You've shown incredible strength dealing with all of this. It's okay to waver a little. We are all here for you and praying for baby Ambrose. i know the pumping seems futile but it's probably the only thing you have control over in this unpredictable situation. It's hard to accept a different future than what we have envisioned. Just remember that nobody, even the doctors, know exactly what the future holds.
@PensiveCrayon I'm thinking of you, Jarrod, and Ambrose constantly and praying for comfort and healing for your family. I hope your mom can stay with you as long as possible, as I'm sure having her there is helpful and comforting. Please take care of yourself and let others take care of you. You are an amazing mom and human, and you can get through this.
Continuing to think of your family and pray for you all. I'm so sorry that this wonderful blessing has also come with a great amount of unexpected challenges. We are all hoping for the best outcome for your precious baby.
Continuing to think about you and your family. Had a dream last night that you got to take Ambrose home soon, safe and sound. Strong believer here that dreams can come true.
@PensiveCrayon Your blog. Praying things keep improving and he is able to continue to be weaned off the vent. I know it must be very difficult to leave his side even for a second, but I worry about your health & the very limited time you've had to recover. I so desperately hope you get the opportunity to hold your "little engine" very soon! Xoxo

@PensiveCrayon you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers every day. I hope Ambrose continues to improve and that he manages to prove his doctors wrong. I am so sorry that you are going through this, and my heart breaks thinking of everything you're having to deal with right now. You are such a strong woman, and Ambrose is in such loving hands. Please take care of yourself during this difficult time. We all love you and are here to support you in any way we can.
Praying for you and your family. You are so strong and have the best attitude. I'm sure I don't have the right words, but I'm here if you need a shoulder, as all of us are. ❤️
I'm not sure where else to put this to get it to you, but these videos reminded me of you. I gather you're a woman of God, so if you have a few minutes I hope these reside well with you.
@PensiveCrayon I was afforded some (rare) hands free time this morning and was able to catch up on your blog and .... tears. I am soooo overjoyed reading the updates on Ambrose. He is quite the little warrior and certainly a miracle in the making. Hugs to you... emotionally there's so much to process but the boob issues just add insult to injury. FX you're on the mend soon and you can both catch a break from the comfort of your home asap ❤ still praying
