I did acupuncture 1x about a month and a half ago. You don't even feel the needles. They are so thin. I promise.

I guess there could still be hope. I wasn't temping. I got a positive opk on 5/6 and then a positive opk on the morning of 5/7 and then in the afternoon of 5/7 a negative. So I could have ovulated anywhere from 5/7-5/9. So I'm either 10-12dpo, right?

I've never done acupuncture for fertility; however, I have a HUGE fear of needles (ironic since I've felt like a pincushion the past year or so with RPL tests and beta bloodwork)... and when I did acupuncture years ago, it did NOT even bother me. I thought it would, but it was actually awesome!

Im going to test tomorrow morning.. CD 25... my cycle after my MC was 27 days and it can be up to 30- I know it's maybe a little too early but I just need to try- I'm so impatient!

This TWW is really messing with my head. I know my lining is pretty much non-existent this cycle, so I'm 99.9% sure I'm out, but since 8-9DPO, I've been extra tired (falling asleep earlier than usual, I'm struggling to stay awake today, when I never have trouble staying awake on my day off), my breasts have been sore, and I've had twinges of cramps. None of these things are normal pre-AF for me, except I had sore breasts the day before AF last cycle. So far I'm 10DPO and BFN (not FMU). I just wish it was Monday so I could go in to get my betas checked before my hysteroscopy to set the record straight.

@ladipale My DH and I were just talking about acupuncture. Would it matter what CD you had the treatment? Or do it just whenever?

I'm CD 25 today and I'm not sure if it'll be a 27 or 30 day cycle... everything's been crazy. Hoping for a 27 day cycle I tested this morning and got a BFN. I'm hoping I still have a chance...

I had had a friend tell me that it might just take longer to have a child as awesome as our DS. I'm hanging onto that.

@hdaley - we were talking last night about how DD follows me everywhere and she is 6. He asked me if I would be the same way with the future baby. I said if we have another one I know for sure I would love it so much because it's been such a struggle.

AFM, I'm on CD24. I haven't had the urge to test. I'm not sure but doing this medicated cycle has done wonders for me. I'm not stressed and very calm. I don't plan to test until Friday if AF hasn't arrived that is two exactly from insemination date

Unfortunately, I have red spotting in my CM (cervix is high and pretty soft right now). I'm taking this as a sign AF will arrive earlier than expected. Hard to believe since I'm 12DPO and AF seems to come 14-16DPO. Perhaps all the surgeries have changed things? We'll see how this all plays out...

@Chawk17 just let them know where you are at in your cycle. My acupuncturist wanted us to bench for a cycle to do more intensive treatment but we just didn't want to do that. They will work with you.

@hdaley sorry for cd 1.

DH was bugging me to test at about 11dpo and of course it was a bfn. I hate testing and haven't for about the last 4 cycles. It's always way worse for me then just having af show up. I had a really hard day yesterday. I'm supposed to have my surgery in two weeks and I'm really debating if it's even worth putting myself through this. I feel like me RE is grasping at straws and nothing seems to be wrong or work for us. I just have this feeling it's something else that will give me falseness hope...just like my HSG.

@MooFish2364 - sorry about yesterday. I wouldn't want to do the surgery either but maybe it will help you never know. I'm with you on the testing though - I don't like testing. Why waste the money to buy tests. If I do test I get them at dollar tree lol.

@vlagrl29 I have a whole bunch of internet cheapies since the came with my OPKs. SO I guess it's easier to justify using one! I think it might help too. I am worried about it causing scaring and making it worse...there's about a 1% chance or that. I guess I'm just more worried about it getting my hopes up in case nothing happens.

@Chawk17 he's just always optimistic for some reason and I guess I get sucked in. According to my last saline u/s I have a fibroid on the top of my uterus. It is distorting the shape so it's the worst kind for TTC even though it's small. Since I'll be under to have that removed he wants to look at my tubes too (which means incisions on my abdomen). He was worried that when he reviewed the video of my HSG that the fluid wasn't leaving my tubes fast enough. He thinks there might be something going on with my right one.

@MooFish2364 - I hope the surgery goes well and is easy for you. At least after you've had it done you can say you've done as much as you can to make TTC successful and you don't have to worry about that part anymore.

I got a more noticeable line this morning. I'm shocked and nervous and already having nightmares. After the loss in January my OB told me she'd handle the next pregnancy however I'd like, extra u/s, whatever I request. I don't know what I want yet.
