@italianmommy8 we are planning on just one embryo. If it doesn’t take, we will probably do two next time. Do you like the patches better? Seems like it would be less work but maybe it’s harder to remember when it’s every 3 days
@italianmommy8 this is my third FET we didn’t do a fresh cycle due to ohss. I am on estrodial valrate injections every 3 days and progesterone oil injections daily! I had a bad reaction a year ago on my second cycle to the oral estrogen so they have kept me on the injections.

@ruger0228 I do like the patches more and seems to be the method to increase estrogen the best for me. It’s not hard to remember to change them every 3 days. how are you feeling? Any symptoms? Are you going to test before Friday?
@lindsjacobs congrats on your beta? Was this your first FET? How many did you transfer?
@ italianmommy8 I have never tried patches. I tested last night because I was so crampy during first few days but bfn. I now have very few symptoms mild pms type and sore boobs thinking this is another failed cycle honestly. I don’t plan to test again before Friday.
@kimberlyshae, that is awesome! Are they having you do another beta or just ultrasound?

@kimberlyshae I’m so relieved for you too! Unfortunately last month during my FET when my first beta was 54 it turned out to be a CP and I’m so happy you don’t have to go through that.
AFM, I don’t go in until Friday to see if I’m ovulating (I’m doing a natural cycle this time) so hopefully my transfer date is sometime next week. It’s been a long week I’m getting antsy waiting! I’ve been doing at home ovulation tests and so far nothing.
@kimberlyshae@lindsjacobs Congratulations on a good beta This is like the best present for upcoming holidays!!! Hopefully, this baby dust will spread to the other girls too.
I just started suppression meds yesterday, signed consents today....I and DH decided to transfer 2 embryos this cycle. Hopefully, we will have better luck this time.
@kimberlyshae That's great news! FX for continued progress. Its so nice to see all the good Beta's so far this month! AFM: transfer was yesterday. It went well and the team had me giggling and in good spirits throughout which I think is a positive. Let the TWW Commence. Since they have me do a HCG trigger after transfer I'm going to try not to test this time around since it was a complete mind screw last time.
Super bummed tested tonight bfn...I go in Friday for preg test. Transfer was Thursday 12/13. I’m going to be so upset... if I get the good news on Friday then I go for beta blood work Sunday and ultrasound the 31st but only if it’s positive on Friday
Well I think I'm out.... had my Frozen transfer on Tuesday and honestly don't know what exactly happened but my Dr. kept going back and forth to the embryologist... apparently she never hit the "plunger" on the catheter but there was no embryo left in the catheter.... soooo... she asked if we wanted to thaw out another embryo to put in... though there is a chance it was put in. I opted not to thaw another one in case it the first one somehow did place. I only have 2 frozen embryo's left and didn't want to risk another one. Ugh, even when you do everything right-- something so rare like this can happen I guess. I was a mess on Tuesday but have accepted it and am just going to wait and see what happens. At least my winter break starts tomorrow at 3:30! Thinking of you all.
Ok ladies I am going crazy again. Is it possible that 5.5-6 dp 5dt that embryos would just be implanting? Had a lot of cramping and pulling last night early this morning. I am hoping that is the case but also afraid if that is possible that they will take me off meds tomorrow prematurely. Appreciate any advice anyone may have
I did another pregnancy test this morning my transfer was a 5AB last Thursday, I go tomorrow morning for official preg test at RMA clinic. First beta would be Sunday morning then ultrasound on the 31st only if it’s positive tomorrow. I reached out to my nurse this morning asking what’s next steps if it’s negative tomorrow as at this point I expect it to be based on the negative test this morning. This was our first FET transfer and it’s a huge let down to say the least. I really wanted it so bad. Sorry for venting!
I’m sorry you aren’t testing positive yet. Hoping you have a late implanter❤️

@purplg8r, that’s wonderful!! @Kriztyn , I am so sorry you had to go through this. I don’t know what I would have done. I think you have a great perspective and I’m so glad you are taking a break! Will you test before beta?
I don’t have any personal experience with late implanters. I have always gotten my + by 5dp 5dt. Have you tested yet? I would for sure test at home before going off meds. With my last transfer, LabCorp made a mistake and sent back the wrong results indicating that I wasn’t pregnant, even though I was. My doc told me to stop meds, but I said no and told him that I had been testing + at home and that I wanted another blood draw. Sure enough, I was pregnant.

@Kriztyn Oh my gosh!! WTF?? Ok... so could you see the screen when they did the transfer? If you could see the screen then you should have been able to see a white dot in your uterus right after the embryologist yelled that the catheter was clear. The dot is just an air bubble but that's where the embryo should be. I will be thinking about you. Please keep us posted on your symptoms but remember that you may not feel much of anything for the first 3 days.
