Re: GTKY - Friday the 13th Edition
The car was an unmarked state trooper car.
The state trooper inside was borrowing the car and had to radio in, so like 4 cop cars showed up. On this exit that's ONLY used for the Marine Corps base.
People passing by probably thought some major crime was going on!
Also, because it was a borrowed car, the guy HAD to write me a ticket.
Fortunately, they were SUPER nice - they even showed up in court to specifically tell the judge that they did not think I should get points or anything and that they wanted the charge dropped totally, which the judge did -- I had already voluntarily taken the safe driver's course before my court date.
Unfortunately, I got a speeding ticket a week later, wound up in front of that SAME judge, and def got the points for THAT one.

Also, same night. We walked out to our car and a biker with his penis hanging out harassed us.
So, yea. This past Wednesday.
Edit: spelling
2) When I lived in my studio apt by myself in the burbs of pdx, I had not one, but TWO crazy neighbors that would scream and yell terrible things all throughout the day and I could hear it in my apt. One day I actually had to call the police on one of them because I could hear them throwing things in their apt and it sounded like there was someone else in the apt with them so I was worried. He got arrested and then sometime later moved out. That was scary.

then they moved out at midnight by throwing their furniture / boxes down the stairs.
@tyrion_ omg. Just... chilling down the road hanging out?!
@NamelessAria I had my car break down on the way. The exam was just turning in a term paper, which I had written. It took my grade from an A to a D. At least I didn’t have to redo it. Ugh
I was trying to turn left out of a side street onto a road with 3 lanes each way and a median. A pickup truck in the right lane is going to turn right onto my street so as soon as it's clear I start going and POOF all of a sudden a sedan is driving in the middle lane passing this truck that slowed down to turn. The car must have been just at the right angle that it was always blocked by the truck.
Phew. And considering how exhausted I've been feeling all day I had some good reflexes!
