TTC#2 April 2019@ladybug2821 As I'm thinking about awake time (and there is a lot), I can't really point to a set schedule but we do tummy time, the exersaucer, "sit ups", long chats and giggles, reading, walks (when it's not freezing), run errands and when I really I need a moment I put on Baby Einstein for 15 minutes and let him chill out listening to the music. Admittedly, he really doesn't nap and I definitely don't put him down enough.

This morning has not started well. DH is PO that I intervened in his "argument" with our 2 yo. He thinks steamrolling over her and forcing her to do things he wants is the solution while I'm more of a facilitator who finds a middle ground. Obviously we disagree with each other's approach on this one. Ugh.

Whatever kid. Just sleep. Yes. Our stockings are still up.
somewhere warm. I wasn't the only one confused. Wow
N laughed for the first time last night! (that I've heard anyway...who knows how long she's been doing this at daycare) She's been making little half laugh "heh" noises, but this was a real giggle. Only got her to do it twice and then of course she wouldn't do it for dad.
N and I are going up to visit Grampy this weekend, its about a 3 hour drive and we are going up and back in the same day. Hoping it will go well. I figure we'll stop at least once in each direction. Wish us luck!

Cant even pump bc he keeps waking up. Of course im tired since I missed my decompress/chill window after he goes to bed and now it's time to pump. H just looks at me like "sucks to be you" since I'm the only one who can deal with him. I'm extra pissy now
It it was an unnecessarily dragged out episode. Am I missing anything @m6agua?

@leighry ooof--a toughie. I love GOT more but I think you have to pay closer attention in the beginning. TWD is more forgiving, but has had serious lulls. I've loved every season of GOT.
And @hoosiermama summed up the two perfectly. I second what she said!
@kvruns For the most part we each do our own approach and empower each other even when we disagree. The real difference is our backgrounds - I'm the oldest of 3, coached ages 4-18 for years and am a teacher while he is the youngest of 2 and has zero exposure to kids other than ours. I've already found what works for years but he hasn't.

TTC#2 April 2019This is me every morning when I wake up. I don't want to look at the clock because if it is like 3 am I won't be able to get back to sleep because I'll think the baby will wake up soon. So instead I feel my boobs to figure out if it is time to get up or not. I've been right every time
