  There are two recent posts about this exact same question.  You have two symptoms: sore breasts and a missed period. You have a positive pregnancy test.
  
  Be thankful you are not miserable.  Each pregnancy is different.  Enjoy not being miserable, as it could soon change.

  Take a deep breath and try to relax.  A lack of intense symptoms doesn't mean ANYTHING.  It doesn't mean you're not pregnant; it doesn't mean anything at all except that your body is reacting to being pregnant better than some other bodies do.  Every pregnancy is different, just like every body is different.  Some women have different pregnancy experiences each time they have a baby. 
  
  For me, I haven't had a lot of nausea-related symptoms.  Lack of period (ha!), incredibly sore breasts, acne out of nowhere (annoying), food cravings/aversions, and wicked exhaustion were my main symptoms up until the 9th week, and then I started having major headaches and mild nausea and constipation.  
  
  Someone on here once said that if you go through an entire winter and don't catch a cold, you don't complain about it or think something is wrong with you.  Just like with pregnancy, you might go the entire time without any morning sickness, but that doesn't mean something is wrong with your pregnancy... just that you're one of the lucky ones who isn't sick as a dog.
  
  Breathe, relax, and enjoy this time.

  I had exactly the same thing!  NO symptoms except sore breasts/nipples... and I had a MC.
  
  Of course, I also had ALL the symptoms ever... and still had a MC.
  
  
  
  Please either JOIN into the community and start supporting others or take your inane freaking out away from here. I don't need to hear more about how much you're 'worrying' about MC that you have to come in here continually posting crap without actually responding to anyone!?!? One of the major things that irks me are people with living children and about the lowest MC % ever, freaking out for no reason. Like MC is the worst thing in the world to happen to you. You know what... it is. But I've made it through 5 of them with the knowledge that if I get PG again I'll probably have a 6th one. Stop freaking out for no d*mned reason! Your MC rate is super low and you know what... if you happen to be in the 15% (or less since you already made it to 8 weeks), then you'll survive and get over it like the rest of us have... there isn't anything you can do about it, so please stop making other people upset and angry.  If you can't handle being PG, then don't get PG...

  Let’s have a conversation about your post history. You have posted 3 times ever, each time creating a new anxiety-ridden thread on the 1st Tri Board. I recommend that you seek some help with your mental health. Being this anxious can’t be good for you or your baby. Many women have perfectly healthy babies at 37. Many women have perfectly healthy babies without experiencing morning sickness. Symptoms are different in each pregnancy. But, honestly, I’m pretty sure you’re not reading these responses, because you never respond to them. So, talk to a person in real life who can help you feel better.
