Product Spotlights: upcoming or requests

There’s been some interest (at least two other people than me!) in having product spotlights as seen in other BMBs. The basic concept is to break down the massive recommended registry list (or the New Baby Gear thread) into something a little more focused. Use the Product Spotlight to make specific product recommendations, give the pros and cons of products you have used, mention sales or deals you’ve seen, list safety recommendations, etc. I will try to start them late in the week/over the weekend so that we have something specific to talk about!
Use this thread to request specific items for discussion. Ideas off the top of my head:
Diapers and Wipes
cloth diapers
Bottles
Newborn Sleeping Solutions (cosleepers, Moses baskets, sidecars, bassinets)
Cribs
Pack and Play/Travel Sleeping
High Chairs
Pumps
Nursing Extras (boppy, lanolin, nursing leakage pads, nipple shields)
Bottle warmers and washers
Comment to add anything else you can think of!

Im looking forward to these reviews. This is my fourth, but he was quite the surprise (happy surprise) and it’s been almost 9 years so we’ve gotten rid of everything, so we having to get everything all over again.
I'm loving the idea of these product spotlights. Just browsing through all the baby products on Amazon, I don't even know where to start! And most of my friends don't have kids, so I have no one to get recommendations from.
The book baby bargains is pretty much the only baby book I had and loved (that and baby 411). It is really useful for product ratings and never steered me wrong and was only about $12
The other is https://www.lucieslist.com/ its got great product reviews, for different price ranges without a million things to choose from

Everyone else, what do you want next? Where are you on your registry building and should we have a separate thread on where to register?
Side note: when can we start a discussion on choosing a pediatrician? I've wanted to for a while but so early in pregnancy didn't really seem appropriate. My ob recommended interviewing pediatricians in our area and deciding on one pre-delivery. I have a list of questions to ask provided by the hospital, but I think I would really benefit from other moms sharing what they wished they had asked or known about their pediatrician before making the decision. Or why they had to switch pediatricians because of concerns with their doctor.
