Hey ladies, Just checking in! How does everyone feel? Congrats to the ladies that just had transfers and who are in the TWW!! Is anyone going to start testing early? @Bharvey10 Do you plan to test before beta on Friday? Thinking of you ladies!

@Joslynj11I want to but I'm so nervous about it! I think I'm going to buy a test today and test in the morning! I have waited because I didn't wanna test to soon and freak out. I have had very little cramping no bleeding sometimes my stomach feels very huge!

@Joslynj11 My plan was not to test, because of the experience I had with testing and then having a CP last FET. I really wanted to just not worry about it until my beta, but I'm 5dp5dt today and I'm like overcome with anxiety. I don't know if holding out another week to find out what's going on is a good idea or not. So I really don't want to, but I'm not sure I'll be able to follow through with that.

New here - just got negative beta from my 1st fresh IVF cycle. I'm heart broken. I will call tomorrow to get more info on an FET. Can anyone instruct me on what the cycle looks like for a FET? All my nurse said is I'll have to take estrogen by mouth so to call wit her my pharmacy. I'm not sure if I'll have to do the endometrin tabs or anything. Share your experiences please. I have 5 embryos frozen - 4, 5 day blastocysts and 1, 6 day blastocyst

So sorry to hear about your negative result, @krenee124 I've heard that FETs can be more successful than fresh because your body is not straight off all those stim meds.

I did a fully medicated FET, with Lupron to suppress my natural cycle for my first one, but not with this one (why, I have no idea). When I was on Lupron, I took it for I think 3 weeks. I also started estrogen patches on CD3 and then PIO shots about 12 days later. 5 days after that I had my transfer. After the transfer I started on Prometrium suppositories. If a pregnancy is confirmed, I will have to continue the estrogen, PIO, and Prometrium until the 10th week of pregnancy.

@FamousAmous thank you for the info! I hope to find out more tomorrow. I have been bleeding for two days now and slowly getting heavier so pretty soon I'll be CD1. Hoping they have answers for me tomorrow. Best of luck. When is your beta?

@krenee124 FET prep will probably have you start BCP with AF for 2-3 weeks. I then started estrogen patches for a week, added estrogen pills, increased patches and added estrogen vaginal cream. 6 days before my transfer I will add PIO injections and twice a day progesterone cream vaginally as well. I will continue that to week 12 if I get a positive

I have been MIA for a little while, i keep checking up on my phone but it never lets me comment from there, lots to try and catch up on but lets see if i can remember it all

@krenee124 I have never had a fresh transfer my clinic doesnt do them so my only experience is FET. Ive always been on birth control for 10 days starting cycle day 3, then take estrace for a while and then add in oral progesterone and then 6 days prior to transfer start PIO and then continue afterwards. My RE is quick to take us off PIO when our levels are good so i stopped those about 2 weeks after transfer but have continued with suppositories and all the oral medication.

By my calculations i am 6 weeks today, we had an US on monday this week and saw that there is a gestational sac and then we go back next thursday and should see the heartbeat! I of course go back and forth between feeling confident and very scared, it just such a long wait between scans i feel like anything can change. my symptoms come and go, i still have very tender breasts, constantly thirsty, major fatigue, i can come home from work, take a nap and still go to bed a few hours later. sickness comes and goes it seems i just feel nauseous if i go to long without eating. every time the sickness goes away i get scared because with my first miscarriage i was sick for about 2 weeks and it went away and then we found out there was no more heartbeat. sometimes i just wish i had my head in a toilet all day long every day for reassurance that something was going on. I hope one of these days i am able to relax and start to trust in this pregnancy.

@hibiscus118 yes we traveled to our donated embryos. We tried to make it a mini vacation as well just some time off to try to relax. Your first beta is Wednesday then? Whats the normal first beta time? I feel like mine is kind of early. I had my first beta done today at 8dp5dt, but I won't know anything until after my second beta on Monday at 11dp5dt. I'm trying to not dwell on it or any "symptoms" I'm having... but for a person with anxiety that's really hard lol. Congrats to those who have gotten BFP's and Fingers crossed to those of us in the TWW.

@ohcasii my clinic makes me wait 13 days, it's tough. Though, I'm not sure how I'd feel waiting for results after the second one. I am a google a holic right now.

I did take a FRER this morning and saw a faint line. Cautiously optimistic as we saw one with our fresh cycle at 10dp5dt and then a negative beta 3 days later. FX for us all!

@hibiscus118 ah, that's good though, FX for your beta. Yeah I was super nervous going in for my first beta even though I knew I wouldn't know the results until next week after the second beta. I'm too afraid to POAS... I've never gotten a positive before so i'd rather just wait.

@hibiscus118 I'm not feeling very pregnant lol And I haven't tested, I won't do it until the morning of my beta. I had a similar experience to what happened to you last time so I don't want to go down that road again.

@kjplaza, I totally agree with you on all of that. I didn't expect to be so anxious after getting a positive. I'm not having many symptoms at all, but I can't seem to enjoy the ease of it. I feel like if I were more nauseous, I'd maybe be able to relax and believe that this one was going to last.

Got my BFP today! I got a voicemail from my clinic while at work saying congrats, but no beta numbers were given, I think I'm going to call tomorrow and ask them for the numbers from both betas. They order a third beta if the first two come out positive, it's added to my labs when I go in for my estradiol and progesterone draw next Monday. FX things keep looking good! It doesn't feel real yet.

Afm, I was up half the night coughing up my lungs. I don't really feel sick otherwise, just a dry, itchy throat. Started Sunday.

AFM: I am going crazy waiting for Friday's first U/S. I am so anxious to see what's going on in there and then to be able to finally breath a little lighter hopefully!! Gosh time is moving so slowly!!

I wanted to drop in quickly and post this because I have to get ready and go to my beta appointment. This is the first time I tested all TWW, I was sweating it out like crazy!!! It's such a relief to see a line that is lightyears darker than it was my last FET when I had a CP. Can't wait to hear what the number is!!!

So my beta was 158 today! The nurse said they are looking for anything over 100 (probably because my clinic tests to late?). I can't help but think it's a little low for 13dp5dt. I'm anxious for Friday to see what happens.

My number was 558! Congrats on your positive beta too! My clinic likes the number to be over 100 at 12-13dpt as well. Fingers crossed they are doubling by Friday!
