+ 1 on not liking baths but also I don't fit in bathtubs so that doesn't help.
Also + 1 on thinking fetus and moist are really gross words that make me cringe. (what was the other one someone mentioned? That was gross too).
My makeup routine takes a couple of minutes... tinted moisturizer, blush, eye shadow, mascara, eye liner. When I have extra time I try to use foundation and concealer to make my skin more one tone but most of the time I don't have time for that. The contouring videos fascinate me too though! I wish I could figure out how to do that when I dress fancy!
I think I brought this up in the man bun post and not a UO but I haaaaate tarantula lashes. Fake clumpy lashes do not look pretty and they aren't fooling anyone people. (I'm looking at you, vast majority of my FB friends who use Younique mascara.)
+1 to the school uniforms! I had them all of grade school and high school. Also, I went to an all girls Catholic High School... So no one was trying to impress anyone there lol.
Re: dress codes... I went to a private high school, and though we didn't have uniforms, our dress code was pretty tight. For girls, shorts and skirts couldn't be shorter than four inches above the knee, and no shoulders could be showing. For guys, they could only wear collared shirts or school t-shirts, and they had rules about hair length as well as facial hair. There's more that I'm missing, but I feel like this was a pretty good dress code. It affected guys and girls equally, and I knew an equal number of girls and guys who got busted for dress code.
TBH, I think most school dress codes are too loose. I wish schools would also ban sweatpants or PJs, because from a teacher perspective, it definitely affects students' focus. There is such a thing as being too comfortable.
