Acupuncture, Femera x3 cyles, and HSG. BFP in September 2014, DS born June 2015. TTC x2 months. BFP January 2017.
I announced to a small group on FB with this pic. I never announced DS people either knew because they saw me in person (work, family, close friends) or they figgured it out when I posted a pic of my newborn. I'm not sure if I will announce to the general FB page with this one.
@ForwardnBackward, thanks for that reminder. We did these yesterday and I was going to wait until closer to the weekend but figured today would be perfect. We did a video slide of several photos.
i am so excited! on my way to lunch i saw a wooden chalkboard on the side of the road for free (at least i hope so, otherwise i stole it but whatevs) it will be perfect for our announcement pics we are taking this Saturday. i thought i was going to have to use my lame plastic fisher price one.

This would have been so fun, but SIL had her baby yesterday, so clearly that would have been rude lol. I think we'll post an Easter one on Sunday or wait until later next week to do spring-themed one
I posted ours today with the following pic plus the words
"we waited for you for 513 days. So excited that our baby Stone is due in October 2017".
The photo is just a stock image but footprints have special meaning for us as my brother passed away and his gravestone talks about leaving footprints on our hearts
I made this to announce on April Fools day but then hubby chickened out (even tho it was his idea to announce then). So I text the image to some friends who didn't know yet about the pregnancy. We will do a FB announcement after the gender scan
Hey ladies just a general PSA that TB claims rights to any photos you post, and after 30 days you can't go back and edit your post to delete them so they forever belong to TB at that point.
This is not to deter anyone from posting at all but I just wanted to share this in case anyone else feels protective about their creative property like I do and doesn't want to hand it over to TB's permanent archives. (I've been known to go back a week later and snip out my photo. Take that, BGs.)

We made this poster and hung it up for my in-laws when they arrived for Easter weekend. We sent my family a bouquet of flowers with a note saying "Spring is here, the flowers smell sweet. Our family is growing by one heart and two feet. Baby Salomon #4 is due October 2017." I was a little frustrated that my parents didn't even call to say they got it or read the note or anything I had to call them up a day later to find out if they had received the flowers.

This morning DH and I did ours on Facebook, it is also our wedding anniversary today. We're feeling so blessed and grateful as we've been waiting for this moment for many years. -- "Hi friends and family! Today we celebrate our third wedding anniversary, and we have a big announcement too: Baby Jager is growing fast and will be arriving in October! We couldn't be more excited to start this new adventure together!"

I cannot handle how cute these announcements are! We announced with a video of DD wearing a "Big Sister Est 2017" shirt. We asked her "What are you gonna be" and she enthusiastically responds "SISTER!". I wish the bump allowed for videos
Well we made it Facebook official today as I'm 13 weeks and someone kinda called me out in a comment on another post the other day. Here's what I posted.

@TallMomma29 Thank you! I got the coffee cup idea offline, I'm not that smart. Then filled in the rest. Plus we love coffee and live off it, so it only made sense
I'm kind of considering doing #18. We announced DD in kind of a quirky way and I feel like this is kind of quirky, too. I may just do it on Insta though because I feel like DH will want him and DD to be in the official facebook announcement, whenever that may be. At the rate we're going, it might be when the baby is actually here.
