@HopeSIN That's awesome!!!! Did you transfer multiples??? afm i spent the whole weekend trying not to be crazy but being crazy anyway.... yesterday at some point I peed on every stick in the house! Lol (literally 6 or 7 tests throughout the day!!) today I'm 7dp5dt (and 14 dp hcg trigger) and seeing lines.... only problem is my trigger never went to stark white. Basically I won't know anything until beta on Wednesday lol
@dragonette505: we only transferred one embryo, so that's why I was even more surprised about the very high beta! But I'll take it, haha :-) I totally understand that you're going crazy with doing multiple daily tests - I'm guilty of that as well!! Wouldn't it mean though that even if the line right now comes from the trigger, if it gets darker it would be from a pregnancy, so keep testing ; -) Also, Wednesday is really around the corner. I'll keep my fingers crossed! Do update us!!!

@wabash15 I know! I couldn't post because I was too busy peeing! lol My DH refuses to let either of us be hopeful yet.
@HopeSIN wow! That's high for one! So happy its a solid number! afm... hard to tell if any are darker because I keep waking up at odd hours so my fmu ranges from 1:30 am to 4:30 am... I've not once taken a test at the same time for the past 4 days lol.
@Hoping10 I am so sorry to hear about your results and hope that you are able to take time for yourself. Please know that I am thinking of you and hoping for nothing but the best outcome for you in your upcoming cycle.
Thank you for the warm welcome everyone and also the feedback about doing the early POAS.
Well after I wrote my first post I simply could not help myself and POAS on Friday morning, and it was positive! My first beta was scheduled for today, but my RE said I could have it done on Friday and my first beta on 8dp5dt was 112. I had my second beta today and it was 320 (11dp5dt). My RE said it could be more than one, but it is hard to know at this point. The first ultrasound is next Wednesday. The state of shock has still not stopped and the next couple weeks are not going go by quickly.
Just got results for my 3rd beta! Soo it went from 231 10dp5dt 571 12dp5dt 5,457 19p5dt

Question for all the BFPs: at what point is your 1st US scheduled? Mine is at 6.5 weeks and it freaks me out, since I thought the first one could be at 5 weeks to see the sac but they said nope.
@Elmela: congratulations! That's great news!!! @Nikkilegare: great beta values! Congrats! @liljoy: my doc did an ultrasound last Thursday, which was 4w2d and he couldn't see anything. I'll have another one coming Monday, which will be 5w+6d and it's just to see if the embryo implanted in the right spot (uterus, not fallopian tube). I think there'll be another one at 8 weeks to see if we can detect a heart beat. How about you guys?

@liljoy: thanks and congrats on that impressive beta!!! How many did you transfer?
I have my first US 20dp5dt (5wk +4d) and I think that is similar to @HopeSIN where they are looking for the implantation location. Second US is supposed to be 7-10 days after the first one (~7wks) and that one is to look for the heartbeat. It sounds like every practice does things slightly differently.
Stay strong @dragonette505 , one more day. I am thinking of you and hoping tomorrow is an amazing day for you.
@liljoy... I really hope so! I'm starting to think its real.... just so scared I will get awful results tomorrow and all of this hope will make it worse! ugh! Why cant it be tomorrow already???
@HopeSIN I feel like isn't 4 weeks super early to see anything? I thought most ultrasounds were done after 5 or 6 (because I think you only hear a heartbeat around 6 or so...?)
@elmela Thanks. I transferred one and I'm surprised of such a big jump in beta, I hope all is good. @dragonette505 All the luck in the world tomorrow, we are holding our breath for your beta, so you can join the good side @HopeSIN I also had hcg double every day, not every 48hrs. But I transferred just one, I wonder what the deal is...
Regarding the US, yes, that's what I understand, that heart beat can be detected after 6w but the sac can be seen at 5w. My clinic probably doesn't want to bother with 2 US for me given my beta jumped so high, but I'm still worried until I know it's in the right place. I think I'm going to write the doc to tell her that I'd like to come in soon for my peace of mind.

Quick question to all who've got a BFP so far: how are you calculating your week+day progression of the pregnancy? I used one of those calculators online and since my 5d transfer was on 19/3, I put in the ovulation date, which I calculated at 19 March minus 5 days (since embryo was 5 days old), which is 14/3. According to that, I'm at 5w5d today.
Does that sound about right to you guys? How did you calculate it?

@liljoy My second Beta was 619! I go for us on Wednesday!! So nervous! Awesome you saw your gestational sac!! @HopeSIN lots of calculators now let you calculate from day of transfer. I'm calculating from day of transfer since my trigger day was CD 18. It throws my gestational date off (they are always figuring from a standard ovulation at CD 14.
@dragonette - congrats to the great beta! How many weeks/days will you be on Wednesday? Keeping my fingers crossed that you'll get your great news confirmed!
I had my ultrasound today. The baby implanted right where it should. It's measuring perfectly the 6weeks it is and as a little bonus we could even could see the heartbeat, which was very unexpected to see it so early. Even the doctor was surprised. Yeah, nausea is getting more random now for me. It used to be only in the evenings, now I wake up in the morning feeling like this, too. I can't think or see food. Whenever I get a window of feeling ok, I know I have to eat. It's tough to keep up with a regular schedule...
Omg girls, I hear you. The all-day nausea struggle is real. I wish I had tips to help out but I'm struggling with the same thing. I keep thinking that tons of women get pregnant and go to work so I need to suck it up, but I'm on my feet all day with not many sitting breaks so feeling like I'm going to barf at any minute is not very fun. I had to leave work early today. My dr prescribed me diclegis...have you guys tried that? I'm going to wait to try it until the weekend bc I hear it makes you really drowsy.
@liljoy I have only posted in my bmb (Dec '17) so far... but planning to poke around there as well... was wondering if the other ladies had already moved on to bmb's
Advice for all the nausea-plagued girls: I read that for severe morning nausea it's best to set your alarm 15min prior to your regular wakeup time. Have something ready to eat on your bed side table and then take it easy for 15 minutes till the actual wakeup time. It really does help me!
