My major symptom this week is the pubic bone pain - SPD I think. It's been developing for a couple weeks, but last night it was the worst! Every time I moved in bed it was excruciating and rolling over (never mind the whole turtle on my back experience) was SO painful. I think I read from someone last week that there's pretty much nothing to do about it

I think you're right and I should give the doctor a call. Normally after I eat I feel a little better but not lately. I've been feeling a lot of pelvic pain as well.
Hopefully resting will help you feel better and baby doesn't try to make an exit this soon....these babies are too little to make their debut.
