Also, Moana is amazing! We took my 2.5 year old the day after Thanksgiving and she sat through the entire thing and has talked about it every day and wants to hear the songs from YouTube every day. Good thing they're catchy!
Is is a confession on that I flossed for the first time in at least three months and it was like a bloodbath in the sink... or maybe just tmi.
I'm a Dunkin fan, and think it's absolutely terrible that's there is not a single one in the state of Washington. So over the Starbucks on every corner!

My FFFC, I called out sick today to spend the day shopping and hanging out with my mom. She's only in town 1 day from cross country and I knew my boss would be annoyed about me taking last minute time off.

The easiest way to count months though is to do it on the day of the month of your due date, so if you're due May 5th, on 12/5 you'll be 4 months pregnant, on 1/5 5 months, on 2/5 7 months, etc.

My (late) FFFC is that I've had candy bars for breakfast the last two days. Everybody christmas I make a basket of goodies for my grandfather. I put all of his favorite candy in it, and then I usually add a bunch of generic candy for my young cousins to eat when they are at his house. Looks like the cousins' haul is going to be smaller than normal this year, cuz that's where the candy bars came from!!

Baby 2 - Due: 5/4/17
-I love Frozen. The music/story somehow reminds me of Wicked. I need to apparently see moana which I didn't even know existed
- I love donuts. And Krispy Kreme >>>Dunkin. But we have a local shop in Indy that makes THE BEST glazed donuts and they always win.
- I don't believe in "months" pregnant. Maybe that's the nurse in me, but I'm used to referring to pregnancy by weeks. The difference 4 weeks can make is often huge and months doesn't feel precise enough.
My FFF(S?)C: I had a horrific day at work, cried 4 times. We had plans after work to go see Die Hard with some friends at a local theatre that serves food and alcohol. So I ordered a hard cider. I only drank half though because I was having the worst acid reflux. Don't even feel bad about it!

Now when it comes to your kids age, please don't tell me he's 26 weeks old. Or after 2 years old, he's not 25 months... he's 2 years old.

It’s not that I don’t like you, it’s that I don’t know you. Stranger Danger.
As for schedules, I keep a loose schedule. I don't put DD down quite as early as most, but we also don't have to be up early to get out the door since I SAH. Also, DH travels for work and he calls after he gets in and settled, and I want DD to be able to talk to him and not be rushed off to bed. So I take her up to her room by 8:30pm, and she's awake between 7-8am daily and she sleeps through the night with the occasional wake-up but she usually goes back to sleep on her own. Rarely does she sleep much past 8am. Breakfast is casual, but it's milk and several Danimals yogurts every day for her. Lunch is within an hour or so window, as is dinner. She's just never been a napper at home. She used to fall asleep in my lap nursing, and I could transfer her to PNP/RNP/etc., but that slowly stopped being successful. There's no quiet time or laying down together until she falls asleep, it lasts about 10 seconds until she's up and taken off. Now she only gets a nap if she falls asleep in the car. So if I head out at the right time of day, I take my cross stitch and stop at Dunks and park while she sleeps.
It’s not that I don’t like you, it’s that I don’t know you. Stranger Danger.
I bought DD new Christmas boots and in the process of trying to get them on her feet I punched my 1.5 yr old in the face. Definitely not my shining moment as a mom this week.
