probably come back for you 😆
I'll keep that in mind as well, @tuxielove93. These definitely aren't from tmj or dehydration, but I don't want either of those things to exacerbate the situation either. Good call on the cool cloth/ice pack!
I had some peppermint green tea yesterday afternoon and made sure to have coffee this am and it's feeling a lot better - we're down to a small background twinge - so that seems to be doing the trick.
I have to eat all the time to feel okay I feel nauseous all the time. I vomited once. I’m 9 weeks 5 days. I’ve been nauseous since I found out at 5 weeks. My mood swings are unbearable. I feel horrible altogether.
Not sure if what I’m feeling is round ligament pain or not… it comes and goes. It’s in the uterus area sorta between my belly button and the top of my pubic bone not localized to one area but more like throughout the entire region. It feels like stretching, uncomfortable, pressure, and when my bladder is full it feels worse… it’s hard to explain, but it’s defiantly not one spot more like all over….. is it normal ? Gas pain? Bloat? Round ligament ?
@blf2072 all of the above. Sounds pretty typical for pregnancy though. As long as it's not "doubled over can't breath" pain, you're good.

Currently 11wks 4 days and noticed my nausea has gone away.. going on day 2 of being able to eat whenever. My boobs are still sore but I can deal with that… nausea is unbearable for me though. Anyone else noticing their symptoms lessening or going away?
ETA: Oops forgot it’s January now… moving this to the Jan post!
I'm having headaches too. They were sporadic and heavy between weeks 8 and 9. Now that I'm in my 12th week they are more regular and a bit more manageable.
I've been trying to avoid Tylenol if possible. Ice and heat have only sometimes done the trick for me. I'll have to try the peppermint!
Any tips are welcome and I’ll be sure to share anything I find too.
