@offtoneverland Oh no!! I hope you just need some sleep. How do you feel this morning? Btw, Always brand makes great bladder protection pads. It’s like $4 for a set of 20 and those babies are fool proof. I get the level 4 protection. Maybe pick some up on your way to the park so you have one less thing to worry about.
@offtoneverland fingers crossed that your symptoms pass quickly!
AFM, I've developed carpal tunnel and de quervain's tendosynovitis in my right hand and trigger finger in my left ring finger. I feel like I'm falling apart. I'm splinting for now and trying desperately to avoid a hand surgeon for injections but if I don't get relief soon I'll have to go. I don't think I'll be able to hold the babies if the pain doesn't go away :-(. Also, not sleeping is driving me batty....hopefully I'll be able to sleep soon. Okay, BF over.

@linz36 i developed the same thing after dd was born. so incredibly painful! saw 3 ortho specialists for it and tried everything they recommended short of the shot and surgery. nothing worked. it was my daughter’s pediatrician who mentioned trying something that ended up resolving the issue: sleep with the affected hand raised above your heart. it took a few nights in a row, but it did work. hope your hand feels better.
@runningyogimama - ugh I'm sorry. If the lotion/oatmeal you got at the store doesn't work, lush dream cream worked wonders for me (after trying sooooo many things including 2 steroid packs). I was still itchy, but it was bearable.
Thanks everyone! I'm feeling better today and we were able to alter our trip a bit to go to the park tomorrow instead of today, so I have more time to recover.
