  • Ugh I don't want to eat anything, nothing sounds good to me except for maybe a muffin but I can't do that many carbs. For breakfast I ate some egg muffins and bacon.

  • I'm eating nothing in particular.  However, I am VERY indecisive and usually don't know what I want until I'm starving and ready to eat.  This has not gone well with trying to meal plan for my family and has ended up with me making DD something and telling DH he is fending for himself. It makes it hard to even grocery shop.

    YES! This "fend for yourself" thing is happening in my house too. When I decide what it is that I need to eat, I need to eat it RIGHT NOW and do not have time for meal preparation. I end up eating whatever I can shove into my face hole quickly enough, and poor H cooks a normal meal for just himself.

  • @scuba_chic and @galentine, right there with you guys on that. SO has been great about it but I'm always feeling bad. And poor DS, I feel like all of his meals are last minute decisions anymore, so not of the best quality. Like yesterday the plan was to make a pork roast that we'd have for dinner, DS and who ever else would have leftovers for next day lunch. Of course that didn't happen. Attempt #2 tonight. Wish me luck, lol.

  • I ate three-quarters of a (very large) tub of potato salad yesterday. It's all I ate for dinner. It was amazing, and I'm considering eating the rest right now even though it's not quite 10am.
    😂 This, in a nutshell, has been me the last month or so!!  I find something I want and eat it and eat it and eat it!!  Hope you enjoy your potato salad!!  ❤️

    Now the question is, what kind of potato salad? Because I've craved mustard potato salad more than a few times lately.

  • @melanier26 if the lemonade doesn’t help, maybe try some ginger ale. 

    @fit-mom2b haha. I had a PB & J yesterday. Also, I completely understand about having a hard time drinking water. With my first pregnancy, I would add a little bit of Gatorade or juice, just to add some flavor. Not a lot, just a tad. You can even buy fruit infusers to put in your water and that’s pretty much endless on options.

    I am cracking up over here because that is EXACTLY how I've been eating this whole time! A few days ago I had mashed potatoes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. What can ya do?
    I had KFC last week (chicken littles and mashed potatoes) and the mashed potatoes were amazing and exactly what I needed. I could tell how fake they were, but they were still so good...

  • We made this tonight for supper!  It’s one of my favorite salads.  We use a rotisserie chicken to save some time.  You can also top with a little bit of balsamic glaze 😋.

  • Adding to #carbfest2019...I was driving home and out of nowhere NEEDED a chocolate chip bagel from Panera. Drove across town to get one. And after I finished it I saw someone sitting down with a sandwich and for a second considered ordering one. Give me all the yummy breads

    Have you tried Spindrift or Waterloo? Both don’t have sweeteners and are my fave brands out there. Spindrift uses a small amount of real juice. I like the grapefruit Spindrift and both cherry and watermelon Waterloo. SO good.

  • @jbch2018 YES!!  Those donuts sound SO good right now!  I may have to go to the store right now.... 
  • How often do you girls eat? I've been eating like 2-3 hours in between, but i try to eat smaller. I get so hungry....

  • @Cass005 That sounds about like me. If I eat too much in one sitting, I'm prone to more nausea, so I try to keep it on the small side each time I eat. Sometimes it's only some crackers, sometimes a yogurt, but I try to not overdue it. I can't really stomach a full meal anymore.

  • I haven’t been drinking coffee since my BFP, mainly due to an aversion. I’m having some right now though and mmm ☕️  so glorious. I’m starting with 1/4 cup though because of fear of being jittery and getting a stomachache. I’m a wimp lol
  • melanier26 Same here, but I started doing half caff because I feel like there's too many issues with herbal teas. I made my own half caff blend with vanilla creamer and it works just fine now, super happy.

    My current issue: I have to pick up dinner and I don't want anything. Salad is an absolute no since I've eaten it every day for lunch. Chinese is a no, can't stomach it...hoagies are out basically...pizza is tomorrow. Mexican...eh. Stuffed shells? hmm...I don't know how I feel. OMG this is so frustrating
  • I went to a spin class today and followed it up with a spicy chicken sandwich and baconator fries from Wendy’s. #balance
    All about those baconator fries! Just got them today (along with that asiago ranch bacon chicken sandwich). So worth having the overwhelming desire to nap afterwards.

  • Found my first big nope: arugula. Blech.

    But I'm loving cucumbers and this peach and blueberry smoothie from St. Louis Bread Co. Yum!
