Oh I'm so sorry @justsuzie. I'm glad you spoke up for yourself and are going in for an ultrasound. Curl up with your pup and your feel good movie tonight.
I'm so sorry ... life just sucks sometimes. You were right to push for an ultrasound - we need to be our own advocates when it comes to our health! Doctors aren't always as proactive as they should be. So glad you're getting in for an appointment and hoping everything is ok! Hugs to you!
You guys, I've been moaning and groaning all over this thread and now I feel like an asshole.
*********TW*********
I have a second pink line. It's super faint but it's there. I'm 9 DPO and it was white as snow this morning. I ate like shit all day and POAS just out of habit when I got home, without a single thread of hope, honestly just did it so I wouldn't feel bad about smoking weed tonight. Which now I won't be doing, obviously. Counting down the hours until tomorrow when I can test again, although who am I kidding you all know I'm going to cave and test again before I go to bed tonight. So so SO scared that it's gonna disappear.
It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*
@justsuzie sore your going through this again. I am a firm believer in that every thing happens for a reason. I do hope everything will be okay when you get to your appointment. ((Hugs))

The line is lighter this morning, not darker I don't know what to do... should I just wait, or should I call for betas? Would betas tell me anything that waiting won't? I'm trying to hold on to hope but I know the line shouldn't be lighter with FMU. Wow this sucks.
@migdala my OB-GYN would probably make me do a pee test in the office before they'd let me do Betas. So you could try that. It's up to how you feel about it. But if you get betas done and it confirms anything, it can be verified as a MC and counted towards your loss total to help you try to justify getting RPL testing if you are interested in trying to get that at any point. Sorry. I'm hoping it's just a fluke this morning!

@migdala A lot of things can affect line darkness, including the amount of dye in the test. Especially this early on - 10 DPO is really really early! HPTs are really qualitative (yes/no) tests, even though we try to treat them like betas. Betas would give you actual numbers - and they are redone two days later to see if the numbers are doubling appropriately (every 48 hours or so). If it would ease your mind, I'd call and ask for betas. It can't hurt. And like @dpjennifer said, if it does turn out to be a CP, then it's in your medical record so you can start RPL testing sooner. I've got all my fingers crossed for you though.
Edit: And if they do make you do a urine test, keep in mind that some tests OBs use in the office are not as sensitive as home tests. Their threshold may be 100 or so, which you probably wouldn't turn at 10DPO. If you want testing with your doc, I'd push for the beta either way.
Thanks everyone. I'll call my RE when they open in half an hour. I tested again with another FRER and two Wondfos and the lines are darker on the Wondfos than the FRER... I find that so bizarre given how pricey FRERs are. This whole thing makes me want to quit my job and go into the pee stick business.
AFM- No ectopic which is good. We are going to ntnp for a few cycles. I need a break from worrying about every excretion and twinge my body creates. Good luck ladies.
