@meatballs37 What do they do with the Webster Technique at the chiropractor? I'll mention it to my chiropractor this week. My pain is as you described, the pubic bones coming apart.
It sounds weird. But she uses this little clicker device on your pubic bone. Just a few clicks to move it slightly and it's fixed. Sometimes my pubic bone pain comes back in a few weeks and she fixes it again. It's definitely worth trying then feeling like your body is going to rip into two everytime you get up, get out of a car, etc.

I have constant Crotch pain. This can not possibly be lightening Crotch bc is it 24/7. Walking makes it worse. Sitting with my legs open makes it worse. It’s awful.
My phone thinks “Crotch” needs to be capitalized.
I'm in the same boat as you. I have what I'm assuming is vulvar varicosities meaning varicose veins in the crotch. It's swollen and tender there. Also very irritated. Calling Tomorrow to make sure it's not BV or yeast. But it would kill me to walk after a while and I had to lay down. I did buy a brace and it's been AMAZING!!! Also I do epson salt baths at night to help.
What brace did you buy? I'm needing some relief from the crotch achiness too!
