My nausea was gone earlier this week - to the point that I actually in for a check because I was worried. But it is back today in monster force. I can’t keep anything down and I am constantly just trying to not run to the toilet.
I also have a crazy headache and sobbed for no reason for about an hour earlier. So, happy those hormones are definitely going strong. I’m 8w2d so I’m likely entering the peak couple weeks.
I have nausea that comes and goes every few days...its so odd. Some days I will feel really really sick and the next day I feel good enough to go on a jog! Does this happen to anyone else?

I have sore boobs and they are slightly bigger already but that can mostly be alleviated as long as I don't sleep on my stomach which is hard because I've always been the stomach sleeper.
Sometimes I get random headaches but I have medical grade peppermint oil that I smell when I get headaches and they instantly go away.
Oh I also haven't been pooping regularly so that kind of sucks.
I understand this I need to go to sleep as soon as I am tired of I don't I'm going to feel like crap the next day no matter how long I sleep!
You're not alone! I burp alot! But to be fair I'm just gassy in general.
I'm 8 weeks 3 days with my first pregnancy. I have nausea, but no vomiting. Before getting pregnant I ate very healthy, but this first trimester nausea is making that soooo difficult.
Any tasty, healthy food options out there that works with your nausea?
I think I'm mostly feeling bad because it's hard to eat anything! But I do feel better if I can eat a bit. So if you can stomach anything honestly it will help. It's not healthy but ice cream helps a lot too. I've been reading cold things in general may help ease nausea. For something healthy maybe cold slices of apples?

@antera23 im in the same boat. I act like my one job is to keep down water and i fail at it. My only consolation is that it was the same last pregnancy and babe was fine. I used to stare at the clock and take a tiny sip every 15 min so i wouldn't puke.
That being said, after 1st trimester and nausea were done, it was very important for me to drink a lot of water because if i didn't i started to feel crampy contractions. For me the 1st trimester is just survival. Later on it does matter what you eat and drink.
I find it's worse if I wait until I'm hungry. Thank you for the suggestions!
@jelososhervy oh gosh that’s exactly what I’m doing. I hope it gets better for you soon!
I usually drink a lot of water but like many of you it's now making me a little more nauseous. I did find that ginger ale, sparkling lime and lemon water seem to help. And OJ.
I'm looking forward to getting through May and into the 2nd trimester!

I've had a horrible week. Tired, headaches, food aversions, nausea is worse and seemed to have moved from "belly nausea" to "back of my throat nausea" which makes me feel like I need to run to vomit all the time. I have yet to actually throw up though. I figure that I could make myself throw up and see if that makes me feel better, but it's so hard to eat anything that I just want to hold onto all my food as much as I can.
I am so hopeful that this is the worst of it and it will start to get better soon! (9+2 now)
