Trying to Get Pregnant

Preparing to TTC and new here.

Hi Ladies! I'm new to the boards and am hoping to gain support and advice/tips from you all. To let you know a little bit about me and my situation I am 39 years old and my fiancé is 31. I have 1 ds that is 18 years old. My fiancé has no kids yet. I am aware that I am getting older and don't want to wait any longer before ttc. My fiancé is so excited and wants a baby so badly and of course I do as well. It has been almost 20 years since I have been pregnant and am a tad rusty and my ds was unplanned so ttc is all new to me plus add on my age and I am just lost in all of it. I have been taking prenatal pills for the last 2 months and I am scheduled to remove my Mirena IUD on May 10th. We immediately want to start trying. I have been told by another woman that it may be wise that I start taking COQ 10 to help with fertility. Just wondering if any of you have experience with COQ 10 and if so what kind is best? Also if any of you have any tips or advice I would so grately appreciate it. Sorry so long and I look forward to getting to know you all. Thanks 😊

@bdee20 welcome to TTGP! Things works a bit differently in this community; we discourage one off posts and direct everyone to the multitude of the daily, weekly, and monthly posts we have on here. The best thing you can do is read the The Ultimate TTGP Guide -- Newbies, Read This First!! pinned at top of the community.

The other thing is intro'ing yourself in the Newbie Intros w/o 4/26

Hope this helps and looking forward to getting to know you on here.
