I really want to participate a lot here, but the app makes it nearly impossible. Between the constant crashing and the lack of notifications, I'm getting quite frustrated. I have no idea when someone replies to my posts.
@mdfarmchick Um good luck cleaning that up. Thanks for the tips. If I can't find a good recipe I'm totally resorting to using a mix with these tips. And of course homemade frosting!

@becausescience I have a great chocolate cake from scratch recipe if you ever need it! But I mostly cheat on the others because I'm lazy and if I'm making cake for me, it's a decadent chocolate one.
Also, I made DD a grilled cheese sandwich, and for the life of me CANNOT find the lid to the butter? I have a very small galley kitchen. It couldn't have gone far. Did my absent mind put it somewhere random? I'm so confused.
@HappyMonkey817 I feel you on the notifications but I don't have the same crashing problems. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? As for the notifications, I mostly just go back and check. From starting threads, I often get more than I can realistically keep up with. And, other people, especially those on mobile, don't always tag when they respond.

@babybluu pregnancy brain is real! I've lost so many things the past couple of weeks. I swear my daughter is the best because she ends up finding what I lost lol. With my first pregnancy, (I was only 18) I was still living with my parents. My mom fussed at me to put the cereal away when I was done. I didn't put the cereal away but I put the brand new gallon of milk in the pantry instead of the fridge. I didn't find it until the next day when I went to go eat cereal. I felt like an idiot lol.

@MrsBalletStar05 On mine as well! My neighbor is also expecting (but a ways ahead, due in Nov) and I've been having such a hard time not telling her! I would if my kids knew, but they still don't. Waiting until testing returns at least.
@chasingroygbiv same. Gotta tell the kids first and waiting on that first appointment! I wanna tell everyone. Had it been #1 or 2 though, everyone would have definitely known by now lol. I have gained a bit of patience, even though it's hard haha

@MrsBalletStar05 My husband and I were just talking about how we basically told everyone right away with 1&2. TW* With them we hadn't yet dealt with losses though. This time it's a whole new situation.. and I know even more now that there isn't truly a "safe" time to tell.
I don't want to tell until I get an ultrasound at 10-12 weeks like I did with DS, except this time I'm legit showing at 6 weeks and I can't really hide it. It may all be bloat, but it is all concentrated in the pregnant area of my abdomen and there's no mistaking it. I guess I'll just start telling people as I run into people and watch their eyes go there.
@wisewitch222 I'm just now starting to show a bit so when I go out in public now I just avoid wearing fitted shirts. Working so far. There was a day last week though that I didn't think to switch shirts and ran down to get my kids from the neighbors, I felt like she was staring at my stomach the entire time, but I'm sure it was all in my head.
@HappyMonkey817 I feel you on that the app is so bad and it's really all I use and some days the sheer amount of new post once I get a chance to check can be overwhelming
@kiki75 whoa didn't mean to light any fires there. Trust me, I'm far from skinny and I know there's no real bump yet. Also, it would be pretty shitty if people made a snarky comment on here. On I I know it happens, but from what I can tell about the vibe of this group so far I can't imagine someone doing that (unless of course we get a passerby from another BMB ha!).
To be safe, I will refrain from starting this; however, when someone does Ill participate. I take my own at home bi-weekly anyways like I said just for baby/pregnancy scrapbook I do.
Well, being pg w/#3 I've got some obvious tummy going on already when wearing a leotard, which I typically do when teaching my ballet classes (that start back next week for the fall session) I'm trying to figure out how to conceal that for at least the first 3 weeks o.O not sure how that's going to work just yet.

I went to the gym today for the first time in 2 weeks (work has been crazy and I started a new, second job). It felt good but I also have a cold so now I feel crappy and we're headed to an amusement park with friends
Also, I could all the positive thoughts and prayers. I'm doing a 4 hour long open house right now and I'm crossing my fingers I don't end up having to hurl in someone else's bathroom. Here's hoping.
You guys I just got my Snoogle 15 minutes ago and I'm already in love. I didn't know you could put it in all these different positions! Why do people only buy these when pregnant!? Where has this been all my life?!?!
@ishmoney It's a pregnancy pillow that's kinda like a bendy snake shape. I got it to help me sleep on my left side, but I'm using it to sit up right now and it's making my back feel awesome. They sell it on Amazon but here is the official site:
My pants are getting tighter even though I'm technically not supposed to be showing yet. I'm full of crap though thanks to Zofran. I don't really care if people start posting "bump" pics. I just look chubby, but I bet some of those with multiples are starting to show
@fiddleRN79 Yeah I'm 8w 3d in camp twins and think I'm starting to show, which seems impossible since I haven't actually gained weight yet due to food aversions/nausea, but I can't deny it or call it bloat anymore. That said, bump pics aren't my thing so you guys will just have to believe me without seeing for yourself.
TMI, but I thought you'd all like to share my victory. I finally took a drama-free shit, and it was glorious. I feel like a million bucks. Lol. I've been taking stool softeners every night, and trying my damnedest to avoid starchy stuff (so difficult when I'm feeling nauseated). I've also been trying to drink more water. Ice and a splash of lime juice have helped me choke it down. I seriously feel like dancing right now.
I actually can't find any bump pics with my first and maybe 1 with my 2nd I know I took them! Bad mom over here, oops lol. Maybe they'll show up at some point. I know I wasn't one to take them every week though and think I only took a couple for each pregnancy.
I figured out a dress code for my dance classes. Going to wear some of my loose flowy t-shirts over the leotard and my long flowy skirts and I'll just go with that whole super-artsy-fartsy ballet master vibe. Ordered an additional skirt which won't fit for much longer I know, but oh well by then I'll be "out" and I can just wear it after baby comes :-P then I'm going to leggings. And now I feel so sneaky trying to "hide" things, ugh

I'm so nauseous I don't want to get out of bed. Water is so hard to drink, even tried sparkling with lemon and other combinations. I want to be able to at least get outside for a walk. I'm so miserable. I've been trying taking B6 3 times a day and started taking unisom last night. No change. I have one more week before going back to school and I don't know how I'm going to survive.

I have no energy and am indifferent to all food. Last pregnancy I was actually happy to eat carby junk foods like pizza and bagels all the time but this time I'm not interested in anything and I have to make myself eat.
@ashleyf911 That happy poo GIF made me smile though!
Anybody have a favorite email service they like? I want to create an email for DD and all iterations of her name (other than her full name of course) are taken on gmail. I'm not feeling AOL, Yahoo, or Hotmail because they feel dated to me. What else is even out there?

Is there a happy poo dance gif?
Don't know how I'm going to stay up for GoT tonight. So sleepy...
@mamaejb Sorry you're feeling so terrible. Trying to say hydrated will help, but maybe call your OB for a prescription.
Sorry to those dealing with constipation. I'm dealing with the opposite every morning.
