@pumpkinpancake - assume you are fertile until you have had 4 dry CM days. I use to always assume I O'd when my CM was watery and stretchy but not the case. Also still BD on those days because it is a good environment for sperm. I use extra pre seed on O day this month.
Thanks, everyone! I guess I’ll see what happens in the next few days with my temp? I’m just hoping today’s drop doesn’t mean that AF is coming super early. That would be the worst.
Racso12 Agreed. I generally lean toward the negative when I'm hoping for something too, but agree, the disappointment is always there despite my best effort.
Ugh. Temp drop this morning- spotting tonight. AF will be here tomorrow. One more cycle to get PG before my EDD, and it's cutting it close. I had such height hopes- not that I don't evey month- but I even saw my follicule. Meh. Good luck to the rest of you ladies that are still in it this month!
Thanks ladies. This is so hard every month- even though I know it's coming. It's pathetic but I kept hoping this morning that my temperature would spike and even though AF isn't full flow yet- I keep thinking- wait maybe I still have a chance- maybe its implantation bleeding?! Ugh- I'm sure in a few hours she'll be here and I can officially move to WTO.
Its been extra hard while at a meeting for work and many of my colleges have new babies or young children- so the conversation is always going to family. I find that I just go to a dark place now. I need to find a way to be ok with this.
On the plus side- this is my view from my hotel room.... so at least that gives me a little happiness right now.
@jchpg I hate the limbo. Glad you have something beautiful to look at while you wait.
So im in limbo as well. My cycle was basically spotting and a couple of clots for two days and now nothing. So I had US this morning and my lining is thin so he said we could start treatments but he needed to do blood work to see if pregnant. Said I would have results by 5pm. Then if negative I can start femara.
I'm sorry @jchpg Looming EDDs are so hard. If you have to have a sh*tty day, at least you can have a sh*tty day while looking at some beautiful mountains. Sometimes it's the small things that help to get us through.
@Mack2342 Hope 5pm comes quickly for you! Limbo sucks.

I just got a call from my RE who is breaking up with me He knows I can't afford IVF OOP but he really, really thinks it's my best bet given that I have a really good egg reserve and he thinks with my age, there's still a chance of getting some good eggs. He said he is going to personally call another RE at a different clinic where they can potentially get me in for IVF within a few months through a government program so that there wouldn't be any cost to me. He is a really awesome doctor for hooking me up that way and I am sad to leave him since I have enjoyed working with him. I'm a little bummed that my IUIs will be put on hold while I'm "between" clinics so I guess we'll just have to try on our own.
I also got a call from the women's hospital nearby with my laparoscopic surgery date which is in December. I'm about 99.9% sure they're going to find a ton of endo in there.
Oh, and also, my RE said he thinks I have mild OHSS which is why I feel kind of crummy and my ovaries and abdomen are still sooooo sore after Oing last Wednesday. I just have to drink lots of water and take it easy. I did tell him that I didn't BD after I found out I overstimulated but we did BD all weekend prior, so I think he's also a bit nervous. AF is due October 2/3 so I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

@jchpg That view! I wouldn't even bother to photograph mine. Think 51* gray sky and rain. Soak it in a little for me while you're there.
@Mack2342 I hope answers come quickly for you. I'm not good at being in limbo either.
tosh24 "I just got a call from my RE who is breaking up with me" OMG, I know this isn't a funny situation but for whatever reason that start just cracked me up followed by the awesome GIF. I am so hopeful that the IVF Gods come through for you and you can get a no-cost opportunity. That's amazing that he was willing to go the extra mile to help you with that.
Thanks, ladies! I'm feeling kind of excited but I shouldn't let myself get my hopes up. "A few months" could actually turn out to be 6+ months - who knows. But it's nice to have some sort of optimism back.
@vlagrl29 I'm in the Great White North and here, our government funds one cycle of IVF per person plus any resulting frozen embryo transfers. If none of those work, then you have to pay OOP for further cycles. Problem is, wait list can be up to 2 years for a government funded cycle (I'm currently on a list for 2019 ). So if my RE can actually pull some strings and get me in end of year/early next year, it would be amazing!

No longer in limbo. I can start new meds today. Asked about lining and was told it would thicken so I didn't need to be concerned. He just made it sound abnormal

@Mack2342- I've also heard it can thicken. One of the reasons I'm scared to try clomid is because it can thin your uterine lining which makes me nervous for another loss which I can't handle again. Glad you aren't in limbo anymore
@tosh24 - Makes sense there would be a huge wait for it since it's funded by the govt. That's a nice perk to have in your state and great your RE is willing to pull some strings.
@tosh24 It always sucks to lose a doctor that you like. I was a social worker in the medical field for severak years and my advice to patients was generally “find a doctor that you trust, then do what they tell you to do.” Sounds like yours truly has your best interests at heart and wants to see you started down the right path instead of spinning your wheels. Kudos to him! And kudos to Canada! I hope your RE is able to leverage some contacts to get you seen quickly!
I seriously need to chill out this cycle. I don’t understand why I think that looking at my chart 20 times a day will change anything. I just need to tone down the BSC and wait. Someone also should take away my cheap HPT, bc I can already tell it’s going to be hard to not POAS in the next few days...
@tosh24 ugh It's so hard to lose a Dr you trust! It sounds like you two had a great relationship. It's so awesome to hear he is looking out for you. Many times we are made to feel like just another patient. Doesn't sound like that is the case for you!
Another BFN for me 12dpo. I just want my period to get here so I can start over. I'm on day 33 of my cycle. If my cycles go back to what they were pre mmc I should get it tomorrow. Also, I seriously can't take all these pregnancy announcements lately. Especially the ones with due dates around what I would have been. I feel like I keep getting kicked. Ugh.
Does anyone find themselves staring at an evap line and still having a sliver of hope that it's more than evap? @Racso12 I hear you, come on period! @tosh24 that program sounds wonderful I hope you can get in!
@katie121209 Evap lines are actually a pretty rare occurrence with modern tests. Have you gotten Evaps on that brand before? If not, then keep testing!!!!!!
Re: September TWW
Another stark white test for me today. In the past I've gotten positives on 11dpo which is today for me. I'm pretty sure I'm out this month. Ugh.
