@mcgeeva ouch!! I bruised myself last night for the first time with the PIO and I know I didn’t massage it enough. Maybe that’s why. I didn’t even bleed but the bruise showed up, nowhere near what yours is like though. It’s starting to get sore just like last weekend when I did all my shots myself. Heating pad helped me with the soreness. My nurse also drew targets on my back so I know where to inject. Once they start to fade DH just redraws them. Maybe try that so you know you are injecting in the right spot. I hope that heals quickly!!

Thanks everyone! Everything went well today. Blast thawed well and I heard the embyrologist tell the RE that the blast was hatched so I'm guessing it may have developed a bit more post thaw because it wasn't hatched before it was frozen. Now we wait and hope for the best....

Part of me feels bad ragging on him because he's probably the least douchey husband out of all the husbands I know, but DH is being awful today. As soon as I walked in the door from transfer he started legit yelling at me about his misplaced car keys. I asked him to stop because I don't want to be stressed today and he has brought it up no less than two additional times, complete with yelling and accusations. I've been home for 7 hours and he hasn't even asked me how transfer went or acknowledged it in any way. Has made food for everyone else today and hasn't asked me once if he can make me anything or if there's anything he can do for me. Needless to say, I've spent most of the day crying. He's probably only been this much of a dickhead a handful of times in the 12 years we've been married, but why the hell today of all days? So much for being happy today. I also fell down the stairs (just a couple...eyes were watery and i missed a step) so I'm sure the embryo loved that and now I'm crampy. I just want a do over.

@tosh24 that embie is snuggling in just fine! Women get preggers all the time doing all sorts of stuff and the babies are fine. I don’t want to excuse your hubs because there’s no excuse for stressing you today of all days, but my guess is he is acting out because of his own stress around the transfer. that said, I’m sure he will apologize, but until then just get through the day and know it won’t hurt your chances... baby won’t really start implanting till tomorrow or so. If it were me I’d say I was feeling sick and shut myself in my bedroom and watch musicals. If ever there’s a time to be a little selfish it’s now sending hugs! Come on and rant as much as you need to, we are here for you!

Thank you so much ladies! I went to bed at 830 last night and got a nice 12 hour sleep. Today has been good - DH woke up like nothing was wrong and had no idea why I was upset (go figure). Men! I did get teary-eyed but that was just because I appreciate all of the replies and support. Hi @tosh24 sorry to hear about your DH - but likewise glad things are better today As others have said, I think sometimes our SO's just can't quite deal with what's going on and so have really odd reactions (at the worst times!!). My DH is extremely supportive - but yet - the very first time I had to give myself and injection I found it really hard and started crying and he literally said quite roughly that I just had to 'Get on with it'. It was very out of character for him (I think maybe he was going for tough love - or he didn't want to see me do it either and him being upset came out as anger) but I was shocked he acted that way. But he never said anything like that again. It's possible your DH just found everything overwhelming yesterday and didn't even realise he was stomping around! So glad you got a good nights sleep - and Congrats on Being PUPO And congrats too to congrats @dragonette505 and @shae44 (sorry about lateness - I'm not good at keeping up over the weekends!) How are all my ladies doing with the TWW( well it’s more like 9 or 10 day ) so far?
Im hoping this week time flies.. i felt like May 8th was so close and suddenly it’s crawling! Next scan is tomorrow. The last couple days I’ve be SUPER emotional, like to the point I started HYSTERICALLY crying because the sweet old delivery man was SO SO KIND AND ADORABLE that when I realized I had Only tipped him $2 I lost it! Like ugly cry lost it! I made my H call back the place to tell them what an amazing kind man he was and that we are sorry we meant to tip him more.. that still didn’t stop my from crying. It weighed on me all night so much so the next day I went To place with an envelop and dropped him off $5 and said the older gentleman who delivered to our house last night can you please give this to him? I sure hope they did. These Hormones are real!
@ndz2018 lol the hormones are no joke! I fell the same too. Everything makes me emotional. I think for me it’s the fact I don’t know if I should have hope or getting nervous I don’t feel too different it means nothing is going on. Like a crazy person I peed on a stick yesterday. Not sure why I did it since it’s too damn soon and the fact you can get a positive even with chemical pregnancies. Hoping this week flies by for everyone.

@mcgeeva don’t worry I peed in a stick too. But it was peer pressure from DH! He wanted me to use a first response but I told absolutely not. I’m not wasting an expensive one on a for sure negative. He settled for an internet cheapie.
@ndz2018 I am an emotional wreck. DH returned from a business weekend yesterday and my little dog just wanted him to hold him. He just wanted a cuddle. I cried at that. DH looks at me and says Emotional huh? Ummm yes. Get used to it.
Since DH was gone all weekend that meant 5 shots in a row on one side (I usually like to alternate right and left). My right is SORE! it feels like there is a knot in my muscle. So happy DH is back to resume his role as shot giver. I go in this morning to check my estrogen and progesterone levels. They were good last week so hopefully all just stays the same. I hope this week flies by for everyone!
@J1006 did you see anything?? I kept standing in the light squinting hoping to see something lol. I wont use expensive ones either only the wondfos. That's the worst about the shots. My husband got home from him week trip so I have been making him help me again. I went off saturday night because I had the same thing happen friday blood everywhere so now it freaks me out before I do the shot. He was making jokes about it only being a month more and I was snapped I was not in the joking mood since my whole ass hurts to sit or brush up on shit.

I don’t want to excuse your hubs because there’s no excuse for stressing you today of all days, but my guess is he is acting out because of his own stress around the transfer.
that said, I’m sure he will apologize, but until then just get through the day and know it won’t hurt your chances... baby won’t really start implanting till tomorrow or so.
If it were me I’d say I was feeling sick and shut myself in my bedroom and watch musicals. If ever there’s a time to be a little selfish it’s now

Im hoping this week time flies.. i felt like May 8th was so close and suddenly it’s crawling! Next scan is tomorrow. The last couple days I’ve be SUPER emotional, like to the point I started HYSTERICALLY crying because the sweet old delivery man was SO SO KIND AND ADORABLE that when I realized I had Only tipped him $2 I lost it! Like ugly cry lost it! I made my H call back the place to tell them what an amazing kind man he was and that we are sorry we meant to tip him more.. that still didn’t stop my from crying. It weighed on me all night so much so the next day I went To place with an envelop and dropped him off $5 and said the older gentleman who delivered to our house last night can you please give this to him? I sure hope they did. These Hormones are real!

March 6th our little man was born.

@ndz2018 I am an emotional wreck. DH returned from a business weekend yesterday and my little dog just wanted him to hold him. He just wanted a cuddle. I cried at that. DH looks at me and says Emotional huh? Ummm yes. Get used to it.
Since DH was gone all weekend that meant 5 shots in a row on one side (I usually like to alternate right and left). My right is SORE! it feels like there is a knot in my muscle. So happy DH is back to resume his role as shot giver. I go in this morning to check my estrogen and progesterone levels. They were good last week so hopefully all just stays the same. I hope this week flies by for everyone!
