I think it was on the "its a girl thread" @Tennis11785 & @MJDsquared. I vaguely remember something about peeing on a stick to determine sex and couldn't stop laughing for a good 10 minutes reading through all the responses. Gave the babies quite a shake
Yes, I just thought it was her because the Snookie troll was talking about the exact same subjects that she would say were fun. I just feel like it was, December is a random month to pick for a stranger...
I have missed a lot around here! With DH gone and the constant sickness and migraines, I feel like I'm in a fog. I hope to get back to normal soon since I start school next month. Ugh, life is crazy.
For a super crappy work week, I've at least been well-fed... yesterday the cafe had slices of cheesecake, and just now one of the directors brought in a bunch of ice cream treats. I had to bring my ice cream sandwich back to my desk because I'm pretty sure I was making inappropriate noises.
Wait...is Snooki still posting? I keep seeing on threads where it says she's the most recent poster but I can't see a post from her when I open it! Did she block me? Lol.
Wow. I just went down a rabbit hole of Facebook videos with kids doing cute stuff and was laughing so hard I was crying. And then I started sobbing uncontrollably for absolutely no reason. Hormones. Whew.
Lol, I've apparently been blocked as well because I've never seen Snooki here and wondered whatever happened to AMCSquared. For the record, I'm pretty much the lamest nerd on the block so if you're blocking me you have issues!

People in my life are less concerned with our baby's gender or what names we have chosen than they are with whether or not the baby will have my hair. They are always super surprised that on my list of thoughts and concerns 'will he be a ginger' is fairly low. These people are also quick to share which side of the ginger divide they fall on. ' Won't it be terrible if he has red hair?' Which is apparently unattractive for boys? Or they expect I'll be really disappointed if he has dark hair like his daddy. Omg you guys it is just hair. I keep telling them that I'll be happy either way. DH has 2 beautiful dark haired dark eyed kids who both look just like him I'm pretty sure his genes are strong. Would it be a fun surprise if Victor had my coloring? Of course it would! I'm fairly proud of my red head mutant status and I happen to think ginger men can be very handsome. But if he looks like dad and his big brother we will be just as happy and bonus he'll be able to go out in the sun without reapplying sunscreen every 10 minutes.
@brittabatwhite DH has Scottish heritage and some red hairs in his beard. I would LOVE for this girl to have the reddest of red hair! DH hates the idea, but I think it's great. DS is a little Blondie and that annoys DH enough.
@kvacmak I love being a red head and of course red head littles are cute but the only physical feature I am praying for is DH's perfect teeth. Seriously he and both step kids have beautiful perfectly straight teeth they have never had a dental issue in their lives. The kids also don't have any wisdom teeth so they didn't have the trauma of having them out.
Nobody in our family as far back as we can find has red hair but SURPRISE, I have a fiery ginger baby as evidenced by my profile picture. We were shocked, but it's truly fitting.
The cheerleaders I coach are selling gourmet popcorn, and it's all online. Every time I get on Facebook I see them posting about it and then I click to see how much they've raised. Then I buy some. My popcorn craving has been strong, and it better continue with the amount of different flavors I've got coming to my house. But who is saying no to cookies and cream popcorn? Not this pregnant gal.
@brittabatwhite - I've got red hair and I'm like 90% sure this baby will too (the red gene runs pretty strong in my family and my husband has red in his beard). I hated having red hair growing up, although now I'm cool with it. Everyone expects me to not want a redhead, since I hated my own hair color so much, but I'd be totally ok with it.

@Tennis11785 I've always liked my hair but not always liked the attention from strangers it can bring. I share a birthday with Anne of Green Gables and was obsessed with her. Once on a family trip to the Bahamas a group of kids in the market followed me singing the Pippi Longstockings song which let me tell you is pretty much hell on earth if you are 14 trapped in a ship's cabin with your family for a week already.
@kvacmak@ktcakes87 - I know! It's so exciting! And what makes it really special, is that a lot of it is women who have been on a really long journey!! All BFP are special (no knocking those who get a positive test easily), but it's just so great to see so many women who have struggled finally get their positive test.

@Tennis11785 Exactly! Thankfully I never had to deal with IF, but it did take me 19 months to get (and stay) pregnant. Seeing the women with a long journey get a BFP is extra exciting!

Shoot, guys, I can totally feel some kind of pulmonary issue coming in. It's just since this morning, but when I cough it hurts deep in my lungs and sounds crackly, and now I can't stop clearing my throat. Luckily I don't have any cold symptoms, nor is my throat sore, but my lymph nodes are hard little marbles of pre-sick joy. Just had to complain to someone other than DH, who still doesn't seem to understand why "I can't take any good meds for this" is such a bummer.
Wait wait. AMCsquared was from our BMB or fromTTGP? I'm out of the loop but the name sounds familiar (but I could also be confused with @MJDsquared....) lol.
We find out the sex tomorrow! Anyone with a Big who won't eat anything besides crackers and smoothies? DD is pretty much on a food strike.
@splsmama2016 She was on our BMB! In the last randoms thread (I think it died on like 7/8) she got into a debate with basically the entire BMB and then just stopped posting completely. And I'm sure I would totally get confused with two ***squared's on a board if one wasn't me! Lol.
