@JaeJayStark I've been through layoffs they suck & you probably weren't he only one crying. I've always found a better job after a layoff so here's hoping the same for u!

I can't keep track of everyone's eggs but it seems like generally good news!

I've been lurking, work & life has been crazy. Today is my last day of Lupron & I have my baseline US & start Stims tomorrow! I'm so over Lupron, I feels so achy & awful on it. Hoping Stims are better, I'll take a bit of crying if I can sleep through the night. Feels good to finally be getting in the egg hunt. Super curious to see how my good AMH & FSH but lower AFC actually turns out. AFC would predict maybe 5-7 mature eggs, AMH would suggest at least double that. Hoping my RE was horrible at detecting the AFC!

Nurse said the trigger shot will make follies continue to grow. Cul de sac fluid is also fluid leakage from when the follies get large.
Same tech did the US. Seems like the sizes don't match up from yesterday. Odd. Dr. will get what they can get.

woo hoo you're a go!!! 1:30am thats fantastic!! I'm always jealous of the late time others get to trigger, I'm always bright and early having to be ready to go by 8am usually!! hoping you will hit double digits but more importantly that they are super strong and ready to make a baby

JaeJayStark ugh!!! sorry about the layoffs that sucks majorly!!! Is your insurance covering IVF! I'm a freelancer so I have the opposite of always looking for the next job so its not easy doing that and IVF at the same time! Hopefully its on to bigger and better for you...and severance right

My ER have always been different one cycle I was super early and was ready by cycle day 9 and then other cycles I wasn't ready till cycle day 14, its how your body responds to the meds so try not to over think that part too much if you can

@Hopeful_mom I do have 50% coverage with my current insurance so I can use that for another 6 months. I also get 7 months severance so that is awesome!

Had my US. Things are still early and I am so dang hard to image. When you guys go it, its it easy to see follicles size 10-14?

CD 8. Lining 11.5. Right 2 follies measuring 13 and 10. Left 3 follies measuring 10, 13, 14.

@JaeJayStark Looks like you have a nice cushy lining ; ) I thought my tech was able to measure all the follicles, if she felt like it.... My first US, a tech measured one that was 3mm.

JaeJayStark nice update - as long as they all keep growing together!! If you think its hard to see ask your tech to enlarge the image, that what it is the settings on the machine, 10 is on the tinier side but you can see them. I made very few floolies and they could still measure even the ones that are a 6, alot just dont. I also have one tech who likes to be precise so when the image is bigger you can see it better i believe. SO thats my tip

When my tech has an issue seeing something she first enlarges the screen and then my press on my tummy. you go back on sunday? and 7 months woo hoo that is amazing!!! I'm a freelancer and never get that perk...so at least u have time to relax get preggers and find the perfect next job. Glad your insurance wont me an issue either...so no more tears

She does enlarge it for sure! You still can't see my ovaries that well. I'm a tough one! We can only see follies if they are bigger, again because my ovaries are so high.

Yes, thank goodness for severance! Trying to hold back the tears but it's a struggle for sure.

@SP128 Good luck! I nearly forgot! Can't wait to hear how it all goes!

@Hopeful_mom just trigger...... super bloated. Look preg but obviously not. The hunt for the golden eggs begin at 130 pm. I wish it was earlier.
Nervous about not having anything to eat or drink for that long.

@JaeJayStark no tears for the layoff. I got laid off about 7 years ago and was devastated. Turned out to be the best thing that happened to me. Keep growing follies. Grow!!

@Hopeful_mom yes you ladies were amazing!! Ivf virgins: trust the knowledge these ladies have !! Last friday I was down and out because I thought getting 4 eggs would've been the max. Doc said getting 10 is average.

No updates on other days besides tomorrow for fertilization. Day 5 transfer is this thursday assuming we have at least one make it.

Ive been pretty chill and mellow since coming out of anesthesia around 138 pm. Procedure takes like 10 min. Hydrating and resting tonight. Maybe head out to get dinner later. Super low key

@Hopeful_mom I need to call on the estrace. Crinone for sure. Will check with re with tomorrow. Doc didn't say average based on what. I was like some people get 20 some odd eggs! Fx for a good report this morning and all is a go on thursday. Hope my body metabolizes the two weeks of hormones to make my ute more hospitable

We've got embryos. 12/13 fertilized. Nurse said number 12 was slower to fertilize. Said it was not uncommon. The first 11 took rt away. Fx that they stay strong!!! Thursday is anticipated transfer day. Re will tell us how many made it and what stages they are.

Congrats congrats!! This is a fantastic report - be thrilled!! I know I ALWAYS keep saying everyone is different yes, and if you read other recent threads you will see younger girls usually get more AND PCOS get sometimes too much and thats not good either as they miss some quality too. One girl started with 40 and about 1/2 fertilized and she did get in the teens that made it to blasts, did testing and got 8/10 normies back, so for her thats an ideal situation. She was super panicked through the process as we all were but look at how great show did. I can tell you others that have gotten as many but unfortunately pooped out before day 5...and they had OHSS. I will say for your age you're spot on, you really did great! Hoping you've got some strong ones there, now its time to sprinkle your powerful miracle grow

I'm hoping you already spoke to your nurse since you're doing a fresh transfer you should already be taking those meds now! You're on the way!!!! How are you feeling today??

@Hopeful_mom hahahha I love that you are always more confident than I am! Nurse wants me to start crinone tomorrow morning and estradiol once a day. Yes I'm thinking warm thoughts for my embabies and sprinkling lots of telepathic miracle grow.
I feel a little crampy today. The intravenous Motrin sure did wear off.

@mrsa2017 I did the 21 day fix extreme the month before starting IVF, was feeling good, literally haven't exercised since then and have put the weight back on and more. None of my clothes fit. Bathing suit season....forget it!!!

I was feeling like I got hit by a truck on 4dp5dt so I took a cvs blue test thinking it was pink bc of the packaging. They are supposed to show vertical lines in the windows, twice they showed HORIZONTAL!? CVS exchanged them for a FR test and this morning (6dp5dt) I got a faint but definitely there BFP. My problem has been having a sticky one, so taking it one day at a time for now. Beta isn't until July 3rd though, grr.
Hope the rest of you are right behind me with yours

@sp128 I can just hear the RE next month telling me to change my diet since I have PCOS blah blah blah....
It's so expensive trying to eat clean in the Bahamas. I probably eat only broccoli and drink water the entire time because that's all we may be able to afford.

Afm I actually lost a few pounds within this last two weeks. I worked out somewhat regularly before the retrieval, but then stopped abruptly, cuz I'm so tired, unmotivated, work drains me out, plus having this pressure on and off in my low abdomen. But other than that having my 3d beta on Tuesday. FX and GL to everyone! Let's keep the good news coming!

I was so motivated, went four days out of the week for 3 weeks(hate to waste money and membership fee ain't that cheap even if government workers get $5 off) then all of a sudden, poof! My DH would be like "going to gym today?" and I be like "if it requires me moving from this bed, it ain't happening ." The man quit asking after the third no Lmao
For the life of me idk why I feel so tired and unmotivated lately.. I guess it's because I wanna pig out until we see the RE next month

Also, I believe that I'm the little sister in the group lol and I know that when one of you wins, we all do and it gives it me hope since I'm really just starting out.

I promise you that if IF was a thing that I could've touched, I would be kicking ass left right and center. (we really have to petition for more emojis) lol

KZ1126 woohoo love hearing some good news - i should so be sleeping already but wanted to check in on everyone!! And glad i did, hoping that line gets darker and you gotta sticky bean on your hands! ANd thanks for keeping it real, I feel like I'm the only one that looks pregnant before getting my BFP. I literally have gained all my baby weight - its very annoying! But trying not to stress about it....but dear lord going up a flight of steps holy moses!! Glad some of my summer dresses are a bit more forgiving then my jeans!!!

@SP128 yea i'm still waiting to wake up one day and not have the bloat!! Keep an eye over the next few days and make sure you're not gaining any more weight!!

Theres a lot of things that will make u nits through this process that its annoying the weight becomes an issue too. I hat to make excuses but each time I remotely tried to exercise something would happen...just chaffing alone was enough for me to stop

AFM: Was getting nervous that AF didn't show on Friday as my boobs have been bothering me for a few days already but thrilled AF has shown her face and is already kicking my ass...so off to the RE in a few hrs to see if I get a calendar for FET woo hoo!!! I'm also up writing an email to my RE about any outstanding tests I still need to do... Shes so against immune testing but not sure where to go then that it wont cost a fortune, its mainly for the nk cell test (natural killer cell). Yes it sounds scary but they dont believe in it. Some other ladies have had the testing done on here but their RE's were all about it....so not sure what i'm gonna do

@Hopeful_mom Weighed myself this morning and down 2.5 lbs. It's annoying. Couldn't button my shorts yesterday. Add me into one that looks pregnant right now...... Yay for getting calendar for FET soon. I'm a big believer in testing. Knowledge is power.

@Holls214 Must be the longest wait. I'm not there yet but will be finger tapping the next couple of weeks for my results.

Today is the last day of school!!! Whooppeeeeee. The downside is that I won't have work to distract me throughout the TWW and waiting for PGS results. Didn't plan any vacays because IF is running my life.
