Unfortunately we don’t live close to an Ikea. I saw something on their site I loved a couple weeks ago, but they can’t deliver to us based on our distance from where it is in stock.

I just want to get something sturdy enough for her clothes that DS won’t be able to knock over or else she won’t tip over when she’s his age lol

  • @night_nurse so glad you are getting to go home! Hopefully things have calmed down and baby will agree to cooking a while longer!
  • @night_nurse Glad to hear you are back home and doing better!  I’m sure that was stressful and a little scary.
  • @night_nurse I'm so sorry. That must have been so scary! Even Braxton Hicks get me a little panicked...I can't imagine full on contractions that close together! Did they give you any idea of what might have caused it? How are you feeling now? Hopefully they stay away and give baby girl some more time to relax in there ❤
  • @night_nurse I’m so sorry for your tough night. Give peanut a stern talking to, no early appearances for a good while. Hope that is your one and only scare and from here on out it’s smooth sailing.
  • You have all been chatty! I love it. Yesterday was a crazy work day for me and today will be the same 😫.

@night_nurse so glad things have calmed down and you were able to go home. That sounds so stressful!
  • Happy birthday @faithmovesmountains!! 🎉🎉🎉
  • Thanks everyone for the well wishes. It was just the strangest thing. My brain was doing everything it could to talk me out of thinking I needed to go in. After 4 hours of it I finally downloaded a contraction timer app just to make sure I wasn’t actually overthinking it. Glad I eventually listened and went in though.
  • @night_nurse so glad everything calmed down and you are both well!
    @faithmovesmountains hope you’re having a great day!
  • @night_nurse
Saw your PGAL post, so came here.
I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this and I wish I could offer help in some way. Will be thinking of you and your family and praying your little one stays put.
  • @night_nurse oh you poor thing. I'm so sorry you ended back up at L&D. I hope these are just flukes and baby stays put. Sending you a big hug.

@night_nurse glad the contractions have slowed; hopefully they come to a full stop soon. Are you on bedrest now or just taking it one day at a time? Thinking of you and baby!
  • @night_nurse STAY PUT, baby! I’m so sorry you are back in L&D. I hope everything stays calm and you’re surrounded by excellent folks supporting you and baby.
  • @night_nurse I’m sorry you are back in L&D. Hopefully contractions will continue to slow and baby will stay put longer.
  • @night_nurse oh boy, how scary. Glad you're being taken care of, and hope you get up to a room soon. Sending you and baby good vibes for no excitement for a good long time. <3
  • @night_nurse Baby just doesn't want to miss her first Xmas! I responded on the PGAL thread but no matter what happens, if she stays put or comes early, you got this!!!! You're a strong mama and you'll be ready for her no matter when she decides to make her appearance!!! I completely believe in intuition (especially while pregnant) and 100% believe our subconscious knows everything that's going on in our bodies even if we don't. I'm glad your H will be able to be with you. I can't imagine the stress! I hope you're at least able to get a bit of rest at some point ❤
  • @night_nurse thinking of you! Hoping your baby relaxes and stays put for a long while!! I’m sorry you’re having to deal with the magnesium. It really is truly awful stuff. But can be SO helpful when needed.
  • @night_nurse I'm so sorry to hear you’re dealing with this. I hope all is good and that they let you go home soon
  • @night_nurse praying for you and your little one! Glad your husband will be with you soon to support you. FX and positive thoughts all headed your way.

@nursejenn5 honestly, how good it’s making me feel completely negates any side effects. It’s been so helpful.
  • @night_nurse Catching up on this thread, and so sorry you are going through this! Thinking of you and baby! Keep us posted.
  • @night_nurse Oh no!  I'm so sorry to hear you had to return to L&D again !  I am glad the contractions have managed to be slowed down with medication. Mommy instinct is definitely a real thing, but on the other hand, I hope your little stays put for awhile longer!  I'm glad you husband will be able to be with you soon and be snack fetcher *hehe*  Thats definitely helpful ☺ Positive thoughts continued to you and baby girl.
  • @night_nurse so sorry you are dealing with this, but thinking of you and sending you all my positive energy ❤️

    Edit:
I just saw your updates! Oh my gosh! I'm sorry you're going through this. How are you doing today?
  • @night_nurse Yay!!!! That's the best update!!!! Hopefully things will stay calm now so you can rest ❤
  • @night_nurse
I’ve been checking back regularly to see if there was an update, glad to hear you get to go home. Will continue to keep you in thoughts and prayers.
  • I was checking back to check on @night_nurse Thankful you were able to come home and you and baby girl are doing well!  Get some rest!
  • @night_nurse so glad to hear this news!!
  • @night_nurse that’s wonderful! Hope you get some great rest!
  • Hip pain has been kicking my butt this week at 24 weeks growing and glowing . And I noticed this baby girl is slowly spreading my nose clear across my face. Getting more excited to meet her though.
  • @night_nurse thanks for updating us! So relieved to hear you’re home and doing well!
  • @night_nurse yay! What a relief! I'm so happy to hear!!!! Take it easy and I hope you can catch up on some sleep
  • Got my covid booster at 25 weeks..  super anxious abt side effects as I had them during the 2nd shot. Need positive vibes ladies ..😰😰😰
  • @gayu1107 Was it the Pfizer or Moderna? What side effects did you have with your 2nd shot? My parents just got their boosters and so far the only side effect has been some fatigue. I'm sure everything will be great ❤ I'm not eligible here yet, bit I'm hoping they drop the age limit soon so I can get my booster before baby gets here. I'd like to pass on some extra antibodies if possible...plus extra protection for my hospital stay during delivery 🤞🤞🤞

@Panaceia had chills and super tired with the second shot(pfizer)... it was like my body went to sleep for a few hours.  With the pregnancy now even a common cold seems 10 times worse... so I am bracing myself😰
