Thanks ladies. I think it's triggering my last loss, the missed miscarriage. Those symptoms started today, actually. 6+2. Then sometime mid wk 7 they lessened. Went in to my apt mid wk8 begging for a Doppler.. nothing. Ultrasound the next wk, it was gone for wks. All that time I still had slight symptoms, just not that rough ones like that first wk.
for you ladies not sick yet at all, with my son, I didn't start feeling waves of gross till 8/9 wks. Seems to be the older I get/more pregnancies, it's starting earlier and earlier.

@catlady1215 I am having PG brain...so forgive me...How old are you girl? I'm 37 and I know what you mean about symptoms starting earlier. With my loss a few years ago, I had pretty much no symptoms. So I'm slightly hopeful that maybe the symptoms I'm having are a sign that this is sticking. We've gotta have hope somewhere right? I have a doppler at home, since I do a lot of my basic care throughout my pregnancy on my own, since getting to a doctor is really difficult and a loooooong day of traveling. But I haven't gotten batteries for it yet, probably for the best, and probably won't until next week when there is possibly a smidgen of a chance it will actual work.
I remember reading that every pregnancy is different, so I wouldn't get hung up on the symptoms. Ever seen that show I Didn't Know I Was Pregnant? I reckon they didn't know because they never had (or barely had) any symptoms, lol.
Oh, and I don't have nausea/morning sickness either. I just get queasy around random foods - the other day was the super greasy pepperoni pizza DH ordered. I'm totally in that boat of feeling hungry but lacking an appetite.
@silvergreen I haven't but it sounds like it would be fun to watch, lol. I'm going to look it up. Me too about slightly queasy to greasy foods. Like I made these things (hot balls) that I make kind of often and they are deep fried, and I had a few then I was like ugh, I feel so sick and had to walk away. I am finding that I can't eat any food that is hot. I mean it is hotter than hades here anyway, so who'd want to, but I am finding that cold (hummus for example!!) foods are what I am craving over anything else.
@Dashaina Haha, it's totally entertaining! My boss's wife revealed to me the other day that she didn't know she was pregnant until 14 weeks. Wouldn't that be a dream? To not have to even stress about the first trimester at all?
.... she didn't know she was pregnant until 14 weeks. Wouldn't that be a dream? To not have to even stress about the first trimester at all?
OMG! I couldn't imagine what that would be like... But a dream definitely! I wish I was more oblivious to my cycles and able to just not have to plan babies. My friend T (milk ducts teacher) has 5 kiddos... All just by DTD and guesstimating ovulation based on her cycles... But basically not trying. I wish!
@chocomom2 did you call the doctor? I had really bad cramp feelings for like an hour or so with DD1 every morning at around 2/3a no bleeding and I think it was just uterine stretching. I called the on call nurse at. The birthing center every time though. Update us though for sure!
@dashaina I'm 35. With my son, I didn't get aversions till close to 7 wks. And didn't feel sick till a wk or 2 after that. I was 30. My first loss happened naturally at 6 and a half wks. No symptoms besides bloat. But I think that was a blighted ovum so maybe that's why. If I didn't have any sickness yet, I don't think I'd panic as much. But since the sickness kinda stopped, which is what my mmc did, that's what has me worried.

@catlady1215 I totally get where your coming from from sure. I was trying not to over think the fact that my breasts are not as tender in the nips dept as they were like a week ago. It's so hard the beginning when we can only sit and wait and hope that everything is well. And PGAL brain makes it that much worse. I definitely wasn't this over analytical of my symptoms with my first 2 . ugh. Have you called to talk the nurse and see what they say. Because then you could know something maybe?
I didn't actually get to see my two kids on an u/s until I was clearly pregnant (36wks DD1 and 18 or 19wks DD2) and I am planning on remaining on that same course (u/s mid way only) because as ridiculous as it sounds idk that I can take going in again early and potentially having the same outcome as the loss and subsequent D&C 2 years ago. I think I'd rather just let my body handle it if that's what should happen. Like I said I know totally silly, but I feel like the 2 pgs that worked had no interventions and they went as smooth as could be, the births a whole other story. I also don't have access to u/s and a doctor for regular checkups and I didn't with DD2 either. So I'm relying on my own knowledge and education and hoping for the best. I really don't know what else to do.
my hcg dropped on friday. They were dx an ectopic and although they saw was the start of a gestational sac it is suspected that with my slow rising hcg and now dropped levels that this is an abnormal pregnancy. ‘This will be my 2 nd consecutive loss and 3 rd mc. I just have to wait to mc. I wish you all the very best in your pregnancy hope to join a bmb again when I feel ready.
@tammy574, what has you thinking team pink this early?
@catlady1215, I'm doing the same thing overthinking about where I'll be when. I need to tell myself to just stop!
Still catching up on the thread, so I'll be back later for more comments.
1. Tell us about yourself (if your first participating) I've had two losses, one in September 2016 (would have been March 2017 BMB, but didn't participate there), and one in March 2017 (would have been September 2017 BMB and did participate there). Both were later first tri losses, so I'll have a ways to go until I feel more comfortable with this pregnancy. This will be our first child.
2. how far along are you? EDD? Team green pink or blue? 3w+3d (so early!) EDD 6/21/17. We will be team finding out (and probably through NIPT testing).
3. How are you feeling (pregnancy symptoms) Not much going on yet other than my boobs hurting the last few days. Most my symptoms with my previous two pregnancies started in earnest around 6 weeks, so not expecting too much yet.
4. How are you feeling (anxiety wise) Still trying to let it sink in. So far I'm optimistic about this after going through RPL testing (all negative for what we had done), and I'm going to force myself not to Google things. I did a lot of that last time, and I got very anxious about it all. I need to remind myself that I've done all the research I can and made all the changes I could to set myself up well this time.
5. When is your next appointment? Need to call my OB Monday to schedule. I'm assuming she'll have me in for earlier appointments given my history, but won't know until then.
6. Rants/raves/whatever (Dear diary posts and venting are welcome and encouraged here) I'm already worrying about how I'm going to get through two upcoming work trips this month. Not only will there certainly be social drinking situations (I have a game plans thought out already), but I will likely be traveling to the airport for both trips with my boss. I know that the body scanners are pretty safe, but tell that to my PGAL brain.
7. GTKY – How did you and your SO meet? At the beginning of my sophomore year of college (11 years ago!), my two roommates were dating his two roommates, and we ended up being the only two single people out on a night bowling with everyone. So kind of an unplanned blind date. Funny thing is, none of them are together anymore.

@icecubeinthedesert get tsa precheck! I don't know if you can get it in time, but it does metal detectors automatically instead of body scanners, and it's waaaaay nicer than regular lol (I hate taking off my shoes and taking out my laptop etc)
@WaitingMay14 I'm so sorry to hear this; be gentle with yourself. I know this doesn't help your situation, but we truly understand what you are going through. In Sweden there is a saying that sorrow shared is sorrow halved. Will be thinking of you. Biggest hugs.
Thank you all. My numbers continued to drop. I appreciate all your kind words. I wish you all the best and will lurk from the shadows. June BMB’s rock !!!!
@WaitingMay14 I'm so sorry for your loss. I will be thinking of you and will say a prayer for you. (((hugs))) lady and be kind to yourself.
