Ds just turned 16 mnths what fun crafts are you doing. I tried home made paint from a pintrest recipe and it didnt go well. I felt like the paint was gritty salt and he had to be painting the bath tub cause what else would he paint he doesn't think oh i should stay on the paper sooo.. anyways what are you all doing i want to do.something fun and i need inspiration thanks! !!

Crafts are still pretty simple with DS.  I don't think DD got into crafting until after 2.  I have done finger painting (with washable finger paint and with pudding), play dough (he loves play dough, but he does try to eat it on occasion yet), c

Fingerpaints in the tub were a lot of fun - he had a paintbrush and a sponge and went crazy.  We do lots of bubbles outside, and introduced chalk, but he wasn't very into it.  We tried the ziploc painting, but it didn't hold his attention.&nb

We've done finger painting, coloring with markers and crayons, "dot art", stickers, we made playdough together and played with it, made oobleck and played with it, made slime and played with it.
