And....my first trip to labor and delivery for this pregnancy is concluding. DD (35 lbs of toddler) crashed down pretty hard on my belly while I was laying on the floor. Any "direct hit" to the belly apparently buys me a direct ticket to being checked out, especially since I'm Rh negative. Good news is no contractions and the baby is moving around - but not how I planned to spend my Friday night!
DS had his ortho appt today and the orthopedist thinks it's a toddler fracture that is still healing. Unfortunately there isn't much to do for him at this point unless he stops showing any signs of improvement. So we'll check back in next week and go from there. Yay for more waiting...
Thanks @huskermom14@Elyse1384@graceriesz - a good reminder to always call the doc if something happens, even if if doesn't seem like much. If there had been any tenderness or bleeding, I would have needed an Rhogam shot immediately.
just catching up on my Greys from this week....i am literally lol at the fact that the pregnant patient went all kung fu ninja on the prison dr and snapped her fingers b/c she couldn't get a snack....this is exactly how i feel when i dont get my 2nd breakfast and work is too busy to allow it
