For those of you experiencing leg cramps and such, supposedly a bar of lavendar soap under your sheets will help. My dad swore it fixed his. Worth a try!

I thought I was feeling better but my throat is still really bothering me. I have no fever and my throat doesn't look super red or white. But, I now have pink eye. WTF kind of cold is it? Is it because my immune system is weakened? I am the only one in the office today so I won't contaminate anyone. Silver lining.

@rikiteacup do you have allergies? I know sometimes when mine flare up I get a sore throat because I am breathing differently when I sleep. FX you get some relief soon!

Weird symptom- anyone with a crooked belly? Baby significantly prefers the right side and anytime I lay down you can see him like a bug in the rug with the left side of belly looking empty... Hopefully he centers eventually!
So happy to see all these posts about hip/pelvic pain. Mine just started a few days ago but has gotten increasing more painful each day. I feel like I can barely walk. Nothing new to add to the discussion. Just happy I’m not alone!
@craftywitch DS was hanging out on my left side, which was so noticeable with my lopsided belly. After being stretched out like that, I can still see my left side did my belly stick out slightly more than my right 3.5 years later. I can’t tell how this kid is sitting yet. His kicks are all over the place.
So one symptom I’ve noticed is that if I go on a run, I feel like an achey old person with a waddle all day. I’ve been wearing a belly band to run, and that’s helped, but I’m hopeful that I can keep running further into pregnancy. Stationary bikes bore me and I don’t have easy access to an indoor pool.
Well, it is a week until my 32nd birthday and I can no longer say that I've never had a bloody nose. It is amazing what pregnancy changes to your body.
I do @Swiftlet. Something in our bedroom has been smelling pretty awful for the last few days. DH can't smell it and I can't figure out what is causing it. 😭
@mandk1233 oh nooo Hubs cleaned the bathroom yesterday (bless him) but there was this weird lingering smell that I couldn’t place. I steamed the floors today which seems to have helped for now...Hubs can never smell these things either!
@brookert615 it generally hurts all the time, but becomes much worse when I’m on my feet all day. So after working three 12-hour shifts in row, I was in a lot of pain leaving work last night!
@daffodil_shoe that sounds awful! Does any heat on your lower back area help at all?
@jvk2012 pretty cool Explains why I start huffing and puffing going up a little bitty hill, my poor squished lungs!
As for me...the last couple days I feel like I can feel every millimeter my poor ligaments are stretching. Sharp pain in my sides this AM (assuming RLP) while trying to walk the dog. I just slowed down and powered through and it got better but ugh, ouch.
@celticknotfire not allergies. I've had allergies for the last 23 years so I know what to expect. Plus, TMI but the snot is yellow/green. Definitely a cold.

I feel like I've had a fun sinus headache for the better part of a week, and some congestion but not feeling terribly sick. Probably just the weather changes.
@daffodil_shoe I also peed my pants a little yesterday while I was coughing hard. Fun stuff.

@therealbitts YES! Even when standing, cross those legs and squeeze those muscles and that will usually keep me dry. An unexpected sneeze you can forget it though...
The cold I had a few weeks ago has since turned into bronchitis and I've fallen victim to the cough and pee. It's so strange, I don't remember having this issue with #1. I'm okay if my bladder is 100% empty, but if not...watch out. Time to step up my kegel game.
@daffodil_shoe late response, but the pelvic pain sounds like SPD. I had it pretty awful with my DD, and it's starting to bother me now. I was told my body was just producing too much relaxin which was causing my pelvis to feel like it was barely attached in the middle. It continued to get worse for me until my doctor ultimately prescribed me a disabled placard because I couldn't walk long distances or up parking garage stairs without extreme pain. There was another mama in my last BMB that had it too and she swore that prenatal chiro visits helped.
kid 3 here and coughing and sneezing are pretty much guaranteed to end with me peeing a little. Stopping to cross my legs and squeeze helps but not always. I will be looking into pelvic floor therapy after delivering this kid. 🙈
@clee5711 what is pelvic floor therapy? I am picturing going to a handsome physical therapist on a weekly basis and him coaching me to do reps of kegels 😂 I could certainly use some pelvic floor therapy.
Anybody else still having random bouts of morning sickness?? I'm trying to figure out how much of it is truly morning sickness or if some of the nausea is from waiting too long after taking my thyroid meds to eat. Definitely threw up out of nowhere on Monday though.
Not exactly a pregnancy symptom, but I got a stomach virus and spent all afternoon into early morning running to the bathroom for one end or the other. The pregnancy piece is my worry about getting dehydrated and how that impacts baby... but I’m hopeful that I’ll be able to keep water down today, or else I’ll head into the doc (per their suggestion). Guess this is my early taste of worry about baby’s safety that will presumably carry with me the rest of my life 😂
