Hi Ladies, when I had baby #1 back in June, I did not know how stressful handling visitors would be. To add, I didn't think I'd get so much unsolicited advice or comments about my baby, such as how to handle when crying, reasons why baby might be crying, diapering, feeding, bathing, baby too warm, too cold, etc. I'm wondering how I'll handle this the second time around and hoping to read some articles and books to help me stand up for my desires without ruffling too many feathers.
How will you handle visitors and unsolicited advice? I was not expecting my stressors to be caused by something other than baby. Our baby was perfect and sleeping well since day 1!
Also doing qfp again since the post was changed. It'll be nice to keep a record
This totally happened in another thread with someone who hasn't posted much. A few years ago people's names and pic kept getting mixed up. Like if I posted it would show up as my name but someone else's picture. Don't know if that's the same things happening here or if she's congratulating herself.
Wasn't it in the Braxton Hicks thread? OP responded that maybe it was from sleeping position or something? Or am I losing it? It is somehow magically gone now if so...

Oh this makes sooooooo much more sense! I was like....why is this girl calling me a bully when I only said one sentence to her. But I said it in both threads- to both "hers"! I just had no idea it was the same person....lol.....get a life.
I actually do remember when TB was mixing up photos and names a couple years back, so I hope it's as simple and easily explainable as that. But if not...

*lurker* I know one of you hates us commenting haha but This has definitely happened on the bump before and last time I encountered it the person wasnt even pregnant. I did search both their post history and it is weird how little there is for each but magically come to each other's aid. 99% sure they are the same person and would be super wary of this person in general moving forward.
Wow. This was like reading an entire script to Law & Order. I’m impressed. But I feel like my DVR cut off five minutes before it’s over and I really wanna know how it turns out.
