Happy Turkey month! I know we all have at least one extra thing to be thankful for this year.
1) DH was able to comfort DS last night when he woke before his next feeding. This momma got sleep!
2) My neighbor just had her baby. Quick poll: what meals worked best for you guys? On flavor, ease of reheat/eat, and amount.
Re: November Randoms
I cannot believe it's November already.
I made frozen enchiladas (I'm from Texas). They were delicious and super easy. And yes, friends that brought over breakfast tacos were my superheros
I'm also a huge fan of crock pot meals or a spaghetti feed. Mm.
@FTM53 My mom brought over a bunch of Costco meals when we came home. Shepherds pie and Chicken pot pie were awesome, kept well and gave us lots of leftovers. Anything comfort food-like is great.
Someone brought me scotch eggs (hard boiled eggs incased in sausage) and they were awesome to have for breakfast and snacks. High protein for recovery and I could eat them one handed while nursing.
I hate washing my hair right now because I spend the whole shower taking hair off my hands! Eww!
I didnt get any food either, but a couple of friends did take me out for breakfest wich was lovely.
My husband made a bunch of freezer breakfast burritos. They saved me.

Is anyone else struggling with friends comparing babies? We're fortunate enough that LO sleeps in her car seat like a champ and is really flexible as we take her pretty much EVERYWHERE. A friend of ours makes everything seem like such a process or that they can't do anything because they have kids. There's that and then comparisons of when things happen for their kid. I don't care if your son was already rolling before 3 months, my baby is amazing just because she's mine!

@TiffRox81 a long time ago a friend of the family's newborn had not hair but cotton thread from the sock wrap around....it is scary and a freak thing! They move their feet so much!
Frustration on of the day: DH insists that we be home if it is anywhere near LOs naptime, if he will wake up, or if he even *might* get hungry at any point when we're out. Cause heaven forbid, the child might cry and someone hears it or I BF in public (something I do regularly with a cover when it's just LO and I).
LO used to love the car until the last month or so and now the moment she's inside she cries the whole time. What gives?? I can't figure it out. Going anywhere is stressful for me now. Tell me I'm not alone! Ha
