Me too @syssa-o tired aaallll the damn time. Sometimes I think my husband is silently judging me for being so unproductive. Also, it’s abnormally hot where I live...so that doesn’t help anyone.
@i-wanna-b-the-girl-w-most-cake so fun feeling them move!! My baby b has an anterior placenta as well..I *think* I felt him move...could be his sister though.
ughh. I'm so exhausted by the end of the day I often wonder how I'm going to make it another 4 months! I try to rest on my breaks and lunch but by about 5p I'm so ready to just lay in bed. And I work until 7p so it's kinda a problem. My tummy starts feeling all tight and sore and heavy and even sitting begins to hurt. I'm not sure if an earlier work schedule would even help, less hours would be great tho! Great and unrealistic! lol
maybe I'll try one of those support belt thingys...anyone else using one yet?
Oh and I got my pregnancy pillow yesterday and I love it. - feels really good between my legs and under by belly. The one I have: PharMeDoc Pregnancy Pillow - C Shaped Maternity Body Pillow for Pregnant Women Ordered it online for $40, worth it!
We see the hospital every two weeks for an in depth ultrasound and I see my OB every 4 weeks, so there are always appointments coming up! My next one is Nov. 2nd to check the hearts.
I started a registry on Amazon
I don't have any questions I can think of right now, but I'm sure glad I found this thread!
I agree with y’all - no 2nd tri energy burst here either! Sleeping awful already, even with unisom. Our boy has an anterior placenta as well but I’m pretty certain I’ve felt him a couple times. I feel the girl no problem now. 20w and change, and realized that today is 4 months exactly from the latest possible delivery date for me.... AHHHHH!!! It’s going so fast and knowing they’re coming no later than 38w is making me start to panic!
I had a few echos with my last pregnancy and am having one this time around too. They do take longer than a standard visit for sure. But in my experience, the technicians that performed it seemed more savvy and were able to get nice images pretty quickly (mine just wanted a LOT and that’s what took so long). I imagine it’s longer with twins BUT with my son, we were able to take home plenty of really good pics Also, with the echo for my son they used the 3-d imaging which was neat to see.
Y’all.... deciding on one name is hard. Deciding on two is SO HARD!! We’ve finalized our girl name but cannot for the life of us agree on a boy name!! My husband is full of reasons why not to do names.... including “that’s a dog on paw patrol” and “that sounds like a drug dealer name” (what?!)
@sardavbak Names can be so hard DH and I have had a while to figure that out (we tried for 5 years to get pregnant) so we had our names pretty much figured out already.
My doctor wants me to be getting 90 grams of protein a day, which is sooooo hard to do. I resorted to protein shakes, but my MIL (who is an RN) is concerned that the one I was using isn't safe for pregnancy. Is anyone else having to do protein shakes and which shakes are you drinking? I'm going to call my OB tomorrow and see if they have one they recommend.

@amanning2011 I asked my OB about orgain protein shakes and she said they are fine. I read an article awhile back that suggested to stay away from whey protein shakes, but I don’t remember why. 90g of protein a day seems really hard to achieve! MyFitnessPal might be useful in tracking your intake.
People keep telling me, you're so lucky you get to pick out multiple names! What?! Names are so, so hard. As for protein, it's also really hard. I've been eating multiple Greek yogurts a day to try to increase my protein. But then I get worried about sugar.
Also, we had our 20 week anatomy scan today so we officially know it's
UPDATE: My appointment went great today! Both babies are doing great! AND baby A's placenta has finally started shifting off of my cervix!! Praise the Lord!! I found out that I will start stress tests weekly at 32 weeks.. How is everyone else doing?
@sardavbak Its NOVEMBER!! Im not sure how everyone else feels, but i think maybe doing a biweekly thread or even weekly would be great now that there are more of us posting.. If you dont want to do it i would be glad to do it.. Just let me know!!
