@leksiL That's so awesome you have a standing desk! I want one but I'm not willing to pay for it lol. My work paid for some of my coworkers but I'm too shy to ask LOL. The ball is great though. Hopefully it holds strong this pregnancy!
@cari1414@Pgh_Kel my 2 year old has become a total sasshole and has started intentionally pinching my nipples when she’s mad at me because she knows I don’t like it.
@brookert615 your employer should be paying for a standing desk! If you have sciatica now it’s just gonna get worse. The ball will be fine and if you rotate in circles it can really work out the pain.

@maryf082 I've had on and off back aches. They're reminiscent of my normal menstrual cramps or like I worked out hard with Olympic squats. Today is one of those days where the pain is present. Like I just want to lay down with my heating pad lol
Today I experienced the unique joy of vomiting ice cold water I had just consumed. Morning/all day sickness in full swing and I go back to work tomorrow. (Have been on vacation) Been downing ginger ales and saltines on my flight. Gonna have to stock up for work.
This is going to be interesting, being back. My office couldn’t be farther from the bathroom

I made it to 10 weeks and 2 days before I finally vomited. Up until last night, my morning sickness was simply nausea brought on by hunger or heat. Last night something we had for supper must not have agreed with me and I eventually had to force myself to vomit so that my stomach would stop hurting. Today my stomach feels weird, but no more nausea so fx that doesn't happen again.
@babyroma glad it’s not just me haha it’s worse in the morning when I just get out of bed or if I’m just sitting around watching tv. Once I’m up and moving it’s gone, or I just don’t notice it as much!
So over the last week I've been taking B6 3 times per day and a half unisom tablet before bed. My OB said it would help with the nausea. I've been feeling okayish (mild nausea all day, but I can function). On Sunday I only did the B6 and neglected to take the unisom. I felt TERRIBLE on Monday - it was a relatively severe nausea all darn day. On Monday I continued the B6 and made sure to take the unisom before bed. Today I'm back to feeling okayish. There must be something to taking both the B6 and unisom. Just throwing it out there for those struggling with nausea! BUT, be sure to ask your OB before trying anything new.
@Pgh_Kel I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship 😂
I'm so sorry to all of you who are vomiting. It takes such a toll on you! I haven’t vomited yet, but from previous experience, I know that if I start I won’t stop until well into the third trimester.
Oh god it almost happened today guys. I haven't thrown up this far *knock on wood* But as I put my dinner in the microwave I was swelling back extra spit when I thought maybe i should head to the. bathroom. Felt my stomach flip and dry heave into the toilet. Nothing came up though. Streak still alive for now. Hoping I don't see my dinner come up later tonight! Lol
I feel so bloated today. Not just my belly but my thighs too. Ughhh. Nausea still there AM and overnight but improved. I don’t have second dinners but you bet your butt I have breakfast AND brunch haha.
Brushing my teeth is like playing Russian roulette these days. My gag reflex is sooo sensitive. I’m fine in the morning because my stomach is empty. But that bedtime brush is a real gamble.

Try tilting your head down over the sink and spitting very frequently.
I definitely think the exhaustion is getting more intensified and didn't think I could get more tired lol. I really wish there was a place I could nap during my lunch break LOL. The car will be too hot - might hit up one of the park benches . The nausea is getting better with everything in my arsenal but definitely getting hot flashes at night. Glad I'm not alone!
@brookert615 the fatigue is unreal. I leave my car running while I nap so I have AC. Probably not good for the car, but I’m desperate to rest sometimes 😬
@malloryfrommn I think you’re right about the unisom + b6 combo. My doctor told me that combo together has the same composition as some name brand nausea meds. Hope you feel better! My MS has been pretty mild but it’s back today and now I’m sitting quietly at my desk slowly eating wheat thins trying to not to draw any attention to myself! 😕
@nhh11: has yours come and gone? I was so bad the last few days and today feel semi normal. Food still sounds gross, but I can at least function without feeling like I’m going to be sick.
I gagged while brushing my teeth the other day. Never happened before. Luckily, I was in the shower (I love brushing my teeth in the shower) and my stomach was totally empty. I still gagged uncontrollably a few times before it stopped. I also feel like a lot of smells (deodorant, shampoo ...) could bring me closer to vomiting in the morning.

@nhh11 I will not make the mistake of forgetting the unisom again! It's so interesting how B6 and unisom combined works the same as nausea meds. I am feeling almost NORMAL today! Just some nausea when I get hungry or if I think about my food aversions.
@brookert615 yep it feels like a long electric shock inside your vagina. It’s really delightful 🤨 Especially when you’re in public and you can’t do anything about it because it wouldn’t be proper 😩
@daffodil_shoe I hadn’t lightening crotch the other day and thought that it had to be in my head, but I think things must happen sooner with subsequent pregnancies. My first symptom of pregnancy was RLP about a week before I was due to get my period.
Count me onboard the exhaustion train. I am struggling to get anything accomplished.
Oh no! I forgot all about lightning crotch. Not looking forward to that. On another note, it finally happened. My husband patted the fat on my belly last night and said “Oh look! You are already showing!” My husband is dead now. I killed him.
