@weareturtles I think we are on the same cycle. Hope the tww goes by fast. How did your mini go? I did one in May, started training right after the miscarriage. And sorry about the anniversary.
We didn't train as we essentially planned to just walk it, but to our surprise the enthusiasm of all of the runners + competition motivated us to run a lot of it!
Yes - OB wanted me to use it as some research has said it improves lining. It didn't make me feel good though. Ick! ...Also I'm right with you on announcements feeling like a knife through the heart. One of our closest friends just got pregnant with her second and two other friends in the group are likely to be KU soon (if not already), so we're expecting to be the last with children, if that ever happens.

I'm on CD8 so I still have a few days before hitting my fertile period, but I figured we might as well start getting busy EOD sooner rather than later to keep the supply fresh, if you know what I mean.
@silvergreen that gif just made me bust out laughing. Good luck starting! We aimed for ED starting CD 7.... I O on the cd 15 - we made it 7/9 days. Whew... almost more then I can handle. ONE more try tonight!
@ELeighMay Ugh, that super sucks. Did they do any quants before this one so you know your drop rate? Unfortunately the last 50 took forever for me. Hang in there girl.
@justsuzie the only one I have to compare is the day of D&C at 10,800 on 7/31. They're doing another one Monday, so hopefully it's declining a little at least.
@ELeighMay I'm glad they are doing another one. That way you can be confident that things are moving in the direction that they should. Hoping for (at least) double digits for you!
@justsuzie. That's why I don't want to jump to the clomid train right now. My mind is healing!! Dh leaves Tuesday night for a job 4 hours away and comes back wens night. I'm thinking sex tomorrow and then again on thurs and a couple more times thru Sunday at least.
Hi Ladies! I get to join you here now AF arrived today so I'm jumping into IUI #4. I have my CD 3 b/w and u/s on Wednesday morning and then I'll hopefully start shooting myself up with lots of drugs that make juicy follicles (HA! The things I look forward to.....). IUI will likely be somewhere around Aug 27th. Happy I get to hang out here with you for a couple of weeks!
Edit to fix capitalization...apparently not my thing today.

Wow...WTO is rocking! So many things to read. Haha. I got here now. I started late Monday night so I'm counting yesterday as CD1. I emailed my RE nurse and asked her if they have tested my progesterone (I didn't think they did but wanted to be sure). She said no, but sent me a lab slip in my email. Since I ovulate she doesn't think I have a progesterone problem but it's probably better to know for sure. I'm kinda surprised that they wouldn't have tested it since they literally tested everything else under the sun.
MooFish2364 My first RE NEVER tested my progesterone either! So I went to a second RE for a second opinion. After I lose some more weight they're going to do a progesterone biopsy. AND they ran a test on ureaplasma (and a few other bacteria) that the first RE never mentioned. Glad you're able to get the test as well! I'd rather have the knowledge and check it off the list then find out much later I had a problem they didn't THINK was it!

@MooFish2364 I had mine checked in feb my my old ob. It was in the mid/low normal range. She suggested I try the suppositories but my current ob said I don't need them and they only help sustain pregnancy not help you get pregnant.
Dh got home late tonight from an out of town shoot today. He informed me he has 2 shoots tomorrow so I know he won't have energy to BD tomorrow night. Hopefully Friday. I'm thinking our timing won't be the best this month. Glad we got it in Monday.
@vlagrl29 it probably won't affect my TTCAL journey, but still feel like I need to exhaust all options. I'm hoping that progesterone would give my body enough boost to at least let something implant since I have a feeling my immune system is killing everything before it can even implant due to my endo.
@leahcimmichael they told me to have it done 5 days after ovulation.
Got a strong + on my OPK this morning! BD'd last night and Monday night! Might try to get another in tonight. I find my OPK will test positive for two-three days at a time; usually moderate+ followed by strong+ then another moderate+. Would you ladies agree that I probably O within 12-24 hours of the strong+??
@MooFish2364 - it can't hurt! Might as well get it tested. Mine was normal range but sometimes I wonder if I should use the cream. Then I remind myself I have a living child and a loss.
I had a miscarriage on Tue Aug 8th. TTC right away. doctors ok'ed it Question. What was your cycle like immediately following mc and when did you ovulate. I'm still showing faint positives on tests.
Well I've had that EWCM come out of me this morning and I told DH "too bad you're working all day and will be exhausted tonight cause I have the good stuff coming out" LOL - I doubt it will happen as I don't like forcing BD so hoping I still have the good stuff tomorrow night!
@giannavia I mc and had my D&C on 7/31 and my HCG is still not to 0 yet. It depends on what your levels were. Mine were at 10,800 on the 31st, and still at 72 this Monday, which would still register as a BFP. Some women take months for their cycles to return to normal. I'm still waiting to find out when AF will arrive for me this month, if it will yet.
@giannavia I had a MMC around 8 wks. Baby was measuring just under 6 wks. I had a D&C. For me, that seemed to be the start of my cycle. I ovulated 2 wks later and AF came 2 weeks after that. Didn't get reg cycles for about 6 months. My cycle had always been 28 days. It was as long as 34 days. Then finally around month 6 they started to be 28 days again.
@giannavia Like @sprkls8506 I had a MMC with my baby measuring at 6 weeks when I should have been 8-9. Sadly, it still had a heartbeat the week prior, but I realized it was measuring pretty far behind so I was somewhat apprehensive about the viability of my pregnancy.
I also opted for a D&C. My period returned 7 weeks to the day. I was testing very faint positives all the way up until that point. My cycles used to range from 25-28 days, but since their return they have all been 30 days long. The first cycle I spotted for almost 2 weeks after my period; the others have been a nice predictable 5 days. I have also had some dizziness/lightheadedness and a few episodes of vertigo upon the return of my cycle, but they have been getting gradually better. My PCP chalked it up to my hormones trying to stabilize, but I haven't seen much discussion about this.
@vlagrl29 just open the door naked when he comes home. @silvergreen. As my therapist would say...make passionate love all the time (especially tonight), cuz just think, you could be making a baby, and it will be made out of love, not sex! She is such a cook, but I love her!
