@mcgeeva 10dp5dt was 115. I got tested every two days two more times and it doubled exactly each time. After that my dr. just did ultrasounds. I go every week to check for something (first gestational sac, second week yolk sac, third heart beat etc.). Dont get caught up with what the number should be. I believe anything above 90 is good and most importantly that it doubles every 48 hours. I was scared when I heard people starting with much higher numbers than mine. But, it all turned out fine.
I had one at 19 - I think that was chemical and another at 600 something, then went to 700 something and miscarried. But I do agree it's hard to tell. I have my numbers saved from my boys 7 years ago. You always want something to compare.

Soooo I may have gotten a squinter on a cheapie. DH is convinced that it’s negative and it’s just the spot where the dye would go. He doesn’t want to get his hope up. So now he just took one to prove to me that mine was negative haha. What has my life become?? I’m waiting to see what a pregnancy test looks like from my husband haha. It’s definitely a question mark. DH’s came out negative. He just said yup that’s a faint line. I’m definitely taking a FRER in the morning!

then she starts talking about the quality and showed us a set of pictures of the
stages and then she says…”so one more embryo left frozen”….and that’s when we
both stopped listening and told her no no…this one from today is our last one….and
she is like no you still have one more. We
were shocked!!! So she says, let me
triple check with the lab and will let you know. We went in and as I as was getting ready my
Dr comes to apologize. He said there was
a typo in the initial report, we actually had 3 embryos that made it to day 5,
not 2…so yes we still have one more in the freezer!!!
Trying
to think back to the time we did the egg fertilization I do remember I was kind
of confused, bc the information I was getting during the daily calls to follow
up on the progress did not match the final report on transfer date with the
numbers of eggs/thawed/fertilized/frozen, but since it was our first time and I
was so nervous every time they called, I assumed the numbers changed every day
so I thought OK 2 made it to the final final stage.
After
the transfer we went to the acupuncture office and then I slept most of the
day, now I am watching the office.
First
BETA scheduled for Fri May 4th and of course thinking about when would be a
good time to start HPTing.

Thank you everyone for all the support and hugs! I wish I had better news, but my numbers are going down. Today’s beta was 120. The doctor called and said for me to stop meds. I have to go in for another test on Monday to make sure I get a negative. If not then he said they will have to check and make sure it is not in a tube. I didn’t even know that could happen with IVF. He said I should get my period in about a week and I’ll have to have another consultation to discuss the cycle and what’s next.
@laurengon82 ((hugs)) I'm so so very sorry!! I wish there was something I could say or do to make things better. Please let me know if you need anything. I'm always here if you need someone to talk to. My heart breaks for you having to endure all of this right now.

I was basically there last transfer (beta humored me and did double, but I didn’t get a third - started spotting at 4w5d and *TW* full on bleeding at 5w2d). AFM: At around 4pm today, I was convinced I was going to come home from work and test. I was like: "I have that spare FRER, I'm going to just do it!"
And then I got home and I couldn't, I just froze. For a while now, I've been struggling with low-grade IF-related depression. The last couple of FETs, for me, have been really crushing too. I'm kicking myself for not doing the PGS - if the last two embies were abnormal, I mean, I would have saved myself the two transfers and the ERA and the trauma - so I know maybe some of this I've brought on myself (for not springing for the PGS). But honestly, if this transfer is a bust, I can't see how I won't be in a very dark place. I just can't bring myself to POAS. I'm too scared. Maybe later.

@ndz2018 I’m on estrogen shots but no. No bubbles. It did make me giggle though.
Soooo I may have gotten a squinter on a cheapie. DH is convinced that it’s negative and it’s just the spot where the dye would go. He doesn’t want to get his hope up. So now he just took one to prove to me that mine was negative haha. What has my life become?? I’m waiting to see what a pregnancy test looks like from my husband haha. It’s definitely a question mark. DH’s came out negative. He just said yup that’s a faint line. I’m definitely taking a FRER in the morning!

Everything went well, the nurse explained the baby survived the thawing and looked great, then she starts talking about the quality and showed us a set of pictures of the stages and then she says…”so one more embryo left frozen”….and that’s when we both stopped listening and told her no no…this one from today is our last one….and she is like no you still have one more. We were shocked!!! So she says, let me triple check with the lab and will let you know. We went in and as I as was getting ready my Dr comes to apologize. He said there was a typo in the initial report, we actually had 3 embryos that made it to day 5, not 2…so yes we still have one more in the freezer!!!
Trying to think back to the time we did the egg fertilization I do remember I was kind of confused, bc the information I was getting during the daily calls to follow up on the progress did not match the final report on transfer date with the numbers of eggs/thawed/fertilized/frozen, but since it was our first time and I was so nervous every time they called, I assumed the numbers changed every day so I thought OK 2 made it to the final final stage.
After the transfer we went to the acupuncture office and then I slept most of the day, now I am watching the office.
First BETA scheduled for Fri May 4th and of course thinking about when would be a good time to start HPTing.

Congrats on being PUPO! I personally wouldn’t test earlier than 7dp5dt - but that’s just ‘cause I know how light my last two on that day were.

March 6th our little man was born.
6/17/13 - Ovidrel, Follistim, Prometrium ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP! March 17th our St. Pattys day baby arrived
10/29/17 - Started process for IVF, got pregnant & miscarried a 2nd time since summer. 2/22 started stims - Menopur, Gonal F, Cetrotide - retrieval 3/6 - , PIO, estrace 3xday - FET 4/18 = Beta 1: 616; Beta 2: 1342 = BFP

@J1006 - GL with the FRER in the morning. Squinters stress me out. But I saw someone say that they would take photos of their squinters and then adjust the contrast and sometimes they could see it better then. Maybe worth a shot with your cheapies?
@mama2b1974 - WHAT?! A surprise embie!?!??! Hahahaha! What a great story!! That's great news!!! Keeping FX that this transfer works, and you get to keep that one in the hopper.
AFM: At around 4pm today, I was convinced I was going to come home from work and test. I was like: "I have that spare FRER, I'm going to just do it!"
And then I got home and I couldn't, I just froze. For a while now, I've been struggling with low-grade IF-related depression. The last couple of FETs, for me, have been really crushing too. I'm kicking myself for not doing the PGS - if the last two embies were abnormal, I mean, I would have saved myself the two transfers and the ERA and the trauma - so I know maybe some of this I've brought on myself (for not springing for the PGS). But honestly, if this transfer is a bust, I can't see how I won't be in a very dark place. I just can't bring myself to POAS. I'm too scared. Maybe later.
