I broke down and bought things ginger- ginger ale, candied ginger, ginger candies. At the check-out the gal was like “you sure must like ginger!” Yup. Exactly. Uh-huh.
The candied ginger seems to work best for me, but the ginger candies take the win for portability.
The only thing that doesn't make me sick is fruit. I've been forcing myself to eat other things, but will probably go stock up on fruit after work. Every once in a while I get a craving for french fries as well, but that's about it. I'm thinking about getting some frozen fruit and maybe protein powder and making some smoothies for those times when I really can't handle a meal.
The other day every breakfast food just sounded gross to me so I made myself a (heated up) turkey sandwich at like 9am.

Definitely Chipotle! Had to have it for lunch yesterday and it didn’t disappoint. Also grapefruit juice every morning, something about the tartness is appealing. Otherwise I’m just eating constantly, whatever sounds good to stave off the nausea.
fruit has tasted amazing lately but no food aversions. I would like some mac and cheese but have avoided it as trying to limit 'comfort' food and I gain weight easily and I don't want to gain 80+ lbs with pregnancy!
My DH has been making sure I have homemade soup and saltines for work every day because I feel nauseated most of the day. By the time I get home though it’s passed and I want all the food. Steak and sweet potatoes has been my latest craving although tonight I want to add roasted beets with goat cheese.
anything spicy still. and it hasnt been spicy enough yet. I think I've killed my taste buds. lol I havent really had any aversions yet, more just apathetic about food in general. Cereal.
The last week I have been avoiding my usual breakfast of cottage cheese and a hard boiled egg in favor of a bagel and cream cheese. I thought I just wanted a bagel, but this morning I went back to my usual since it is the healthier option. The cottage cheese tasted sour and I gagged on the egg yolk.
I think I’m a bagel and cream cheese person for a while.

The only things that ever sound good are Fritos bbq twists and white cheddar popcorn.....so really healthy. Well I guess there was one time I just had to have celery and peanut butter so there’s that.
-One week I wanted all the pickles and salt and vinegar chips -another week I wanted all the ground turkey- in tacos and coodles (carrot spirals like zoodles) style “spaghetti” - another week I couldn’t touch chicken with a ten foot pole and didn’t want *any* meat at all- I survived on crackers and cereal and tortilla chips - I hated sweets and chocolate for weeks and only could do fruity “sweets” or cranberry/ orange / blueberry stuff and dried mangoes but this week I want all the chocolate - cheddar string cheese has been my go to this week. I can’t get enough of it!
This pregnant person is eating almost nothing. Seriously, I just went shopping, wandered the aisles looking for something that sounded good, and all I came home with was a loaf of plain bakery bread. Which doesn't even sound good.

Chili fries. Burgers. Chipotle. Pizza.

Also, I have been living on Campbell’s chicken noodle soup-at-hand. Easy on the tummy, and soo comforting.
Jimmy Johns is the one thing I can always stomach. I let myself have deli meat though since it's all that sounds good most days.
Other than that? Wheat chex. Fruit snacks. That's about it.
I think I’m a bagel and cream cheese person for a while.
Also give me all the cream cheese and bagels.
