@NYTino24 I actually wasn't TTGP. Both my babies were quick little surprises lol. Though, both times I was on the verge of TTGP... and wasn't being very careful obviously haha. DH and I are so excited for Gods plans for these kiddos.
Hi Ladies! I'm new to the Bump, but glad to be here! I was on another message board site, but it wasn't active. I'm glad to see this site seems to be hopping My name is Aryn. I'm married to the love of my life since 10/2007. This is our second pregnancy, first baby. I had a m/c a year ago. We have been trying to conceive since 2008, but I was very overweight, and had undiagnosed PCOS. I had gastric sleeve surgery in 2014 and have lost 150 lbs! Whoohoo! My cycles regulated, and in August 2015, I had my first BFP. As I said, that ended in a m/c, and we just got our second BFP two weeks ago. My EDD is 8/14/2017. Super excited and glad to be here getting to know you ladies
@middy411 Oops! Then I guess I just saw you on other threads here... haha
It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*
I am new here- due 8/17 based on OPKs. I have been Ttc x 18 mos with no luck until my first BFP on Sunday, 12/11. I had a uterine scar surgery performed the previous cycle by my RE and that must be what I needed! I have a 3.5 year old son. Beta was done today - 1500 so i think that's good- first US Friday to make sure It's not in my tubes.
Hey everyone! My name is Lindsey, this is my husband and I's first child! Super excited and nervous about the whole process! Glad I have someone to check in with along the way!
Hey y'all so I got reemed for starting a discussion about a Facebook group before introducing myself. I figured I'd give The Bump one more shot before giving up
My name is Hannah, this will be baby number three! I'm really nervous as I have had two miscarriages, but I have also had two healthy pregnancies so I try to view my cup as half full. I have two boys, Landon is 8 and Nolan will be 2 on Monday!! I have no preference this time, a girl would be great but I adore being a boy mom so that would be amazing too!! I am active duty military, I have been in the Air Force for 6 years and will be re-enlisting during this pregnancy!!
I wish you all a happy and healthy pregnancy and congrats to all
Congrats on the baby! I'm sorry if I came across as rude. I'd love to get to know you here! I'm Alysse - have a 7 month old daughter. I have also had a miscarriage so I am nervous until we make it out of the first trimester! Do you have any feelings about the gender yet?
Thank you @aehogan90 it's fine, I'm pretty emotional these days lol I'm 7 weeks today and had an US done at 6w5d, per the Ramzi theory this is a girl and it was right for my 2 year old, I don't remember doing it for my 8 year old besides that I am not sick like I was with my boys but I am way more tired!! I could sleep all day if work would let me lol I'm also breaking out like a 13 year old with this one!! Maybe a girl?! Lol how about you? Any guesses? How far are you??
Hi ladies, I'm Chrissy. I'm 31, this is my third preganancy. I have a 5 year old DD and a 2 year old DD. I found out on Sunday that I am expecting around August 9th. I'm pretty nervous about having 3, but I was with having two also and it's just fine this is likely my last pregnancy so I'm going to soak it all up!
Hey everyone! I'm Nicole, I'm 26 and I live in the PNW. DH and I have been together since we were 15, married for 5 years. We have one son already who is 3. I was pretty active on the October '13 board but haven't been on here much since then. I am due August 24th, but will likely have a repeat C-Section at 39 weeks. Excited to get to know everyone!
Hi y'all. Can't even believe I'm posting on here! I'm 35, live in North Carolina, and have been with my SO for about 9 years. My EDD is August 8, and this is our first pregnancy. I'm new here and still generally clueless and trying not to get too excited and/or freaked out before the first appointment in January. Looking forward to getting to know you.
Hello Everyone! I'm new to the "first trimester" board and first pregnancy. This took a little courage...so here goes....
I started posting on the TTGP boards in October, and got a BFP last month, but that ended in a chemical a few days later. Since then, I've only been lurking. On December 5th I got a faint bfp. I couldn't believe it, and super nervous the chemical would happen again. I tested every day since and my lines were getting darker and darker. This past Monday I got my first hcg beta drawn, I was at 744. My second beta yesterday, it went to 2,511...nurse said all signs look great!! First ultra sound is 12/22.
I have hashimotos, which is why it took some time to get ku. I'm on 100mg of levothyroxine, and since my BFP I upped 2 pills a week. My first TSH came back at 7.59, and yesterdays it dropped down to 4.25. I go back in 2 weeks for tests to make sure they're normal or an increase in meds.
My EDD based off of LMP is 8/14, but based off of O it's 8/17. I'm hoping it's no later than that, I'm the MOH at my sisters wedding on 9/16...ehh! So far only symptoms have been cramping, some backaches, and my boobs have gotten heavy and ballooned up (not that sore, it goes in/out).
I'm really looking forward to participating on this board. Having a group of ladies going through the same thing at the same time is amazing! Can't wait to share and hear the joy and misery with everyone!
I'm Shara, I live int the Houston area, and I have no idea what all these abbreviations mean! Haha, I'm totally new to this. I've been tracking my cycles and per my conception date, I'm due in mid/late August. I haven't seen my OB yet and actually need to find another one closer to me. I have been to a birthing center nearby and spoke with 4 midwives and have been researching that. Having a midwife is very appealing to me, but I'm very nervous about not delivering in the hospital since I have never done this before. I'm currently trying to find if there is an option where my midwife can come with me to the hospital.
@jacksonbears I remember you as well! Congratulations! Glad to have another TTGP grad with us!

Mommy to a super cute havanesse puppy and baby boy!
Hi all! My name is Anne-Marie, from NY. I was on here with my first DS Aug 13' baby. And yes my screen name isn't what you think it may be "baby dancer" lol I always had to explain it's because I was a professional dancer right before I conceived my son lol I never knew that was also a term for TS Lol I'm due Aug 13th as of now. I had 2 MC this year, so I'm praying for extra sticky dust!

I also have hashimotos and on Synthroid .75mcg right now.. my last pregnancy it went from 1.9 to 5.9 over 2 weeks! My endocrine said it ideally needs to be at 2.5 or below. So we are keeping an extra close eye on it. So stressful! I feel like exhaustion with the pregnancy and hypothyroidism it's a double whammy! Lol good luck!!
Hi! My first time being pregnant after TTC for nearly 2 years! We had our first meeting (info only) with an infertility specialist before we found out we were pregnant!
@babydancer83 Yes it is stressful, but there are worse things...I actually met with my endo today, she said the most important number is the T4, and mine was in the normal range. I hope for you too!
@littlebug2010 I remember you too, and was lurking when you got your BFP! Congratulations!!!
Hi everyone, my name is Jill and I have a 10.5 month old son and was/is active still with my January 16 mamas! Got my BFP on November 27 so EDD is 8/2. We were quite surprised but very excited. Having two babies 19 months apart will be interesting. I'm excited to ge to know all you you August 17 mamas!
Hello! I'm 29 and live in Washington state. I got my BFP on 12/5 and am estimated to be due August 13th. I'm a first time mom, so it's nice to have a place to read up on stuff and share
Hi everyone! This is my first time posting on The Bump as well as first pregnancy! I've been married about a year and a half and we weren't going to TTC until February after a trip but on Thanksgiving I guess we were a little too thankful for each other My EDD is Aug 19th and very excited to have a group to go through this journey with!
Hey all! I've been waiting for this board to get up in running. This is #2 for us. My current EDD is 8/9 based off today's ultrasound dating. My BFP was 12/1. Still a bit surreal the second time around. I am currently battling the frozen arctic tundra that is Upstate NY. It will be interesting to compare the two pregnancies since the seasons are flipped for this second one. My son is a December 2014 baby.
Just got my BFP today and my husband and I are thrilled! This will be our Fourth and Final baby! We have three DD and can't wait for our new addition! Going off my last period date the tentative due date is August 24th
Hey ladies! I'm Lauren from the sept15 board. I live in northeast Indiana. I'm 35, DH is 36 and DS is 15 mos. I got my BFP yesterday morning, 4 days before AF but it was faint so I was cautiously optimistic. I had a miscarriage in October, I never got a strong line on the HPTs and my hcg never got over 75. That was a surprise pregnancy and it made us realize we were ready to try for baby 2. So we took November off and started trying this month and boom, I swear I knew I was pregnant 2 days later, lol. Got a nice thick BFP this afternoon so I feel like this babe is gonna be a nice sticky rainbow baby I hope I'm right! I plan to tell DH on Christmas with a little thing I bought on Etsy today. Very excited to be growing my family and reading about all of yours!
eta: EDD would be 8/28 and DS was born 3 weeks early on 8/26. Really hope they don't end up with the same bday!
Hi everyone! I'm Ashleigh, 33, from PA. I have an almost four year old son named Ian. Was told in May that I had a 5% chance of having anymore kids on my own and that my only option was IVF. We couldn't quite commit to that, and I'm happy to report that we got our BFP on 12/10 all on our own. Considering this babe our little Christmas miracle. EDD is 8/7.
Hello! So excited to join you ladies. My name is Lyndsey and I'm from Texas. I have a 2.5 year old DS. I lurked a lot on the June 14 board and participated some postpartum before the exodus happened. My DH & I have been TTC since July. I lurked on the TTGP board but was too busy to jump in. I learned so much though! Hoping to participate more with this board. We got our first BFP Thursday but thought we were seeing things. The line has gotten darker each day. We are celebrating our 5th anniversary tomorrow so this was the most perfect gift! By my calculations we are due August 24th. Happy and healthy 9 months to all!!
Hi. I'm Liv from PA. I got my BFP on 3rd month TTC and I'm still in shock. DH and I have been married for almost 10 years and only recently decided that it was time to add a little one to the family. We have so much fun traveling and going out together that I'm a bit scared of the changes coming soon. But I'm also extremely excited and can't stop smiling about it. This is a Thanksgiving baby and EDD is 8/19. My doctor's appointment won't happen until mid January and in the meantime I'm just freaking out about everything.
Hi Everyone, I'm Stephanie. I live in Denver and my est Due Date per the fertility clinic is 8/17/17. Yay! I have a same sex partner and we've been trying since July. We inseminated 11/23 and 11/25. This will be baby number 1 for us and we are so excited!
