Re: Anatomy Scan Results Discussion Thread
@intheluep at my anatomy scan (20w exactly) the tech said that baby was measuring in at 15 oz and didn’t bat an eye. So 15 oz at 20w vs. 11 oz at 19+4 seems like there can be quite a range for this guys. Crazy how fast these little ones are growing though!
ETA: DH got the option for GREAT insurance this year (same company, they're moving offices and it's going to suck for 90% of people's commutes so they are trying to avoid retention issues). We're saving $3,000 this year on our OOP max since it's way lower and a lot more is in network so I'm just writing off the $1,000 and trying not to think about it. I thought I was miscarrying so $500 to know my baby still has a heartbeat and then another to get more answers ASAP once you could see more when the blood stopped (the term hemorrhage is legitimate in SCH) is worth it to me. I've been more pissed about $200 for an MMR titer when I didn't know the lab was out of network but that actually saved me a bunch when I did my first pregnancy bloodwork since I made sure I was at an in network place (my dr.'s office has a lab but it's wasn't in network even though the doctor was).
