Re: Introductions!
I just found out a week before my 31st birthday that I am pregnant with my husband's and I first child. This is my first pregnancy and we had only been trying for one cycle before I became pregnant. It feels so sudden.
I will be prowling these halls looking for advice to easy my anxiety. I am 6.5 weeks along and am learning the joys of afternoon nausea. Is it weird that I love feeling every symptom no matter how bad it makes me feel? Its like a hello from baby. I am pretty terrified of a miscarriage so it's comforting.
I don't have any female family members where I live so it's just me, my husband, and my father in law (no mother in law or sister in laws.) Its so nice to have this community to turn to.
My EDD is 11/12/2017 and I am looking to you STMs for guidance in the weeks to come.

DS1 is 7. DD is 1. DS2 is coming in late April.
My biggest symptoms right now are crazy fatigue, a kind of constant low-level of queasiness, and a combination of insane dreams/having to get up to pee every 3 hours that is keeping me from sleeping as much as I would like.
I'm feeling like quite a late-comer to the group, but I'm cautiously excited to be here. *TW* This is our first baby and we were excited to see a "yes +" on our first hpt after the loss of our first pregnancy in January. I was convinced was just out of whack with AF coming early - that's the only way I could make it only peeing on one stick. I am feeling anxious, but I'm growing more excited each day.
DH and I were married a year and a half ago and so far, have told his parents and sister. On his side, this will be the first baby: first grandchild for his parents and first great-grandchild for both grandparents. No pressure, right? On my side, babies are practically old news - this LO will be joining my four nieces and one nephew. That said, I'm my daddy's only (my siblings are half-sibs), so a baby coming 5 years after a scary cancer diagnosis for him will be exciting in its very own way. I'm waiting until next weekend to tell my parents on his 65th birthday.
We have an EDD of November 19th and our first ultrasound is on Wednesday at 6w4d. I have my FX that we'll see the flutter of a heartbeat and hope that my own heart can find a way to be still when we do. DH is so certain that everything will go smoothly this time around and his confidence (at least today) is relieving and reassuring. I'm so looking forward to getting to know you all and am thrilled to have found this community to join during such a wonderful, anxiety-ridden, joyful and terrifying journey!
New to the bump and SO excited to get to join this group as a FTM! I'm a due date fence sitter....based on my LMP my due date is around November 29th. I personally think it's going to get pushed back to December but we're going with it for now! I'm 31 & DH is 34.
Just got my BPF yesterday (3/24), and can't believe it! We'd been trying for around 10 months, and I was *days* away from scheduling an HSG (was just waiting for AF to start). I could not have been more shocked, considering DH has been out of town for work. He managed to make a quick trip home during my fertile window and we only BD'ed once....I thought there was no way we'd conceive this month. That being said I did two things different this month : Started taking Maca, and I had a cold during my fertile window so I was taking Mucinex too.

I had a loss in January at 11 weeks. Right now I am very nervous and cautious, and will likely stick mostly to the PGAL thread until I pass the 11week mark. This baby is due in Nov, right around the time we got our first BFP this year. Trying very hard to stay positive!!
Hi Everyone, I’m swimsister!
Full disclosure, my due date is 12/1, but I was pretty active on TTGP and there are some awesome women on this board who I’d love to stay connected with during this time. I hope you all don’t mind me joining you over here. I might be more of a nights/weekends Bumper (Bumpie?) because I’m still new at my job so I’m still working hard to get up to speed. We also have an open work environment, so if I open The Bump on my work computer about 15 people can see my screen.
So I’m 4 weeks, 1 day with our first. I had a 11 month TTGP journey and got pregnant on my first cycle of Clomid. My DH and I are both in a little bit of shock still. I am nervous, I had certain expectations for the TTGP process that were so far from the reality of what happened that I feel like I don’t know what to expect from here on. I’m also relieved and cautiously excited.

I am 34 and my husband is 36. This is our first child so we are both very nervous. My EDD is November 13th 2017 and I will be 7 weeks tomorrow. We already had our first u/s at 6 weeks 2 days. I was in the hospital for possible gallstones and they did a u/s for precaution. Babys heartbeat was 163. Ive had one miscarriage back in 2006 at about 5 weeks, but other than that Ive never been pregnant before. Since we are older more than likely this will be our one and only! I am looking forward to hearing about everyones journey and meeting new friends. Congratulations to all!
Jody
I am hoping over here from the IF board. Tomorrow is my third beta, and I am nervous! Tomorrow I will be 5 weeks. I had a chemical the last time, so this is all nerve-wracking!

DH and I are both 31 and have been together for nine years, and married for just under seven. We live just outside of Cincinnati and both work in IT (DH for a university and I work for a cultural nonprofit).
Right now I'm pretty exhausted and achy most of the time, but my older mom friend at work assures me that the exhaustion should go away next trimester, so I'm hopeful?

I'm Jessie and I am a FTM. My husband and I are over the moon and still in shock. Our EDD is 11/19 as of now! We have our first ultrasound this Wednesday 3/29 and we are anxiously waiting. We have been TTC for almost two years. We got pregnant on our first round of provera+metfotmin+clomid. Right now I'm just super tired and have a loss of appetite...and let's not forget the amount of times I have to pee a day! I can't even complain about the symptoms, it just makes me sure that I am growing a little baby in my belly. Luckily, I have only had one episode of morning (well night) sickness. I have had two HCG tests! One on 3/21 and it was 1,084 and the progesterone level was 23. My test three days later was on 3/24 and it was 3,921. So we are hoping those are good numbers. All of these things are super new and confusing to me!
Good luck to everyone & im excited to get to know everyone!
