DS and I drove to the beach to visit the in laws today for a long weekend. Not sure if I mentioned that before. I survived 5 hours in the car solo with a toddler! I think we'll wait until closer to his bedtime to drive home on Monday because there was some periodic screaming. All in all, though, he did well.

I feel like the weekend started with Moana and will end with Moana. From Fri night to this morning, I watched Moana twice thanks to DD.

It reminds me of our recent Hawaii trip. We had the best poke bowls. I normally go for cooked sushi but wow, these poke bowls were so flavorful and fresh. Too bad it was my first and last time (for a while). I want a poke bowl and masubi right now!!! This movie triggers me in a very fungry way, lol.

@kns1988 the beach sounds so nice right now. My friend lives in Clearwater Florida and I really want to visit her again before DS turns 2 and I have to pay for his seat for a flight. We were just down there in the beginning of April and it was so nice

@kns1988 that is so nice! It's lovely to have people take care of you while asking nothing in return.

We spent the day at the beach yesterday too. We went to a local beach that has the best burgers and I was so happy!

Friday night we went to the local fair and today we are going to a pool party. And I'm exhausted. I have a 9 year old that is pretty easy now, and an almost 2 year old that I have to follow every where. She'll just take off otherwise. This on top of first tri exhaustion and nausea. Let's also say that nothing is getting done around the house this weekend.

You guys. The app. It is HORRIBLE! I don't have enough time every day to jump on my laptop, and the app won't open our board.

We’re having a pretty lazy day today. MH just took the girls to run errands so I can relax. We got home pretty late last night from a party so i’m exhausted.

@AliKay20 poke bowls :'( it's summer and hot and ALL I WANT are sushi/poke bowls and turkey sandwiches w/all the veggies piled on. I thought about heating the turkey up to steaming and then letting it cool, but that just sounds gross... Ugh.

I’m currently at my dads. He has bologna and cheese. I’ve been craving it. I’m currently in a mental debate about whether I’m strong enough to abstain.

@kianarain I tried hearing up turkey for a sandwich. It's just not the same.

@BitterBetty12 Could you fry the bologna? I think it should be safe if heated thoroughly. And fried bologna is awesome anyway.

I brought a homemade turkey sandwich to the office...with the turkey on the side...and I wonder how many mothers (there's a LOT of women with children at my office) noticed me microwaving the turkey and wondered if I was pregnant lol

we're online searching for good used treadmills and new cheap treadmills. This will help me workout more, since I worked out a lot when we had our last treadmill, and I'll feel a lot better about myself. Right now I feel like a lazy butt. A busy lazy butt, though, because I'm nonstop doing work or studying for my licensing exam :(
