Sorry ladies - just realized my post didn't post here earlier - I am PUPO!!! Our gorgeous (not that I'm biased...) little 4-cell day 2 embryo was transferred at lunchtime. I have a photo of it from 8am when it was still 2 cells - then when they put it under the microscope and camera so I could watch them suck it up into the catheter for transfer the embryologist let out a squeal as it had become 4 cells in literally just the last hour. She almost gave me a heart attack but it was also nice that she was just as excited as me even though she sees lots of patients each week. Now it's progesterone vaginally each day and beta is 6th October... my RE said relax and try not to test too much - haha who is he kidding!
@hopefuljj that's fantastic news yesterday for day 3, fx for the continued great news tomorrow on day 5!

Had 5 follicles that looked mature but only 2 contained mature eggs the others were empty. Nothing made it to day 5 IVF 3 - added in HGH - 4 mature follicles (had some empties again) 3 made it to day 5/6 for PGS (held for testing with next retrieval IVF 4 - Upped my dosage for the first time - Canceled 11 days into sims - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty IVF 5 - Canceled - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty IVF 6 - 3 mature, 2 fertalized 1 made it to day 5 and sent for PGS

Miscarriage at 8 weeks. viability scan had shown an enlarged yolk sac so I had been warned that it was likely not chromosonally normal
DEIVF cycle - picked a donor who is willing to be open! Her cycle resulted in in 4 PGS Normal embryos 1st transfer - chemical pregnancy 2nd transfer - success, May 17 2020 due date!

AFM: i'm considered 5dpt and first my vag is bothering me from the crinone 2x a day I think i'm to sensitive to it soooo I think its PIO for me everyday now with crinone 1x a day and 2mg still of estrace. I did crinone for my fresh transfer but I don't get what the issue is this time around. I took a shower and just ran cold water to try and get relief. I would like to think the pain from this is taking my mind off other symptoms i could be having!! I was pretty nauseous this am actually and know its too soon, 6 wks to the day is when that started with twins. I keep reminding myself its one so its ok if i'm not feeling the same things prior. I actually thought my boobs felt a tad sore for a sec and got excited...talk about grasping at straws My BW came back with E2 at 617 and Prog at 8.1 so i was switching to PIO every to her day anyway. They say these numbers mean nothing and I dont have anything else to compare it to.

hopefuljj no ignorance here I still get it wrong They say technically after 5/6 days after transfer you could get a bfp...so I do get tempted to test now...but i'm hella nervous!! Beta is wed. so its coming around the mountain.... How are your embabies doing??
AFM: Was up at 7a in pain and first fell bac asleep a few hours later...I literally want to rip my vag off!! I heard bac from my RE and I think for now will switch to just PIO and see how that goes. we already my butt will not thank me but it is what it is...this is killing me to no end. The only good thing is he reminded me this can't hurt my pnut just me...so that makes me feel a lil better.

Hi ladies - all good here for the moment! Even though I'm only on crinone once a day, I have pretty strong side effects from it and it's hard not to get excited that this is how I might feel still in another week or so, but trying to stay calm in case it doesn't work out this time.
@hopefuljj I'm now 2dp2dt. So I've got a longer way to go than most. My RE said the days after fert and the days after transfer should add up to 14 for the earliest beta they will run and the earliest they suggest testing at home (though he prefers if we don't lol)
@hopeful_mom that doesn't sound much fun with the crinone irritating your vag! I'm keeping my fingers crossed my once a day doesn't cause any problems but also is enough to make everything snug in there for my embryo! I bet you're nervous and excited for Wednesday- I am sooooo keeping everything crossed for you!

@emmasemm- the progesterone is hard with all the side effects! As much as we all try not to symptom spot, its really really hard! It always messes with my mind!! FX they are really and your embaby is getting cozy in there!
@hopeful_mom- sorry for the horrible reaction to the crinone! That is odd you were on it before and didn't have that issue! Maybe its worth checking for an infection or something? Do you plan to test before beta? thinking of you!!

I'm kind of annoyed with myself for not testing sooner now to see whats going on with me. I do an ovulation test and an hpt as thats what i did the last time and it worked...not so much for me today I have a friend that made it black and white or whatever that trick is and she swears she sees something...for 7tpt I think it should be there BUT I'm taking my own advice and will try to still have some hope...
I keep wondering if all my vag issues did not help the situation!!
JamieH2000 how exciting we're getting there... and yes i've taken this before without a problem but it was only 1x a day not 2x. But like the trigger I took that a bunch of times and then had a reaction to it...your body can change at any time

AFM finally got my final update. On day 5 (Saturday)I reached out to be like WTF and my RE emailed back super fast and said I had 1 that made it to blast and two that were early blasts and one that was a morula, so they said they would check again Sunday. I didn't follow up Sundayband didn't hear anything. This morning she emailed me to say 2 more made it to blast so we got 3. All are BB grade. Considering all my perfect embabies came back genetically abnormal, I'll take it. MAYBE one of these is normal:)!! I did biopsy these, but I didn't send them for testing. So I can hold those results and choose to transfer at some point so that I get a chance at transfer and if it doesn't take or I miscarry I can send the biopsy to find out if it was normal or not, or I can send them for testing after another retrieval when I get more. My RE changed her tune away from recommending I do a 3 day transfer now that I've had a decent conversion rate for 2 of my cycles. So, I'll wait for AF and then go on next month to see if I can begin again for a freeze all cycle. The journey continues. And I could even have abnormal embryo...I just won't know...that dang Article that came out this month made me choose to not test. I just don't make enough embryos to possibly loose any (especially if I repeat another cycle with 0 5 day embryos) but I am still really torn. If I didn't already share this, here is the article that got me all worked up. @hopefuljj- yay for 3!!! That is an amazing conversion rate I think!! I would keep cycling if I had gotten that type of blast rate. I posted a thread about that article last week actually it’s sooo hard to know what to do wishbone PGS. I guess I would send them for testing since you already biopsies but make sure your clinic wouldn’t discard them even if they came back abnormal? What does your RE think?

hopefuljj - congrats on the 3!! I don't think grade matter that much, as long as they're strong enough to survive the freeze, and BBs definitely are! I also had 3 'fair' from my IVF cycle earlier this year, and 2 of then came back pgs normal (TW and the one that got transferred 5 days ago registered on early hpt this morning! end TW). So I believe that you have some nice sticky embies stashed away now

hopefuljj yes I knew we were waiting for some good news this is awesome!!!! That article is so hard and I battle and agonize over all the abnormal ones I do have in storage. Braverman is the one I had the consult with but never reached back out to him as I'm not interested in immunology testing right now....I wonder if the woman in the article did that through him. I wonder how he was able to view the embryos especially is she did th transfer back at new hope. I just dont think my clinic will even transfer abnormals once they know they are. I hope i don't have to revisit them BUT I'm still glad i have them! So you're going to hold off for now, which I think is great better to know you have the lil embabies YES!!!! I"m so thrilled!!! Does this mean you're doing another cycle? If you consider this article as do I, I still dont get why your RE is against trying a fresh transfer. IF you go without testing I would totally do a fresh transfer on your last IVF cycle, it couldn't hurt and since we dont make a lot of eggs you probably wouldn't develop OHSS...so happy I am for you!!!

Thank you @FuzyDust!!! And Congratulations!! Wonderful news!!! And yes @JamieH2000 what to do with PGS is so hard! If I sent the biopsies for testing and again get all abnormal results my clinic won't transfer them:( which makes sense but, what if I never get a normie? I'd have to seek out someone at CHR or Dr Braverman and do genetic genetic counseling sign a million consents and get the embryos released to them and then go for a transfer, and all that would likely be way outside of my price range. So for now they sit on ice, little embaby hostages! Lol. If I hadn't had 3 perfect yet all abnormal followed by a cycle with nothing, I might have kept going but it just feels like I need at least a chance to get to transfer!
@hopeful_mom from a few articles (including the one from the NY times) it seems like Braverman and CHR as well as one other clinic have done these types of transfers. You have yourself a good stash of normies so I sure as hell hope you don't need to transfer the ones deemed abnormal. I think It sounds like in all cases they are doing it for women who never make any normal ones after many rounds and PGS testing but I could be wrong. I have a great feeling about your embabies!!!! Really great, and I can't wait to scream and yell and jump up and down with excitement when you finally get some wonderful news! My RE isn't against fresh she is just not aggressively pushing me towards it as she was after my 2nd cycle when she basically said, maybe we should try that instead of sticking with my original plan of banking embryos. I asked her today if I should plan to do an3 day transfer next cycle like we talked about and she said based on my conversion rate she thought we should go again in the same way. I can do a fresh cycle this next round if I want but I'll likely go in for my luteal phase and if it looks good stim then which would mean no possibility to transfer but if it doesn't look good then I would do a regular stim and I could consider doing fresh if I want. With my .27 amh and my response to medications so far (19 day long stim cycles with nothing to show for at the end) I sort of would like to try to get more embryos because i don't think that number is going to get any better nor will my response or AFC. So if I do come back after having a baby (omg knock on wood, cross everything, god willing, please let me one day have at least one baby!!!!!). My fear is my AFC of 4 wil be 2 or 0 and amh undetectable. So trying to get them while I can! And if I don't get more or have another terrible cycle I will reassess! Really the new goal is 1 baby. I will always dream of siblings forever and ever but honestly, come on at this point, just give me one healthy baby and I will be eternally grateful!

hopefuljj very well said my friend!!! I think your plan sounds great I really do!! I would want to hold off on testing just for that reason too!! I pray I never need to look back at my abnormals BBBUUUUUTTTT you just never know. And you havent had an easy go either I would hold off too!! MC is the worst and I don't wish it on my worst enemy BUT there is hope!! As for you low amh, I get it BUT you are taking your supplements still right? I bet when they test it again it shouldn't go down...after carrying a baby maybe...I had mine retested after a year at all this fun and it went from .30 to .40 so look I'll take it!!!! I just wanted to share so you don't freak out too much AND I think the supplements have helped with that. I hate that everything has to cost so much. Hoping you have another great cycle ahead!! See we dont need breaks

@hopefuljj- thanks for the explanation, that makes sense why you aren't testing them yet. I think it should be our choice, not our clinics, on if we transfer abnormal ones. I also think that not all abnormal are equally bad, so its important to really understand that the issue is with them. Even then though, it still is only a cell from the placenta and not the actual embryo, so its hard to know what to do!! I hope this next cycle goes as good as this one and then you are feeling good about testing and/or transferring! It sounds like you can start again right after this AF? or do you need to wait until your next luteal phase for priming?

JamieH2000 I took on hpt the day before my beta with the twins and the line was faint BUT it was there And I think what made me freak more is that last time was a 3dt and this was a 5dt so thinking that i'm 2 days ahead I would be more on track....make sense. Ladies the results are in. The tears are following as I get to say it is a BFP, beta is 75 which makes me nervous of course BUT they are happy with progesterone being over 40 and E2 is 447 SO I'm gonna try not to be a nervous wreck and pray for some doubling numbers on friday! Funny I didn't mention my fire vag as I"m sure you all want to kno ...the RE that was on call fit me in along with doing a urine culture. I will save the details except my RE stating she has never seen such a severe reaction before, and my vag is anger. Super inflamed and on fire from the inside out...can't wait to see how she does with labor At least I can make jokes...praying I will start to feel some relief soon. There was still a bunch of crinone that needed help coming out.

I clearly needed attention...just frustrating reminded me of all that prior pain (TW with MC the twins and having to wait for the D&C) so just a rough day...glad its having a happy ending!! I'm so sorry I didn't stop by and see this yesterday! I had my head up my own ass because I took me and DH's gene sequence and put them through the promrnthease DNA site and I'm homogenous for the 677 MTFHR gene mutation and he is herero for that one and 1298 so I feel down a rabbit hole of absolute and total crazy. Like for real..... But forget about that!!! Congratulations!!!
Me: Hashimoto Autoimune Disease Homozygous MTHFR Cr677 DOR - AMH .27 High FSH (don't even know how high) 2 iui's to start - BFN IVF 1 -3 made it do day 5! 2 5AA 1 6BB PGS results = all abnormal IVF 2 - stimmed for 19 days. insanity. Had 5 follicles that looked mature but only 2 contained mature eggs the others were empty. Nothing made it to day 5 IVF 3 - added in HGH - 4 mature follicles (had some empties again) 3 made it to day 5/6 for PGS (held for testing with next retrieval IVF 4 - Upped my dosage for the first time - Canceled 11 days into sims - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty IVF 5 - Canceled - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty IVF 6 - 3 mature, 2 fertalized 1 made it to day 5 and sent for PGS

Our gorgeous (not that I'm biased...) little 4-cell day 2 embryo was transferred at lunchtime. I have a photo of it from 8am when it was still 2 cells - then when they put it under the microscope and camera so I could watch them suck it up into the catheter for transfer the embryologist let out a squeal as it had become 4 cells in literally just the last hour. She almost gave me a heart attack but it was also nice that she was just as excited as me even though she sees lots of patients each week.
Now it's progesterone vaginally each day and beta is 6th October... my RE said relax and try not to test too much - haha who is he kidding!

AFM: i'm considered 5dpt and first my vag is bothering me from the crinone 2x a day I think i'm to sensitive to it soooo I think its PIO for me everyday now with crinone 1x a day and 2mg still of estrace. I did crinone for my fresh transfer but I don't get what the issue is this time around. I took a shower and just ran cold water to try and get relief. I would like to think the pain from this is taking my mind off other symptoms i could be having!! I was pretty nauseous this am actually and know its too soon, 6 wks to the day is when that started with twins. I keep reminding myself its one so its ok if i'm not feeling the same things prior. I actually thought my boobs felt a tad sore for a sec and got excited...talk about grasping at straws
My BW came back with E2 at 617 and Prog at 8.1 so i was switching to PIO every to her day anyway. They say these numbers mean nothing and I dont have anything else to compare it to.

AFM: Was up at 7a in pain and first fell bac asleep a few hours later...I literally want to rip my vag off!! I heard bac from my RE and I think for now will switch to just PIO and see how that goes. we already my butt will not thank me but it is what it is...this is killing me to no end. The only good thing is he reminded me this can't hurt my pnut just me...so that makes me feel a lil better.

Even though I'm only on crinone once a day, I have pretty strong side effects from it and it's hard not to get excited that this is how I might feel still in another week or so, but trying to stay calm in case it doesn't work out this time.
@hopefuljj I'm now 2dp2dt. So I've got a longer way to go than most. My RE said the days after fert and the days after transfer should add up to 14 for the earliest beta they will run and the earliest they suggest testing at home (though he prefers if we don't lol)
@hopeful_mom that doesn't sound much fun with the crinone irritating your vag! I'm keeping my fingers crossed my once a day doesn't cause any problems but also is enough to make everything snug in there for my embryo!
I bet you're nervous and excited for Wednesday- I am sooooo keeping everything crossed for you!

@emmasemm- the progesterone is hard with all the side effects! As much as we all try not to symptom spot, its really really hard! It always messes with my mind!! FX they are really and your embaby is getting cozy in there!
@hopeful_mom- sorry for the horrible reaction to the crinone! That is odd you were on it before and didn't have that issue! Maybe its worth checking for an infection or something? Do you plan to test before beta? thinking of you!!

AFM finally got my final update. On day 5 (Saturday)I reached out to be like WTF and my RE emailed back super fast and said I had 1 that made it to blast and two that were early blasts and one that was a morula, so they said they would check again Sunday. I didn't follow up Sundayband didn't hear anything. This morning she emailed me to say 2 more made it to blast so we got 3. All are BB grade. Considering all my perfect embabies came back genetically abnormal, I'll take it. MAYBE one of these is normal:)!! I did biopsy these, but I didn't send them for testing. So I can hold those results and choose to transfer at some point so that I get a chance at transfer and if it doesn't take or I miscarry I can send the biopsy to find out if it was normal or not, or I can send them for testing after another retrieval when I get more. My RE changed her tune away from recommending I do a 3 day transfer now that I've had a decent conversion rate for 2 of my cycles. So, I'll wait for AF and then go on next month to see if I can begin again for a freeze all cycle. The journey continues. And I could even have abnormal embryo...I just won't know...that dang Article that came out this month made me choose to not test. I just don't make enough embryos to possibly loose any (especially if I repeat another cycle with 0 5 day embryos) but I am still really torn. IVF 2 - stimmed for 19 days. insanity. Had 5 follicles that looked mature but only 2 contained mature eggs the others were empty. Nothing made it to day 5
IVF 3 - added in HGH - 4 mature follicles (had some empties again) 3 made it to day 5/6 for PGS (held for testing with next retrieval
IVF 4 - Upped my dosage for the first time - Canceled 11 days into sims - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty
IVF 5 - Canceled - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty

So you're going to hold off for now, which I think is great better to know you have the lil embabies YES!!!! I"m so thrilled!!! Does this mean you're doing another cycle? If you consider this article as do I, I still dont get why your RE is against trying a fresh transfer. IF you go without testing I would totally do a fresh transfer on your last IVF cycle, it couldn't hurt and since we dont make a lot of eggs you probably wouldn't develop OHSS...so happy I am for you!!!

@hopeful_mom from a few articles (including the one from the NY times) it seems like Braverman and CHR as well as one other clinic have done these types of transfers. You have yourself a good stash of normies so I sure as hell hope you don't need to transfer the ones deemed abnormal. I think It sounds like in all cases they are doing it for women who never make any normal ones after many rounds and PGS testing but I could be wrong. I have a great feeling about your embabies!!!! Really great, and I can't wait to scream and yell and jump up and down with excitement when you finally get some wonderful news!
My RE isn't against fresh she is just not aggressively pushing me towards it as she was after my 2nd cycle when she basically said, maybe we should try that instead of sticking with my original plan of banking embryos. I asked her today if I should plan to do an3 day transfer next cycle like we talked about and she said based on my conversion rate she thought we should go again in the same way. I can do a fresh cycle this next round if I want but I'll likely go in for my luteal phase and if it looks good stim then which would mean no possibility to transfer but if it doesn't look good then I would do a regular stim and I could consider doing fresh if I want. With my .27 amh and my response to medications so far (19 day long stim cycles with nothing to show for at the end) I sort of would like to try to get more embryos because i don't think that number is going to get any better nor will my response or AFC. So if I do come back after having a baby (omg knock on wood, cross everything, god willing, please let me one day have at least one baby!!!!!). My fear is my AFC of 4 wil be 2 or 0 and amh undetectable. So trying to get them while I can! And if I don't get more or have another terrible cycle I will reassess! Really the new goal is 1 baby. I will always dream of siblings forever and ever but honestly, come on at this point, just give me one healthy baby and I will be eternally grateful!

hopefuljj very well said my friend!!! I think your plan sounds great I really do!! I would want to hold off on testing just for that reason too!! I pray I never need to look back at my abnormals BBBUUUUUTTTT you just never know. And you havent had an easy go either I would hold off too!! MC is the worst and I don't wish it on my worst enemy BUT there is hope!! As for you low amh, I get it BUT you are taking your supplements still right? I bet when they test it again it shouldn't go down...after carrying a baby maybe...I had mine retested after a year at all this fun and it went from .30 to .40 so look I'll take it!!!! I just wanted to share so you don't freak out too much AND I think the supplements have helped with that. I hate that everything has to cost so much. Hoping you have another great cycle ahead!! I'm so sorry I didn't stop by and see this yesterday! I had my head up my own ass because I took me and DH's gene sequence and put them through the promrnthease DNA site and I'm homogenous for the 677 MTFHR gene mutation and he is herero for that one and 1298 so I feel down a rabbit hole of absolute and total crazy. Like for real.....
But forget about that!!! Congratulations!!!

IVF 1 -3 made it do day 5! 2 5AA 1 6BB PGS results = all abnormal
IVF 2 - stimmed for 19 days. insanity. Had 5 follicles that looked mature but only 2 contained mature eggs the others were empty. Nothing made it to day 5
IVF 3 - added in HGH - 4 mature follicles (had some empties again) 3 made it to day 5/6 for PGS (held for testing with next retrieval
IVF 4 - Upped my dosage for the first time - Canceled 11 days into sims - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty
IVF 5 - Canceled - looked like 1 follicle and we were afraid it was empty
IVF 6 - 3 mature, 2 fertalized 1 made it to day 5 and sent for PGS
Sent in IVF round 3 and 6 (4 embryos) for PGS testing and got 2 normal embryos!!! 1Boy and 1Girl. Took a little over a year to get those two embryos so demanded all sorts of test prior to attempting transfer. Did EFT, ERA and NK Cells testing.
FET#1 - Intralipid drips, Prednisone, and did a depot lupron shot before starting the FET protocol

Summer 2014 IUI (with first husband): cancelled after almost a month of stims due to too many follicles

Changed clinic, planning March 2020 IVF#2 - postponed due to the pandemic
April 2020 IVF #2: ~30 follicles, 24R, 12M, 8F, 4B = 2XY & 2XX, all normal
Sept 2020 FET#3: one XX embryo, BFP, Beta#1 (9dpt) - 161, Beta#2 (11dpt) - 519, Beta#3 (19dpt) - 7174, Due date 05/30/2021
